本发明涉及感光材料板生产技术领域设备的部件，具体地说是涉及感光材料剖光辊。
背景技术
感光材料剖光辊具有轴芯,在轴芯外面有剖光层,所述的剖光层是一层硅橡胶,现有技术中,由于剖光层外面结构设置的不合理,存在着剖光效果差、不耐使用的缺点,影响了产品的质量、增加了使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺点，提供一种剖光效果更好、使用成本低的感光材料剖光辊。
本发明所采取的技术方案是这样的：一种感光材料剖光辊，包括轴芯,在轴芯外面有剖光层,所述的剖光层是一层硅橡胶,其特征是：所述剖光辊剖面的剖光层外侧是钝角三角形的凸起，钝角三角形形成的凸起是从剖光辊的一端到另一端，钝角三角形形成燕尾翅，燕尾翅的后面在剖光辊工进方向的后面。
进一步地讲，所述的轴芯外侧有卡槽，还有钢片安装在卡槽里面，钢板上面在凸起中间。
本发明的有益效果是：这样的感光材料剖光辊具有剖光效果更好、使用成本低的的优点；所述的轴芯外侧有卡槽，还有钢片安装在卡槽里面，钢板上面在凸起中间，还具有本剖光辊更经久耐用的优点。

如图1、2所示，一种感光材料剖光辊，包括轴芯1,在轴芯外面有剖光层,所述的剖光层是一层硅橡胶2,其特征是：所述剖光辊剖面的剖光层外侧是钝角三角形的凸起3，钝角三角形形成的凸起是从剖光辊的一端到另一端，钝角三角形形成燕尾翅，燕尾翅的后面在剖光辊工进方向的后面，图2中F的方向就是工进的方向
进一步地讲，所述的轴芯外侧有卡槽，还有钢片4安装在卡槽里面，钢板上面在凸起中间。
