本发明公开了一种氨基酸型龙虾清洗剂,它由椰油酰甘氨酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰丙氨酸钠和氨基酸依质量比1:2:2:1配制而成。本发明是一种环保型、安全型的清洗剂,不含月桂醇硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠等传统化学洗涤剂成分,无需反复冲洗,不伤手,不惧残留,在冷水中也有去污能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂,具体涉及一种氨基酸型龙虾清洗剂。
背景技术
尽管淡水小龙虾主要以养殖为主,生存的生态环境较好,但是仍会带有一定数量的污染物,捕捞进厂后必须对其进行合理有效的清洗,使之达到卫生标准,满足人们食用需求和健康需求。
少量烹饪龙虾的传统清洗方法一般采用直接清水或者直接刷洗法,这两种方法清洗的龙虾不够干净。龙虾清洗过程包括吐污、冲洗、刷壳、搓洗、清水静养等步骤,需要1-2个时,才能完成整个清洗过程。镁洗成本高且不易掌控它的使用量,易对人体造成危害;加盐让龙虾在其中爬行15分钟再伴以刷洗,煮出来的龙虾可能会太咸超过人体盐分所需量,且高盐食品易使人体患高血压。过去几年里工业化生产龙虾时,常常采用所谓的“洗虾粉”进行清洗,由于洗虾粉主要成分为草酸,而草酸在常温下为无色透明结晶或白色粉末,无特殊气味,是有机酸中的强酸,主要功能为还原剂和漂白剂。草酸和食物中的钙结合,生成草酸钙,容易形成肾结石。因此,市场急需一种安全无毒的新型龙虾清洗剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种氨基酸型龙虾清洗剂,是一种环保型、安全型的清洗剂,不含月桂醇硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠等传统化学洗涤剂成分,无需反复冲洗,不伤手,不惧残留,在冷水中也有去污能力。
本发明的技术解决方案是:该氨基酸型龙虾清洗剂由椰油酰甘氨酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰丙氨酸钠和氨基酸依质量比1:2:2:1配制而成。
本发明的优点是:
①椰油酰甘氨酸钠,生物降解性好,性能温和,使用安全,对环境无负面影响。
②月桂酰谷氨酸钠,是氨基酸型表面活性剂,弱酸性,属于温和的起泡剂,能快速的被生物所分解。
③椰油酰丙氨酸钠,是一种温和的表面活性剂,性质温和,能在人体内降解,可以起到催化作用,把一些污迹分解掉,从而起到去污的作用。
④前面三种化合物都是氨基酸与脂肪酸的酰胺衍生物,而第四种是混合氨基酸,为了表明与传统的洗涤剂成分的不同,所以称之为氨基酸型清洗剂;化合物其分子中不同部分对两相亲和性的不同,使两相均将其看作本相的成分,分子排列在两相之间,使两相的表面相当于转入分子内部,降低表面张力。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明的技术解决方案,这些实施例不能理解为是对技术方案的限制。
实施例1:分别取椰油酰甘氨酸钠10千克、月桂酰谷氨酸钠20千克、椰油酰丙氨酸钠20千克和氨基酸10千克,混合均匀,得氨基酸型龙虾清洗剂。
实施例2:分别取椰油酰甘氨酸钠10千克、月桂酰谷氨酸钠20千克、椰油酰丙氨酸钠20千克和氨基酸10千克,混合均匀,得氨基酸型龙虾清洗剂。
实施例3:分别取椰油酰甘氨酸钠10千克、月桂酰谷氨酸钠20千克、椰油酰丙氨酸钠20千克和氨基酸10千克,混合均匀,得氨基酸型龙虾清洗剂。
清洗时,氨基酸型龙虾清洗剂与水依质量比1∶250稀释;模拟龙虾工业化生产中的清洗步骤,包括吐污、机械清洗、滚筒式清洗和清水喷淋;吐污是为了让活龙虾吐出腮中脏物;机械清洗是为了清除龙虾表面沾的泥沙;采用清洗剂溶液,伴以滚筒式清洗来有效地清除腹部等处的黑色污斑;最后清水喷淋。
