Abstract

本发明提供一种智能化居家健身车恒功输出控制***及其控制方法,包括设置在健身车上的控制单元、信息采集单元和信息显示单元,在训练过程中实时采集训练者踩踏健身车时的力量和速度参数信息,计算出训练者的实时平均功率,同时与训练开始前设定的目标功率相对比,通过***实时控制健身车的阻力,从而控制训练者在训练过程中所输出的功率,使其接近训练开始前设定的目标功率,实现基于终端可调负载的阻力自动调节,使训练者在训练过程中始终保持恒功率输出,从而使训练更加有效和科学性。

技术领域
本发明涉及家庭健身、体育科研、机械技术领域,具体为一种智能化居家健身车恒功输出控制***及其控制方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步,人们健身的方式也在悄然的发生变化,而健身的工具也不再是单纯的机械间的组合,取而代之的是越来越多集机械、电子、传感器、计算机技术及自动化控制于一身的新型智能化健身设备,健身车因运动方式简单,运动效果明显,运动风险低等因素而广受健身者的喜爱,但传统的健身车大部分采用的是在训练过程中人为调节阻力,或者是根据预先设定好的模拟环境由电脑进行阻力调节,而这些训练方式往往通过训练者的自我感受或者根据自身经验来调整训练方式,但是并没有真真意义上的实现实时调节阻力,使训练者以恒功方式去训练,而训练者本身很难保持以一个恒定功率输出,从而使训练的有效性大大降低,同时在训练者训练结束后缺乏对训练效果的评估,而训练者本身只能主观的去判断训练效果,从而使训练缺乏足够的科学性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不完善,提供一种智能化居家健身车恒功输出控制***,该控制***可在训练过程中实时调节阻力,使训练者以恒定功率输出进行训练,并在训练结束后给出相应训练结果与建议,使训练更加有效和科学性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种智能化居家健身车恒功输出控制***,包括设置在健身车上的控制单元、信息采集单元和信息显示单元,所述信息采集单元包括设置在脚踏板上的重力传感器和拉绳传感器,所述拉绳传感器和重力传感器与所述控制单元电连接,所述重力传感器和拉绳传感器用于实时采集训练者作用于健身车踩踏板上的重力与踩踏板上下运动的速率,所述控制单元用于实时获取重力传感器和拉绳传感器的参数信息,计算出实时功率,并将实时功率传输至信息显示单元,所述信息显示单元用于将实时功率与训练开始前设定的目标功率相对比,并将比较结果发送至控制单元,该控制单元接收到比较结果后,通过改变发电机阻力大小达到恒定功率目标。
本发明还提供一种采用上述控制***的智能化居家健身车恒功输出控制方法,包括如下步骤:
1)当训练者踩踏健身车时,重力传感器和拉绳传感器实时采集训练者作用于健身车踩踏板上的重力与踩踏板上下运动的速率,控制单元实时获取重力传感器和拉绳传感器的参数信息,计算出实时功率,并将实时功率传输至信息显示单元;
2)信息显示单元将实时功率与训练开始前设定的目标功率相对比,并将比较结果发送至控制单元;
3)控制单元接收到比较结果后,通过改变发电机阻力大小实现恒定功率目标。
优选地,步骤3)中,通过控制单元改变占空比调节健身车中的发电机的励磁电流大小和负载大小来调节阻力大小。
进一步地,实时绘制训练者训练过程中时间-功率关系曲线图,并采用五点三次滤波和五点线性滤波滤除噪声点。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明具有如下有益效果:
其一,不同于以往传统的仅仅依靠训练者自身去调节阻力的训练方式,本发明中的恒功控制***可以根据训练者的踩踏速度和踩踏力量等参数信息实时的调节健身车内发电机的负载与励磁电流,从而调节健身车踏板阻力以使训练者以恒定功率输出的方式进行训练,从而发挥最大训练效果;
其二,以往训练者在训练结束后往往只能依靠自身感受去评估训练效果,缺乏量化的评估,也无法对训练方案做出科学的调整,本***在训练结束后根据训练者在训练时间内输出的功率与通过心率手环检测到的心率值建立心肺耐力训练模型,对训练效果做出科学的评估,从而使训练更加科学性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种优选实施方式作详细的说明。
如图1所示,所示智能化居家健身车恒功输出控制***包括设置在健身车1上的控制单元2、信息采集单元3和信息显示单元4,其中控制单元2采用微处理器,该微处理器设置在健身车下端,与发电机5、信息采集单元3和信息显示单元4信号连接。
本发明中的智能化健身车1采用的是上下脚踏结构,当训练者在踩踏过程中,达到最上端或者最下端进行换向运动时,会出现功率的最小值,并且实时平均功率出现较大波动,因此需要在训练过程中实时采集训练者踩踏健身车时的力量和速度参数信息。
所述信息采集单元3包括设置在脚踏板6上的重力传感器31和拉绳传感器32,该拉绳传感器和重力传感器与所述控制单元2电连接,所述重力传感器和拉绳传感器用于实时采集训练者作用于健身车踩踏板上的重力与踩踏板上下运动的速率,所述控制单元2用于实时获取重力传感器和拉绳传感器的参数信息,计算出实时功率,并将实时功率传输至信息显示单元,所述信息显示单元4用于将实时功率与训练开始前设定的目标功率相对比,并将比较结果发送至控制单元,该控制单元接收到比较结果后,通过改变发电机阻力大小达到恒定功率目标。
本发明智能化居家健身车恒功输出控制***的工作原理如下:
1)打开电源等待***初始化完成;
2)训练者登陆***后,***通过语音介绍***使用方法;
3)训练者在开始训练前设定预定的目标功率;
4)本***训练模式分为自由体验与分组训练,训练者可自由选择训练模式;
5)训练者根据***给定的语音提示,按照***界面给出的动画里的踩踏频率进行踩踏,以使输出的实时平均功率接近设定的目标功率;
6)分组训练模式分为两组,每组训练训练时长为一分钟,其中两组训练间训练者可以休息一分钟;
7)训练者可自由踩踏健身车,健身车会按照训练者训练前设定目标功率实时调节健身车阻力,以使训练者输出的功率与设定目标功率相同,并保持训练者输出功率恒定;
8)训练结束后,***将自动保存训练效果,同时训练结果将以报表的形式展现给训练者,并根据训练者的训练结果给出相应的训练效果评估,同时给出相应的训练指导意见。
以上所述实施方式仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。

1.一种智能化居家健身车恒功输出控制***,包括设置在健身车上的控制单元、信息采集单元和信息显示单元,其特征在于,所述信息采集单元包括设置在脚踏板上的重力传感器和拉绳传感器,所述拉绳传感器和重力传感器与所述控制单元电连接,所述重力传感器和拉绳传感器用于实时采集训练者作用于健身车踩踏板上的重力与踩踏板上下运动的速率,所述控制单元用于实时获取重力传感器和拉绳传感器的参数信息,计算出实时功率,并将实时功率传输至信息显示单元,所述信息显示单元用于将实时功率与训练开始前设定的目标功率相对比,并将比较结果发送至控制单元,该控制单元接收到比较结果后,通过改变发电机阻力大小达到恒定功率目标。
2.一种采用权利要求1的控制***的智能化居家健身车恒功输出控制方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)当训练者踩踏健身车时,重力传感器和拉绳传感器实时采集训练者作用于健身车踩踏板上的重力与踩踏板上下运动的速率,控制单元实时获取重力传感器和拉绳传感器的参数信息,计算出实时功率,并将实时功率传输至信息显示单元;
2)信息显示单元将实时功率与训练开始前设定的目标功率相对比,并将比较结果发送至控制单元;
3)控制单元接收到比较结果后,通过改变发电机阻力大小实现恒定功率目标。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能化居家健身车恒功输出控制方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中,通过控制单元改变占空比调节健身车中的发电机的励磁电流大小和负载大小来调节阻力大小。
