技术领域
本发明涉及一种健身器材，尤其涉及腰腹部的锻炼器材。
背景技术
目前越来越多的人因不良饮食结构及缺乏锻炼而腰腹肥胖。而市面上并没有特别适合针对腰腹部进行锻炼的产品，大多是通过跑步等方式对全身肌群进行锻炼。这样腰腹部得到的锻炼很有限。如果使用传统的呼啦圈，需要较长的时间才可以获得一定的锻炼效果，不太符合当今蜗居的快节奏生活。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种腰腹部锻炼装置，对腰腹部的作用力足够强大，并且贴合用户的腰腹部的曲线，保证腰腹部的肌肉群都能够获得锻炼和按摩。
为了解决上述的技术问题，本发明提供了一种腰腹部锻炼装置，包括：可开合的健腰圈、一弹性复位装置以及用于固定所述健腰圈的支撑件；所述健腰圈受到挤压时，弹性复位装置朝着挤压方向发生形变，挤压力消失时，弹性复位装置带动健腰圈复位；
所述健腰圈的内圈由至少两段具有不同弯曲弧度的圆弧段组成；所述内圈具有对人体腰腹部进行挤压的凸面。
在一较佳实施例中：所述内圈由两段圆弧段组成，其中第一圆弧段的弯曲弧度大于第二圆弧段。
在一较佳实施例中：所述支撑件包括连接杆和底座，所述连接杆的一端与所述健腰圈连接，另一端通过所述弹性复位装置与底座连接。
在一较佳实施例中：所述弹性复位装置为螺旋弹簧或直棒弹簧或橡胶弹簧或液压弹簧或空气弹簧。

1.本发明提供的一种腰腹部锻炼装置，通过弹性复位装置，使得使用者需要克服弹性装置的弹力才可以使健腰圈移动起来，相比较于传统的呼啦圈，无疑需要更大的腰腹力量，因此可以对使用者的腰腹部进行充分的锻炼。
2.本发明提供的一种腰腹部锻炼装置，健腰圈的内圈为多段圆弧组成，相较于圆形，这种形状可以能好地与使用者的腰腹部曲线吻合，当健腰圈移动起来后，就可以使得各个部位的肌肉都受到挤压和按摩，进一步提升了锻炼效果。
3.本发明提供的一种腰腹部锻炼装置，健腰圈通过连接杆与底座连接，连接杆的高度可以调节，这样就可以适用于各种身高的人群，另外同一个使用者也可以通过调整健腰圈的高度，来锻炼不同位置的肌肉。更加丰富产品的功能。

所述健腰圈2的内圈由至少两段具有不同弯曲弧度的圆弧段组成；所述内圈具有对人体腰腹部进行挤压的凸面21。本实施例中，所述内圈由两段圆弧段组成，其中第一圆弧段的弯曲弧度大于第二圆弧段。由于人体的腰腹部分的曲线并不是圆形，而是前凸后平的异形，因此将内圈设计成相应的异形，可以保证凸面21对腰腹部的各个部位都能进行挤压和按摩。为了实现健腰圈2可以开合，所述第一圆弧段与第二圆弧段的一端为铰接连接，另一端设有相互配合的锁扣，所述锁扣打开时，健腰圈2打开；锁扣闭合时，健腰圈2闭合。

通过上述设计，使用者在使用时，将所述健腰圈2打开后套设于腰腹部再闭合，通过腰腹部的转动，对健腰圈2发生挤压，弹性复位装置3对人体形成一个反作用力，因此需要克服该反作用力才可以移动健腰圈2，需要使用者施加的力相较于传统的呼啦圈大大增加了，因此可以在短时间内达到锻炼的效果。同时，由于凸面21的存在，弹性复位装置3的反作用力转变为凸面21对腰腹部的挤压力。使得使用者在锻炼的过程中，腰腹部的肌肉群也得到了挤压和按摩。
