Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车饰件局部激光纹理加工工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)将汽车饰件放于电镀槽中对汽车饰件表面进行电镀,使汽车饰件表面达到光亮的效果;(2)在电镀好的汽车饰件表面上选中一个或者几个区域,然后用激光器在选中的区域对汽车饰件表面的电镀层进行蚀刻,使蚀刻面形成拉丝纹理;(3)在汽车饰件表面再采用PVD离子镀膜技术镀上一层耐腐蚀性膜,防止蚀刻区域被腐蚀。本发明加工的饰件表面蚀刻的纹理哑光区域与光亮的电镀区域形成强烈对比,饰件的立体感较强,采用激光蚀刻,蚀刻精度大幅提高,且效率高。

一种汽车饰件局部激光纹理加工工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及汽车饰件加工工艺的技术领域,更具体地是属于一种汽车饰件局部激光纹理加工工艺。
背景技术:
随着我国汽车市场的迅猛发展以及普通消费者生活水平的不断提高,私家车已逐渐普及到一般家庭。与此相适应,一些用于汽车装饰件也相应得到迅猛发展。目前,汽车的标识一般采用化学腐蚀或者油漆喷涂对汽车标志的表面进行处理以得到所需的表面纹理,但化学腐蚀对汽车标志表面的损伤比较大切控制精度都。而采用油漆喷涂,不但不环保,喷涂油漆对工人的身体也会造成伤害,而且喷涂出来的汽车标志的纹理不精细美观,工作效率也较低。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种加工精细程度和加工效率均较高的汽车饰件局部激光纹理加工工艺。
本发明通过以下的技术方案来实现的:一种汽车饰件局部激光纹理加工工艺,包括以下步骤,
(1)将汽车饰件放于电镀槽中对汽车饰件表面进行电镀,使汽车饰件表面达到光亮的效果;
(2)在电镀好的汽车饰件表面上选中一个或者几个区域,然后用激光器在选中的区域对汽车饰件表面的电镀层进行蚀刻,使蚀刻面形成拉丝纹理;
(3)在汽车饰件表面蚀刻区域采用PVD离子镀膜技术镀上一层耐腐蚀性膜,防止蚀刻区域被腐蚀。
作为该技术方案的优选,所述激光器工作波长为1064nm。
作为该技术方案的优选,所述耐腐蚀性膜采用金属材料制成。更优选的,所述金属材料为锆,金或铂中的一种。
有益效果:
1、本发明加工后的饰件表面蚀刻的纹理哑光区域与光亮的电镀区域,形成强烈对比,饰件的立体感较强,产品美观;
2、采用激光蚀刻,蚀刻精度大幅提高,且效率高。

具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施例和附图,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明表述的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
一种汽车饰件局部激光纹理加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)取塑料饰件,将塑料饰件放入电解槽中,采用传统的电镀工艺,在塑料饰件的表面镀铜或者镀铬,使得塑料饰件的表面达到光亮的效果;
(2)在上述电镀好的汽车饰件表面上选中一个或者几个区域,然后用YAG激光器,优选的波长为1064nm,在选中的区域对汽车饰件表面的电镀层进行蚀刻,使蚀刻面形成拉丝纹理;
(3)由于蚀刻区域保护性光亮铬已被破坏,会影响其表面抗腐蚀能力,因此需要采用新的镀层工艺,来达到抗腐蚀效果,在汽车饰件表面采用PVD离子镀膜技术,即通过物理气相沉积(PVD)用高能离子轰击手段,在蚀刻区域形成一层薄薄的耐腐蚀性膜,防止蚀刻区域被腐蚀。该耐腐蚀性膜可由金属材料制成,如锆、金、铂等非腐蚀金属。
请参阅图1,其为本发明汽车标识的局部激光纹理加工工艺的一实施例,该实施例中,在狮子标识的表面进行加工处理,采用亮光与拉丝纹的集合,以达到狮型的立体感,具体通过如下步骤完成:
(1)取狮子标识的塑料饰件,将狮子标志放入电解槽中,采用传统的电解槽镀铬工艺,在狮子标识的表面镀上铬层,使狮子标识的表面达到光亮的效果;
(2)如图1中,在狮子的头部、四肢以及身体上选定三个区域,即图1中黑色区域,然后使用波长为1064nm的YAG激光器,对选定的区域采取选择性蚀刻,即蚀刻铬层,使蚀刻面形成拉丝纹理;
(3)由于蚀刻区域保护性光亮铬已被破坏,会影响其表面抗腐蚀能力,因此需要在图1中蚀刻的黑色区域采用镀层工艺来达到抗腐蚀的效果,即在图1中黑色区域采用PVD离子镀膜技术,用高能离子轰击手段,在黑色区域形成一层薄薄的耐腐蚀性膜,防止蚀刻区域被腐蚀,该耐腐蚀性膜可由金属材料制成,如锆、金、铂等非腐蚀金属。通过该工艺制成的狮子标志由于纹理哑光区域与光亮电镀铬,形成强烈对比,标识立体感增强;此外,采用YAG激光蚀刻,蚀刻美观精细,且效率高。

Claims (4)

1.一种汽车饰件局部激光纹理加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(1)将汽车饰件放于电镀槽中对汽车饰件表面进行电镀,使汽车饰件表面达到光亮的效果;
(2)在电镀好的汽车饰件表面上选中一个或者几个区域,然后用激光器在选中的区域对汽车饰件表面的电镀层进行蚀刻,使蚀刻面形成拉丝纹理;
(3)在汽车饰件表面采用PVD离子镀膜技术镀上一层耐腐蚀性膜,防止蚀刻区域被腐蚀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车饰件局部激光纹理加工工艺,其特征在于:所述激光器工作波长为1064nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车饰件局部激光纹理加工工艺,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀性膜采用金属材料制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车饰件局部激光纹理加工工艺,其特征在于:所述金属材料为锆,金或铂中的一种。
