[ detailed description ] embodiments
In order to make the objects, solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
The embodiment of the range hood provided by the invention comprises a touch device 1, a smoke collection cavity 10 and a touch panel 17, as shown in fig. 1. The outer surface of the front wall of the smoke collection chamber 10 is a mounting surface 20, and the touch panel 17 is fixed to the mounting surface 20. The mounting surface 20 is provided with a mounting opening 11, and the touch device 1 is mounted in the mounting opening 11. The touch panel 17 is made of a glass material.
The touch device 1 includes two Flexible Circuit boards 4 (FPCs), a first housing member 2, a second housing member 3, a control Circuit board 9, two light guides 7, a plurality of light guides 16, and a protective cover 13, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. The light guide 16 is embedded in the light guide 7. The first housing part 2 and the second housing part 3 enclose an accommodating space, and the control circuit board 9, the light guide part 7 and the flexible circuit board 4 are sequentially placed in the accommodating space, as shown in fig. 3. The control circuit board 9 is provided with a display module 12, as shown in fig. 3. The first housing member 2 is provided with a through hole portion 6, and a protective cover 13 is attached to the through hole portion 6. The protective cover 13 is used to cover the display module 12 to protect the display module 12.
The first housing part 2 is integrally formed of a plastic material, and the first housing part 2 is integrally formed with two elastic members, as shown in fig. 4 to 7. Each elastic member includes one support plate 5 and four elastic connection portions 8. The supporting plate 5 is made of a light-transmitting material. The elastic connecting part 8 adopts a V-shaped structure. Specifically, the elastic connecting portion 8 includes a first side portion 18 and a second side portion 19, one ends of the first side portion 18 and the second side portion 19 are connected, and the other ends of the first side portion 18 and the second side portion 19 are spaced apart by a certain distance; said other end of the first edge portion 18 is connected to the body of the first shell part 2 and said other end of the second edge portion 19 is connected to the support plate 5. The support plate 5 is arranged protruding with respect to the body of the first housing part 2. When the supporting plate 5 is subjected to a certain pressure from outside to inside, the elastic connecting portion 8 is bent and deformed, and then the supporting plate 5 moves toward the inside of the touch device 1. The two flexible circuit boards 4 correspond one-to-one to the two support plates 5. The flexible circuit board 4 is adhesively fixed to the inner surface 15 of the corresponding support plate 5. The flexible circuit board 4 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 9.
After the touch device 1 is assembled, it is mounted in the mounting opening 11 of the mounting surface 20. After the touch device 1 is installed in the installation opening 11, both supporting plates 5 of the touch device 1 protrude out of the installation surface 20. Further, the touch panel 17 is attached and fixed to the mounting surface 20, the outer surface 14 of the supporting plate 5 protruding out of the mounting surface 20 contacts and is attached to the touch panel 17, and the supporting plate 5 is subjected to an outward-inward pressure from the touch panel 17, the supporting plate 5 presses the elastic connecting portion 8 to further generate bending deformation under the outward-inward pressure, and then the supporting plate 5 moves towards the inside of the touch device 1 until the touch panel 17 is fixed to the mounting surface 20, at this time, the elastic connecting portion 8 is still in the bending deformation state, the elastic connecting portion 8 presses the supporting plate 5 from the inside to the outside, and then the supporting plate 5 presses the touch panel 17 from the inside to the outside, so that the outer surface 14 of the supporting plate 5 is attached to the touch panel 17. In this way, the proximity of the flexible circuit board 4 to the touch panel 17 can be ensured, thereby ensuring the sensitivity of touch signal detection. By "from the inside to the outside", it is understood that: from the inside of the touch device 1 toward the outside of the touch device 1.
When the elastic connection portion 8 is subjected to the above bending deformation, there are various possibilities of which specific portions are subjected to the bending deformation, and the following portions may be combined or all of them: the junction between the first edge 18 and the second edge 19, the junction between the second edge 19 and the support plate 5, the junction between the first edge 18 and the body of the first shell element 2, the first edge 18 itself, and the second edge 19 itself. Note that, when the joint between the first side portion 18 and the second side portion 19 is subjected to bending deformation, the distance between the other ends of the first side portion 18 and the second side portion 19 may be smaller (that is, when the joint between the first side portion 18 and the second side portion 19 is subjected to bending deformation, the distance between the other ends of the first side portion 18 and the second side portion 19 is smaller than before the bending deformation is performed at the joint between the first side portion 18 and the second side portion 19), or the distance between the other ends of the first side portion 18 and the second side portion 19 may be larger (that is, when the joint between the first side portion 18 and the second side portion 19 is subjected to bending deformation, the distance between the other ends of the first side portion 18 and the second side portion 19 is larger than before the bending deformation is performed at the joint between the first side portion 18 and the second side portion 19).
The two elastic members correspond to the two light guide members 7 one to one. The control circuit board 9 is further provided with a light source, and light emitted from the light source sequentially passes through the light guide 16, the flexible circuit board 4 and the support plate 5, so as to illuminate a corresponding touch area of the touch panel 17.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and other embodiments may be devised by adding, deleting, modifying or replacing certain features. For example, the flexible circuit board may be fixed to the outer surface of the support plate, and then the flexible circuit board may be attached to the touch panel. For another example, the flexible circuit board may be replaced with other feasible touch signal detection elements. For another example, the number of the elastic members may be one, three, four or more, and is not limited to two. For another example, the elastic connection portion may also be in a U-shaped structure or a Z-shaped structure or other feasible structures.
It should be additionally noted that the present invention should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth above, but rather should be construed to cover all possible embodiments defined by the claims set forth below in connection with the disclosure of the specification. Therefore, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention are within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention, unless the content of the technical solution of the present invention is departed from. It should be noted that any improved application based on the present invention still falls into the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
