碳纤维作为一种先进的复合材料,在航空航天、核能设备、交通运输以及隐形武器等多种领域得到了广泛应用。碳纤维具有许多优良性能,碳纤维的轴向强度和模量高,密度低、比性能高,无蠕变,非氧化环境下耐超高温,耐疲劳性好,比热及导电性介于非金属和金属之间,热膨胀系数小且具有各向异性,耐腐蚀性好,X射线透过性好,良好的导电导热性能,电磁屏蔽性好,具有高比强度和比模量,低热膨胀系数,耐高温,耐腐蚀,抗蠕变以及自润滑等一系列优异的性能,还具有纤维的柔性和可编织性等特点。为进一步加强碳纤维的物理和化学性能,通常会将碳纤维与别的材质的板材或材料复合,从而达到增强性能的目的。现代工业对碳纤维的需求量进一步增加,对其性能也提成了更高的要求。但现行碳纤维生产工艺复杂、质量受原料制约、高品质碳纤维原料价格昂贵,因而限制了碳纤维的进一步发展。新型碳纤维的研究和开发势在必行。气相生长碳纤维是近年来的活跃领域。
随着人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,家居产品的健康化、环保化更是人们关心的话题。在现有技术中,用于装饰居室的板材要么美观不足,要么不够实用,要么对身体有害,要么价格昂贵。
发明内容。
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种防火、耐高温、高韧性、稳定性好、使用方便和可靠性高的碳纤维手术台及其制作工艺。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明所述的一种碳纤维手术台,它包括底座,防火胶层,碳纤维板和基底,所述的基底固定在底座上,碳纤维板固定在基底的上方,碳纤维板上涂覆由一层防火胶层。
作为本发明的进一步优选,所述的碳纤维板由至少两层碳纤维层组成,相邻两层碳纤维层中间夹有玻璃纤维布,从而保证了手术台面在使用过程中的稳定性,抗蠕变性能和抗拉强度,通过将碳纤维层按照0°、45°、180°、135°的顺序叠层,然后通过模压成型形成碳纤维板,从而保证了手术台面的强度和弹性模量。
作为本发明的进一步优选,所述的防火胶层的厚度为1mm~3mm,碳纤维板的厚度为30mm~50mm,基底的厚度为50mm~60mm。
一种碳纤维手术台的制作工艺,具体步骤如下:
(a)将碳纤维浸渍树脂后在模具内固化并连续拉挤成型,形成碳纤维层(31);
(b)将碳纤维层按照0°、45°、180°、135°的顺序叠层至所需厚度;
(c)在相邻两层碳纤维层中间处加设玻璃纤维布;
(d)模压成型形成碳纤维板;
(e)将碳纤维板固定在基底的上方,然后在碳纤维板上涂覆由一层防火胶层;
(f)待防火层冷却后,将基底固定在置于地面的底座上即可。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤c中所述的每一层的玻璃纤维布的重量相等,保证了碳纤维板的强度、弹性模量和可靠性。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤e中所述的防火胶层由下列原料按照如下的质量份数配比制成:硅酸钠25~35份,硅酸钾15~25份、粉状高岭土15~20份、钛白粉2~6份、氢氧化铝4~8份、磷酸盐粉末2~6份、氧化镁粉末4~8份、水3~5份、ABS树脂8~15份、增韧剂EOC3~7份、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡3~6份、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯5~8份、偶联剂1~4份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺3~4份、三氧化钼2~6份、抗氧化剂4~5份、稳定剂1~2份、憎水剂2~3份和0p-10乳化剂6~9份,通过多种无机硅酸盐、磷酸盐和无机阻燃剂等复配而成的防火涂料涂覆在碳纤维表层,其具有耐高温、无毒、无污染、现场操作简便、强度高、韧性好、耐承受刮蹭,耐磨性能好等特点。
有益效果:本发明所述的一种碳纤维手术台及其制作工艺,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、制成的碳纤维手术台面利用碳纤维材能充分发挥碳纤维的强度和弹性模量,在制作过程中可免除碳纤维单向织物的树脂固化阶段,强度利用效率高,制作方便;
2、利用碳纤维制成的手术台面的抗拉强度是普通钢材的数倍以上,弹性模量优于钢材,具有优异的抗蠕变性能,耐腐蚀性和抗震性;
3、利用碳纤维制成的手术台面能以较大长度供应而无须搭接;
4、碳纤维制成的手术台面在制作时不用预加工,工序方便,板材允许交叉,耐酸、碱、盐及大气环境的腐蚀,不须定期维护;
5、利用碳纤维制成的手术台面在使用过程中稳定性好,使用方便,可靠性高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
本发明所述的一种碳纤维手术台,它包括底座1,固定在底座1上的基底4,固定在基底4上方的碳纤维板3和一层涂覆在碳纤维板3表面的防火胶层2。
其中,防火胶层2的厚度为1mm~3mm,碳纤维板3的厚度为30mm~50mm,基底4的厚度为50mm~60mm。

(e)将碳纤维板3固定在基底4的上方,基底4的材料为金属,然后在碳纤维板3上涂覆由一层防火胶层2,防火胶层2由下列原料按照如下的质量份数配比制成:硅酸钠25份,硅酸钾15份、粉状高岭土15份、钛白粉2份、氢氧化铝4份、磷酸盐粉末2份、氧化镁粉末4份、水3份、ABS树脂8份、增韧剂EOC3份、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡3份、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯5份、偶联剂1份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺3份、三氧化钼2份、抗氧化剂4份、稳定剂1份、憎水剂2份和0p-10乳化剂6份;
(f)待防火层2冷却后,将基底4固定在置于地面的底座1上即可。
实施例2
一种碳纤维手术台的制作工艺,具体步骤如下:
(a)将碳纤维浸渍树脂后在模具内固化并连续拉挤成型,形成碳纤维层31;
(b)将碳纤维层31按照0°、45°、180°、135°的顺序叠层至所需厚度;
(c)在相邻两层碳纤维层31中间处加设玻璃纤维布32,且每一层的玻璃纤维布32的重量相等;
(d)模压成型形成碳纤维板3;
(e)将碳纤维板3固定在基底4的上方,基底4的材料为金属,然后在碳纤维板3上涂覆由一层防火胶层2,防火胶层2由下列原料按照如下的质量份数配比制成:硅酸钠30份,硅酸钾20份、粉状高岭土18份、钛白粉5份、氢氧化铝6份、磷酸盐粉末5份、氧化镁粉末5份、水4份、ABS树脂12份、增韧剂EOC4份、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡5份、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯6份、偶联剂3份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺3.5份、三氧化钼5份、抗氧化剂4.5份、稳定剂1.5份、憎水剂2.5份和0p-10乳化剂8份;
(f)待防火层2冷却后,将基底4固定在置于地面的底座1上即可。
实施例3
一种碳纤维手术台面的制作工艺,具体步骤如下:
(a)将碳纤维浸渍树脂后在模具内固化并连续拉挤成型,形成碳纤维层31;
(b)将碳纤维层31按照0°、45°、180°、135°的顺序叠层至所需厚度;
(c)在相邻两层碳纤维层31中间处加设玻璃纤维布32,且每一层的玻璃纤维布32的重量相等;
(d)模压成型形成碳纤维板3;
(e)将碳纤维板3固定在基底4的上方,基底4的材料为金属,然后在碳纤维板3上涂覆由一层防火胶层2,防火胶层2由下列原料按照如下的质量份数配比制成:硅酸钠35份,硅酸钾25份、粉状高岭土20份、钛白粉6份、氢氧化铝8份、磷酸盐粉末6份、氧化镁粉末8份、水5份、ABS树脂15份、增韧剂EOC7份、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡6份、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯8份、偶联剂4份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺4份、三氧化钼6份、抗氧化剂5份、稳定剂2份、憎水剂3份和0p-10乳化剂9份;
(f)待防火层2冷却后,将基底4固定在置于地面的底座1上即可。

Claims (8)

1.一种碳纤维手术台,它包括底座(1),其特征在于,它还包括:防火胶层(2),碳纤维板(3)和基底(4),所述的基底(4)固定在底座(1)上,碳纤维板(3)固定在基底(4)的上方,碳纤维板(3)上涂覆由一层防火胶层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维手术台,其特征在于:所述的碳纤维板(3)由至少两层碳纤维层(31)组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种碳纤维手术台,其特征在于:所述的相邻两层碳纤维层(31)中间夹有玻璃纤维布(32)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种碳纤维手术台,其特征在于:所述的碳纤维层(31)按照0°、45°、180°、135°的顺序叠层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种碳纤维手术台,其特征在于:所述的防火胶层(2)的厚度为1mm~3mm,碳纤维板(3)的厚度为30mm~50mm,基底(4)的厚度为50mm~60mm。
6.一种碳纤维手术台的制作工艺,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(a)将碳纤维浸渍树脂后在模具内固化并连续拉挤成型,形成碳纤维层(31);
(b)将碳纤维层(31)按照0°、45°、180°、135°的顺序叠层至所需厚度;
(c)在相邻两层碳纤维层(31)中间处加设玻璃纤维布(32);
(d)模压成型形成碳纤维板(3);
(e)将碳纤维板(3)固定在基底(4)的上方,然后在碳纤维板(3)上涂覆由一层防火胶层(2);
(f)待防火层(2)冷却后,将基底(4)固定在置于地面的底座(1)上即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种碳纤维手术台的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤c中所述的每一层的玻璃纤维布(32)的重量相等。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种碳纤维手术台的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的防火胶层(2)由下列原料按照如下的质量份数配比制成:硅酸钠25~35份,硅酸钾15~25份、粉状高岭土15~20份、钛白粉2~6份、氢氧化铝4~8份、磷酸盐粉末2~6份、氧化镁粉末4~8份、水3~5份、ABS树脂8~15份、增韧剂EOC3~7份、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡3~6份、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯5~8份、偶联剂1~4份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺3~4份、三氧化钼2~6份、抗氧化剂4~5份、稳定剂1~2份、憎水剂2~3份和0p-10乳化剂6~9份。
