Abstract
一种具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂,由基础油与除铜添加剂混合组成,其中所述基础油为GJB2049‑94标准2号军械防护油或GJB2378‑95标准武器清洁润滑防护三用油;所述除铜添加剂由二元醇、脂肪酸、乙醇胺和氨水按比例混合、至反应完全而制成,是油溶性的、无刺激性气味,既可用于枪械的日常擦拭保养,也可在射击后通过涂抹擦拭清理枪膛内壁上的挂铜以及火药燃烧后的残渣在枪膛内壁上形成的积碳,配备部队,能在不增加士兵单兵携行量的前提下,增加士兵武器良好状态的保障能力,对时刻确保武器装备的战技水平具有重要意义,并且由于射击后枪膛除铜操作程序简便、工作量小、用时短,特别能满足部队紧急备战的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种枪械清洁防护剂,特别是一种具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂。
背景技术
枪械在射击时,火药在枪膛中剧烈燃烧,燃气膨胀,从而推动弹头高速旋转射出枪膛,而在此过程中,弹头上覆盖的铜会高速刮蹭并附着在枪膛的内壁上,造成枪膛挂铜;另外,弹头铜合金背甲脱落也会造成枪膛挂铜。枪膛挂铜有诸多危害,比如破坏枪膛材料、影响射击精度,因此枪械在射击后要及时除铜。
然而目前我国武装部队使用的枪械清洁防护产品(擦枪油):2号军械防护油(GJB2049-94)和武器清洁润滑防护三用油(GJB2378-95)均不具有除铜能力。而市售的民用除铜剂都为水溶性除铜剂,在枪械上使用有以下缺点:①水溶性产品直接在枪械上使用,如不及时清除,会导致金属部件生锈;②水溶性产品除铜后,需擦干再涂擦枪油,程序繁琐,会加大枪械保养的工作量,而且还延长枪械的保养时间,不能满足部队紧急备战的需求;③增加一种武器保养材料,会加大士兵单兵携行量,影响部队机动;④大多有刺激性气味,对士兵身体有害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂。这种枪械清洁防护剂,是油溶性的、无刺激性气味,集枪械清洁防护与枪膛除铜多种能力于一身,既适用于枪械的日常擦拭保养,也能在射击后通过涂抹擦拭轻易清理掉枪膛内壁上的挂铜。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
这种具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂,它由基础油与除铜添加剂以重量份数比为10:1~3:2的比例混合组成,其中所述基础油为GJB2049-94标准2号军械防护油或GJB2378-95标准武器清洁润滑防护三用油;所述除铜添加剂由二元醇、脂肪酸、乙醇胺和氨水按比例混合、至反应完全而制成,使用原料各组分的重量百分比为:
所述脂肪酸可以是油酸、反油酸、亚油酸、月桂酸或棕榈酸中的任意一种。
所述二元醇可以是乙二醇或丙二醇中的任意一种。
本发明所提供的这种枪械清洁防护剂,与枪膛材料有极强的亲和力,但不对枪膛材料产生任何腐蚀;遇铜,其中的除铜添加剂将与铜发生反应,附着在枪膛内壁上的铜在与除铜添加剂反应后将生成可溶性复合离子[Cu(NH3)2]2+和[Cu(NH3)4]2+,从而脱离附着的枪膛内壁,因而用本发明所提供的这种枪械清洁防护剂擦拭枪械能够有效清除附着在枪膛内壁上的挂铜,而且擦拭后清洁防护剂中的油品还会在枪膛内壁表面形成一层致密的保护膜,隔绝湿气和空气,起到防锈作用,使射击后枪膛除铜、保养一次完成。
此外,本发明所提供的这种枪械清洁防护剂,由于其中的除铜添加剂悬浮于基础油品中,与外界隔离,因而性能稳定。
本发明所取得的有益效果是:
本发明所提供的这种具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂,既可用于枪械的日常擦拭保养,也可在射击后通过涂抹擦拭清理枪膛内壁上的挂铜及火药燃烧后的残渣在枪膛内壁上形成的积碳,配备部队,能在不增加士兵单兵携行量的前提下,增加士兵武器良好状态的保障能力,对时刻确保武器装备的战技水平具有重要意义,并且由于射击后枪膛除铜操作程序简便、工作量小、用时短,特别能满足部队紧急备战的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,但本发明的范围并不仅局限于此,其要求保护的范围记载于权利要求的权项中。
实施例1:
取8.6g丙二醇、2.1g乙醇胺、3.5g氨水依次加入17.9g油酸中,剧烈搅拌至反应完全,制成除铜添加剂。取8.0g除铜添加剂加入12.0g武器清洁润滑防护三用油(GJB2378-95)中,搅拌均匀,即制成本发明的具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂,该枪械清洁防护剂是油溶性的,无刺激性气味。
用脱脂棉蘸取上述制备的枪械清洁防护剂,在表面皿中对H70铜片进行除铜试验,操作方法为:
1、准确称量待试验铜片的初始重量,并拍照记录试验铜片表面形貌;
2、用蘸有本发明的枪械清洁防护剂的脱脂棉对试验铜片表面反复均匀擦拭5min;
3、用石油醚清洗试验铜片表面,然后恒温、称重,并拍照记录试验铜片表面形貌。
擦拭前后试验铜片表面形貌如附图1。
按照上述方法,用脱脂棉蘸取武器清洁润滑防护三用油(GJB2378-95),在表面皿中对H70铜片进行除铜试验,记录擦拭前后试验铜片重量,作为对照。
擦拭前后试验铜片重量变化情况如表1。

实施例2:
取8.6g丙二醇、2.1g乙醇胺、3.5g氨水依次加入17.9g油酸中,剧烈搅拌至反应完全,制成除铜添加剂。取4.0g除铜添加剂加入16.0g武器清洁润滑防护三用油(GJB2378-95)中,搅拌均匀,即制成本发明的具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂,该枪械清洁防护剂是油溶性的,无刺激性气味。
用脱脂棉蘸取上述制备的枪械清洁防护剂,在表面皿中对H70铜片进行除铜试验,操作方法为:
1、准确称量待试验铜片的初始重量,并拍照记录试验铜片表面形貌;
2、用蘸有本发明的枪械清洁防护剂的脱脂棉对试验铜片表面反复均匀擦拭5min;

实施例3:
截取一段枪管材料,清洁,称重,浸入本发明实施例1所制备的枪械清洁防护剂中,24h后取出,用石油醚清洗表面,然后恒温、称重。
浸泡前后试验枪管材料重量变化情况如表3。

试验结果表明:本发明的这种油溶性的枪械清洁防护剂无刺激性气味,对枪膛材料不产生任何腐蚀;对铜有较好的去除能力。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂,其特征在于:它是由基础油与除铜添加剂以重量份数比为10:1~3:2的比例混合组成的,其中所述基础油为GJB2049-94标准2号军械防护油或GJB2378-95标准武器清洁润滑防护三用油;所述除铜添加剂由二元醇、脂肪酸、乙醇胺和氨水按比例混合、至反应完全而制成,使用原料各组分的重量百分比为:
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂,其特征在于:所述脂肪酸为油酸、反油酸、亚油酸、月桂酸或棕榈酸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂,其特征在于:所述二元醇为乙二醇或丙二醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂,其特征在于:所述除铜添加剂是取8.6重量份的丙二醇、2.1重量份的乙醇胺、3.5重量份的氨水依次加入17.9重量份的油酸中,剧烈搅拌至反应完全制成的。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂,其特征在于:它是取8.0重量份的除铜添加剂加入12.0重量份的武器清洁润滑防护三用油中,搅拌均匀制备的。
6.根据权利要求4所述的具有除铜能力的枪械清洁防护剂,其特征在于:它是取4.0重量份的除铜添加剂加入16.0重量份的武器清洁润滑防护三用油中,搅拌均匀制备的。
