Abstract

一种通风厨，属于实验室设备领域；针对现有通风厨在操作点距离操作台较高时，人手臂下方与外界空气交换面积过大，易泄漏大量气体的问题；本发明提出以下改进：设置上、下提拉窗，利用下提拉窗来隔离人手臂下方与外界空气交换面积，从而减少了与外界的空气交换面积，减少了有害气体泄漏。

本发明属于实验室设备领域，具体涉及一种通风厨。
技术背景
通风厨是实验室常用的设备，主要用于一些会释放有害、有刺激性气体的实验，减少有害气体、刺激性气体对操作人员的影响；现有的通风厨的提拉窗只有一个，都是设置在上部可以下拉的结构，这种结构简单实用，可以满足一般的需要；但是在某些实验操作中，实验仪器摆放高度高，或者需要操作人员采取正视方向操作时，例如向带有刻度的容器内倾倒溶液，要求操作人员平视刻度线观察；需要将提拉窗拉的很高，这种情况下，容易产生气体泄漏，存在一定隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：针对现有技术中单个提拉窗，在操作高度离操作台较高时，操作不便或存在气体泄漏风险的问题；本发明提供一种新型通风厨，可以大大减少以上情况下气体泄漏。
本发明所采取的技术方案是：
一种通风厨，包括厨体、提拉窗、排风***；所述厨体为长方体结构壳体，厨体上部设置排风***，中部为操作台及操作空间，操作空间与外界由提拉窗隔离；厨体下部设置成柜子；所述提拉窗分为上提拉窗和下提拉窗，上提拉窗、下提拉窗均可以沿竖直方向移动，上提拉窗下部与下提拉窗上部可咬合。
进一步的，所述上提拉窗的高度大于等于整个通风厨厨口的高度，且能够下拉至通风厨厨口最底端，上拉至通风厨厨口最上端；下提拉窗的高度大于等于整个通风厨厨口的高度，且能够下拉至通风厨厨口最底端，上拉至通风厨厨口最上端。
进一步的，所述上提拉窗的下端与下提拉窗的上端均设置橡胶密封条。
本发明的有益效果是：通过设置上、下提拉窗，当操作位置距离操作台较高时，将上提拉窗拉至操作位置，再将下提拉窗拉至操作位置，上下提拉窗之间留出供操作人员操作的缝隙，能够大大减少气体泄漏的量；操作高度越高，效果越好。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
如图1和图3所示的一种通风厨，包括厨体1、提拉窗2、排风***3；所述厨体1为长方体结构壳体，厨体1上部设置排风***3，中部为操作台4及操作空间，操作空间与外界由提拉窗2隔离；厨体1下部设置成柜子；其特征是：所述提拉窗2分为上提拉窗21和下提拉窗22，上提拉窗21、下提拉窗22均可以沿竖直方向移动，上提拉窗21下部与下提拉窗22上部可咬合。
所述上提拉窗21的高度大于等于整个通风厨厨口的高度，且能够下拉至通风厨厨口最底端，上拉至通风厨厨口最上端；下提拉窗22的高度大于等于整个通风厨厨口的高度，且能够下拉至通风厨厨口最底端，上拉至通风厨厨口最上端。
所述上提拉窗21的下端与下提拉窗22的上端均设置橡胶密封条。
如图2所示的现有通风厨的结构，这种通风厨在操作点距离操作台4较高时，人手臂下方与外界空气交换面积过大，易泄漏大量气体，造成危害。而本发明所述的通风厨，基于上下提拉窗，可以将手臂以下的空间用下提拉窗挡住，从而大大减少了有害气体的泄漏，减少了安全隐患。

1.一种通风厨，包括厨体（1）、提拉窗（2）、排风***（3）；所述厨体（1）为长方体结构壳体，厨体（1）上部设置排风***（3），中部为操作台（4）及操作空间，操作空间与外界由提拉窗（2）隔离；厨体（1）下部设置成柜子；其特征是：所述提拉窗（2）分为上提拉窗（21）和下提拉窗（22），上提拉窗（21）、下提拉窗（22）均可以沿竖直方向移动，上提拉窗（21）下部与下提拉窗（22）上部可咬合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种通风厨，其特征是：所述上提拉窗（21）的高度大于等于整个通风厨厨口的高度，且能够下拉至通风厨厨口最底端，上拉至通风厨厨口最上端；下提拉窗（22）的高度大于等于整个通风厨厨口的高度，且能够下拉至通风厨厨口最底端，上拉至通风厨厨口最上端。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种通风厨，其特征是：所述上提拉窗（21）的下端与下提拉窗（22）的上端均设置橡胶密封条。
