Abstract

本发明涉及一种灯条散热装置,包括水冷散热型材、挡灰玻璃、密封条,所述的水冷散热型材为长条形,由上到下依次设有左、右卡槽、凹槽、水冷腔,所述的灯条放置在凹槽内,挡灰玻璃的两端分别卡嵌在左、右卡槽内,挡灰玻璃与左、右卡槽上端接触处设置密封条,所述的水冷腔为两端开口的空腔,冷却水从水冷腔的一端流入,另一端流出。本发明通过设置水冷散热型材,在灯条使用过程中,向水冷腔中通入冷却水,带走灯条的热量,从而达到散热的目的,通过设置散热片和散热腔进一步提高散热效果,通过设置挡灰玻璃,在保证灯条正常照明的前提下,防止在使用过程有灰尘落入到灯条上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热装置,具体涉及一种灯条散热装置。
背景技术
灯条是常用的照明工具,在色选机领域的使用非常广泛,为了提高色选效率以及色选精度,对灯条的亮度要求也越高。灯条在使用过程中易发热,因而会导致出光率低、寿命短等问题,从而影响色选机的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种灯条散热装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种灯条散热装置,包括水冷散热型材、挡灰玻璃、密封条,所述的水冷散热型材为长条形,由上到下依次设有左、右卡槽、凹槽、水冷腔,所述的灯条放置在凹槽内,挡灰玻璃的两端分别卡嵌在左、右卡槽内,挡灰玻璃与左、右卡槽上端接触处设置密封条,所述的水冷腔为两端开口的空腔,冷却水从水冷腔的一端流入,另一端流出。
优选地,所述的水冷散热型材在沿着其长度方向,不同位置具有相同的横截面。
优选地,所述的水冷散热型材还设有散热片,所述的散热片对称设置在水冷腔的左右两侧,散热片与灯条平行设置。
优选地,所述的水冷散热型材还设有散热腔,所述的散热腔设置在水冷腔的下方,且对称设有两个。
优选地,所述的水冷腔为圆柱形腔体,散热腔与水冷腔相对的表面呈弧形。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过设置水冷散热型材,在灯条使用过程中,向水冷腔中通入冷却水,带走灯条的热量,从而达到散热的目的,通过设置散热片和散热腔进一步提高散热效果,通过设置挡灰玻璃,在保证灯条正常照明的前提下,防止在使用过程有灰尘落入到灯条上。

结合附图对本发明作进一步说明如下:
一种灯条散热装置,包括水冷散热型材10、挡灰玻璃20、密封条30,所述的水冷散热型材10为长条形,由上到下依次设有左、右卡槽、凹槽11、水冷腔12,所述的灯条40放置在凹槽11内,挡灰玻璃20的两端分别卡嵌在左、右卡槽内,挡灰玻璃20与左、右卡槽上端接触处设置密封条30,所述的水冷腔12为两端开口的空腔,冷却水从水冷腔12的一端流入,另一端流出。
优选地,所述的水冷散热型材10在沿着其长度方向,不同位置具有相同的横截面。
优选地,所述的水冷散热型材10还设有散热片13,所述的散热片13对称设置在水冷腔12的左右两侧,散热片13与灯条40平行设置。
优选地,所述的水冷散热型材10还设有散热腔14,所述的散热腔14设置在水冷腔12的下方,且对称设有两个。
优选地,所述的水冷腔12为圆柱形腔体,散热腔14与水冷腔12相对的表面呈弧形。
本发明通过设置水冷散热型材10,在灯条40使用过程中,向水冷腔12中通入冷却水,带走灯条40的热量,从而达到散热的目的,通过设置散热片13和散热腔14进一步提高散热效果,通过设置挡灰玻璃20,在保证灯条40正常照明的前提下,防止在使用过程有灰尘落入到灯条40上,另外,可以在散热腔14的底部设置安装孔,将本装置安装在色选机上。

1.一种灯条散热装置,其特征在于:包括水冷散热型材(10)、挡灰玻璃(20)、密封条(30),所述的水冷散热型材(10)为长条形,由上到下依次设有左、右卡槽、凹槽(11)、水冷腔(12),所述的灯条(40)放置在凹槽(11)内,挡灰玻璃(20)的两端分别卡嵌在左、右卡槽内,挡灰玻璃(20)与左、右卡槽上端接触处设置密封条(30),所述的水冷腔(12)为两端开口的空腔,冷却水从水冷腔(12)的一端流入,另一端流出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯条散热装置,其特征在于:所述的水冷散热型材(10)在沿着其长度方向,不同位置具有相同的横截面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的灯条散热装置,其特征在于:所述的水冷散热型材(10)还设有散热片(13),所述的散热片(13)对称设置在水冷腔(12)的左右两侧,散热片(13)与灯条(40)平行设置。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的灯条散热装置,其特征在于:所述的水冷散热型材(10)还设有散热腔(14),所述的散热腔(14)设置在水冷腔(12)的下方,且对称设有两个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的灯条散热装置,其特征在于:所述的水冷腔(12)为圆柱形腔体,散热腔(14)与水冷腔(12)相对的表面呈弧形。
