一种短纤维集成梳理成网方法:涉及一种短纤维制品生产过程中将排棉、梳理、成网设备流程集成为一体的方法。日常短纤维制品生产所需排棉箱到铺网机占用场地大,耗电能高,受静电影响大,设备成本高,纤维网经铺网机叠加后会产生网接口和部分产品网分层的现象。为了解决以上种种缺欠,本发明提供一种集排棉箱、梳理机、铺网机功能于一体的方法,该方法为将多个相同的绕上针布的工作辊紧邻排列起来置于一棉箱下部,再按针布的针尖指向等速转动,从而将所排列工作辊上部堆积的纤维棉梳理到排列工作辊的下部,经下部高速气流吹送到成网箱,该成网箱为可调节厚度,根据所需网厚调好后由成网箱下部两边输送帘夹持输出。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种短纤维制品(包括植物纤维)生产过程中将排棉、梳理、成网设备流程集成为一体的方法。
背景技术
日常短纤维制品常用制造流程方法是:开松机开松后由风机送入排棉箱,排整得到均匀输出量的棉输入梳理机,梳理成网后由铺网机叠加至需要厚度再输入针刺机(或烤型箱等),其从排棉箱到铺网机占用场地大,耗电能高,受静电影响大,设备成本高,梳理机易被纤维中的杂质损坏和梳理机难于清理,纤维网经铺网机叠加后会产生网接口和部分产品网分层的现象。
发明内容
为了解决日常短纤维制品生产中其从排棉箱到铺网机的种种缺欠,本发明提供一种集排棉箱、梳理机、铺网机功能于一体的方法,该方法为将多个相同的绕上针布的工作辊紧邻排列起来置于一棉箱下部,再按针布的针尖指向等速转动,从而将所排列工作辊上部堆积的纤维棉梳理到排列工作辊的下部,经下部高速气流吹送到成网箱,该成网箱为可调节厚度,根据所需网厚调好后由成网箱下部两边输送帘夹持输出。
所述排列工作辊在运转中被设定为分别可调的高速和低速,由于每个工作辊特性一致、转速和转向相同使得相邻两工作辊的间隙处相向速度差为零,使得大于两工作辊间隙的杂料不能被通过,从而得到筛选目的,也避免了硬质杂物卡坏机器,且由于有多个工作辊同时梳理出棉而大幅提高产量。
所述棉箱除进料风口和出料风口外全部封闭。
该发明节约了常规排棉箱、铺网机所占用场地和用电量,避免了梳理机、铺网机受静电影响的问题,极大降低了用于该功能的设备成本,解决了纤维网的接口问题和分层现象,使设备操作更简单化,该方法可串联重复使用进而提高产品质量。

本发明方法是由经开松机的送料风机(图中未画出)连接到进料管(1)通过高速气流将开松后的纤维料送入集棉箱(2)气流在进入集棉箱后由于空间变大而减速,使纤维料沉积于集棉箱,当纤维棉堆积到设定的棉箱对光开关(3)位置时自动暂时停止开松机的入料,气流继续经风道(4)加压而加速,通过收尾辊(5)和其余排列的工作辊(6)与外边板形成的风道从出料口(7)流出,并将全部工作辊(6)梳理出的纤维料送出到成网箱(10),在成网箱(10)上部气流减压减速后由上部空间排出,而梳好的纤维料则在成网箱内沉积成网。左右移动厚度调节板(9)可调节成网箱宽度从而使沉积网得到所需厚度,当纤维网堆积到成网箱对光开关(8)时控制工作辊速度到所设定的低速,沉积成型的网由下部上压帘(11)与输出帘(12)夹持输出给下道工序。
图2画出了工作辊针布方向与工作辊转动方向及气流方向的关系,当工作辊按针布尖头方向转动时,堆积的纤维棉被挂在针布上随工作辊转动,转动到与相邻的后端工作辊间隙处与后端工作辊相错得到梳理,剩余未梳理的纤维棉被后端工作辊带到与再后端的工作辊间隙处继续梳理。梳理好的纤维棉被挂到有风道的面,由于风道内风速大于工作辊表面的线速度和此时针布的针尖指向顺向于风向,所以梳理好的纤维棉被风道内气流带走,从而完成梳理出棉。在整个过程中由于所有工作辊同向转动使得棉箱内纤维棉不断翻滚起到了均棉作用。
本发明方法将棉箱下部设计为半圆形,所有工作辊沿此半圆形排列且与此半圆形同心,再整体旋转为收尾辊(5)端得到一定高度,有利于梳理好的棉顺气流通畅输出,便于工作辊与纤维棉充分接触和棉箱内纤维棉轻松翻滚。

Claims (3)

1.一种短纤维集成梳理成网方法,使短纤维的梳理装置和成网装置集成为一体,包括一棉箱,多个梳理工作辊,一个沉积式成网箱,特征为:所述多个梳理工作辊沿棉箱内底部依次按梳理工作辊外圆面紧邻排列起来且与底部形成一风道,所述风道连接紧邻棉箱的沉积式成网箱,棉箱内堆积的纤维被多个梳理工作辊从梳理工作辊上部梳理到梳理工作辊下部,经下部高速气流通过所述风道吹送入沉积式成网箱,在所述成网箱内沉积成网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种短纤维集成梳理成网方法,特征为:多个相同的绕上针布的梳理工作辊依次按外圆面紧邻排列起来,且同向等速按所绕针布针尖指向转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种短纤维集成梳理成网方法,特征为:经梳理后之纤维通过气流传送后沉积于成网箱内,所述成网箱一侧设置有可调节成网厚度的厚度调节板。
