本发明公开了一种海浪发电机,包括一个正方体盒体,在盒体内部的正中心设有一个中心固定块,中心固定块与盒体之间设有六个发电模块,每两个相邻的发电模块相互垂直;在盒体外侧的四条棱上垂直设有四个挡板,用于增大受力面积。本发明与传统依靠浮力作用的海浪发电机不同,本发明能够将海浪的拍打对装置产生的振动转换为电能,通用性更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及发电设备制造技术领域,具体来说是一种利用海浪的动能转化为电能的海浪发电机。
背景技术
随着能源的日趋短缺,人类不断地研究如何充分利用能源。海浪一天24小时起落不停,是取之不尽,用之不完的能源,海浪发电项目属于绿色环保项目,而这个能量如何合理地开发利用是世界沿海国家研究的课题。
本发明是在专利《机动车挤压式高阻尼发电机》(专利号为CN204465310U)上对其进行的改进以及应用。
发明内容
本发明与现有的海浪发电机的原理不同,主要是通过海浪拍打受力部件产生振动,从而产生电能。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种海浪发电机,包括一个正方体盒体,在盒体内部的正中心设有一个中心固定块,中心固定块与盒体之间设有六个发电模块,每两个相邻的发电模块相互垂直;在盒体外侧的四条棱上垂直设有四个挡板,用于增大受力面积。
进一步,所述的发电模块由一根中心轴和一个圆筒形的铁芯,中心轴一端连接在中心固定块上,另一端连接在盒体内侧;在中心轴的外径上设有一层磁轭,磁轭上设有若干个环形的磁极;所述的铁芯内部设有若干个相互平行的环形槽,环形槽之间为突出的方形齿,环形槽的内部设有绕组,相邻的两个磁极之间的间距为环形槽的宽度。
进一步,所述的磁极的宽度与铁芯的环形槽间距相同。
进一步,所述的磁极与铁芯之间为间隙配合。
本发明的优点是:与传统依靠浮力作用的海浪发电机不同,本发明能够将海浪的拍打对装置产生的振动转换为电能,通用性更好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
本发明是一种利用海浪的起伏拍打从而发电的发电装置,本发明由正方形盒体1和设置在其内部的发电模块5组成,六个发电模块5固定在盒体1中心的固定块4的六个面上,每两个相邻的发电模块5之间相互垂直,发电模块5通过其内部的中心轴连接在中心固定块4和盒体1之间,为了使发电模块5上的铁芯501能够在中心轴504上作往复运动,在铁芯501与中心固定块4之间、铁芯501与盒体1之间的中心轴504上设有弹簧3。该设计能够使海浪拍打在发电机上时,能够引起内部振动,使发电模块产生电能。为了增强发电机受到的作用力,在盒体的四条棱柱上设有四个挡板2。
本发明中的发电模块5包括一根中心轴504和在中心轴504外侧的圆柱形铁芯501,铁芯501内部的圆柱面上设有若干个环形槽505,在环形槽505中嵌装有绕组502,环形槽505中的绕组502所在的平面与铁芯501的轴线垂直。在本发明中,中心轴504上串套有一层磁轭506,多个磁极503间间隔固定在磁轭506上。磁轭506是覆盖在中心轴504的良导磁体,能够在磁极503间形成磁通路,环状的磁极503的宽度与铁芯501上的环形槽间距相同,相邻的磁极之间的间距与环形槽的间距相同。
构成磁极的磁通方向都是垂直于铁芯轴线上,当运动时,相邻的两个磁极之间形成的磁通走向是相反的。在本发明中,磁力线由其中一个磁极向外经过间隙进入铁芯,在铁芯内绕过绕组向内经过间隙到相邻的磁极中,在由磁轭回到初始的磁极中,形成回路。
本发明的发电原理是:当铁芯501向左运动一个槽距后,对于每一个绕组502上的磁力线的方向均与初始方向相反,因此当连续运动时,通过绕组的磁通方向将反转变化,在绕组内感应形成交流电势。
本发明可通过支架固定在海底,并与海平面平行,使本发明更容易受到海浪冲击作用,在固定时,将挡板的最大受力面朝向海浪的多发方向上即可。

1.一种海浪发电机,其特征在于:包括一个正方体盒体,在盒体内部的正中心设有一个中心固定块,中心固定块与盒体之间设有六个发电模块,每两个相邻的发电模块相互垂直;在盒体外侧的四条棱上垂直设有四个挡板,用于增大受力面积。
2.根据权利要求1所述的,所述的一种海浪发电机,其特征在于:发电模块由一根中心轴和一个圆筒形的铁芯,中心轴一端连接在中心固定块上,另一端连接在盒体内侧;在中心轴的外径上设有一层磁轭,磁轭上设有若干个环形的磁极;所述的铁芯内部设有若干个相互平行的环形槽,环形槽之间为突出的方形齿,环形槽的内部设有绕组,相邻的两个磁极之间的间距为环形槽的宽度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的,所述的一种海浪发电机,其特征在于:所述的磁极的宽度与铁芯的环形槽间距相同。
4.根据权利要求2所述的,所述的一种海浪发电机,其特征在于:所述的磁极与铁芯之间为间隙配合。
