Abstract

本发明公开了一种非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶,采用双螺杆挤出实施反应共混工艺挤出造粒制备,所述一种非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶包含如下重量百分含量的各原料组分:聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂:70‑95wt%;非晶型嵌段共聚物:4‑25wt%;增容剂:0.5‑5wt%。本发明的非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶具有较高的维卡软化点温度,可以用于管道防腐、油气输送、城市排水等诸多领域。

一种非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶
技术领域
本发明涉及一种非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶,具体地说,是一种通过双螺杆挤出机实施聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂与非晶型嵌段共聚物树脂反应共混的制备方法。
背景技术
目前聚乙烯胶在管道防腐、油气输送、城市排水等领域有着广泛的应用。中国专利号CN102533162A介绍了一种3PE防腐管道用PE热熔胶粉末的制备方法。将聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂、聚烯烃基体树脂、弹性体增粘剂树脂、流平剂通过双螺杆挤出实施共混复合工艺挤出造粒,并通过磨粉设备得到PE热熔胶粉末。中国专利号CN102399519A介绍了一种钢塑复合管道热熔胶及生产方法。以高密度聚乙烯、马来酸酐、过氧化物、抗氧剂等制备了一种符合行标CJ/T225-2006,剥离强度达标,环柔度合格,阳光暴晒合格的聚乙烯热熔胶。以上传统的专用聚乙烯胶以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为主。为了提升聚乙烯胶的维卡温度,往往高密度聚乙烯用量比例较大,由于高密度聚乙烯结晶度高,熔点高,抗环境应力开裂较差。过多的高密度聚乙烯会导致热熔胶太脆,影响剥离强度。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶,解决了聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂与苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物的相容性差的问题。通过本发明反应共混制备的聚乙烯胶维卡温度可达110℃以上。本发明得到的聚乙烯胶可以用于管道防腐、油气输送、城市排水等诸多领域。
为达到上述目的,本发明包括如下技术方案:
一种非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶,采用双螺杆挤出实施反应共混工艺挤出造粒制备,所述一种非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶包含如下重量百分含量的各原料组分:聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂:70-95wt%;非晶型嵌段共聚物:4-25wt%;增容剂:0.5-5wt%。
进一步,所述的聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂的制备工艺为:以聚乙烯混合物为基体树脂;使用九段加热筒的双螺杆挤出机作连续反应器;设置挤出机加热筒温度,沿挤出方向分别为,70~80℃,150~170℃,170~190℃,170~190℃,180~190℃,180~190℃,180~190℃,180~190℃,180~195℃;螺杆转速90~110r/min;加热筒达到预定温度,将3~6kg聚乙烯混合料从位于挤出机第一段主加料口加入挤出机,喂料速度为0.1~0.2kg/min;将马来酸酐和过氧化物引发剂溶于丙酮,通过管道和计量泵从挤出机第三段液体加料口以0.001~0.008kg/min注入;加热下熔融接枝反应挤出得到聚乙烯接枝粘接剂树脂。
另,所述的聚乙烯混合物选自高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-辛烯共聚物中的一种或多种混合物。
另有,所述的过氧化物引发剂选自过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化二叔丁基化合物、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化己烷、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯中的一种或多种的混合物。
再,所述的各原料以重量分数计配比为:聚乙烯混合物100份,马来酸酐0.2-3份,过氧化物引发剂0.02-0.25份,丙酮1-6份。
再有,所述的非晶型嵌段共聚物为苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物。
且,所述的增容剂为多环氧扩链剂。
本发明有益效果在于:
本发明制备的非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶可用于管道防腐等领域,具有加工工艺简单,产品性能好等特点。
本发明提供了一种非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶,采用双螺杆挤出实施反应共混工艺挤出造粒制备。所述的一种非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶包含如下重量百分含量的各原料组分:聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂:70%-95%;非晶型嵌段共聚物:5%-25%;增容剂:0.1%-5%。通过将聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂与一种非晶型嵌段共聚物(苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物)共混可以在保证其粘接性能的前提下,提高聚乙烯胶的维卡温度,效果与结晶型高密度聚乙烯相当。通过本发明反应共混制备的聚乙烯胶维卡温度可达110℃以上。本发明得到的聚乙烯胶可以用于管道防腐、油气输送、城市排水等诸多领域,具有加工工艺简单,产品性能好等特点。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
室温下,将100g马来酸酐和4g 2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化己烷溶于100g丙酮中。将3kg高密度聚乙烯和2kg线性低密度聚乙烯混合均匀加入喂料桶。设置挤出机加热筒温度,沿挤出方向分别为,75℃,160℃,180℃,180℃,185℃,85℃,185℃,185℃,190℃;螺杆转速100 r/min。加热筒达到预定温度,将5kg聚乙烯混合料从位于挤出机第一段主加料口加入挤出机,喂料速度为0.15kg/min;同时将含有马来酸酐和引发剂的丙酮溶液通过计量泵从挤出机第三段液体加料口以0.002kg/min的速度注入,挤出得到聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂。将4kg聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂、0.4kg苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)、0.025 kg环氧扩链剂(ADR)混合均匀后,通过挤出机挤出得到聚乙烯胶颗粒,其维卡温度为110℃。
实施例二
室温下,将100g马来酸酐和8g 2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化己烷溶于100g丙酮中。将3kg高密度聚乙烯和2 kg乙烯-辛烯共聚物混合均匀加入喂料桶。设置挤出机加热筒温度,沿挤出方向分别为,75℃,160℃,180℃,180℃,185℃,185℃,185℃,185℃,190℃;螺杆转速100 r/min。加热筒达到预定温度,将5kg聚乙烯混合料从位于挤出机第一段主加料口加入挤出机,喂料速度为0.15kg/min;同时将含有马来酸酐和引发剂的丙酮溶液通过计量泵从挤出机第三段液体加料口以0.006kg/min的速度注入,挤出得到聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂。将4kg聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂、1kg苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)、0.05kg环氧扩链剂(ADR)混合均匀后,通过挤出机挤出得到聚乙烯胶颗粒,维卡温度为112℃。

1.一种非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶,采用双螺杆挤出实施反应共混工艺挤出造粒制备,其特征在于:所述一种非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶包含如下重量百分含量的各原料组分:聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂:70-95wt%;非晶型嵌段共聚物:4-25wt%;增容剂:0 .5-5wt%;所述的非晶型嵌段共聚物为苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物;
所述的聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂的制备工艺为:以聚乙烯混合物为基体树脂;使用九段加热筒的双螺杆挤出机作连续反应器;设置挤出机加热筒温度,沿挤出方向分别为,70~80℃,150~170℃,170~190℃,170~190℃,180~190℃,180~190℃,180~190℃,180~190℃,180~195℃;螺杆转速90~110r/min;加热筒达到预定温度,将3~6kg聚乙烯混合料从位于挤出机第一段主加料口加入挤出机,喂料速度为0 .1~0 .2kg/min;将马来酸酐和过氧化物引发剂溶于丙酮,通过管道和计量泵从挤出机第三段液体加料口以0 .001~0 .008kg/min注入;加热下熔融接枝反应挤出得到聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶,其特征在于:所述的聚乙烯混合物选自高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-辛烯共聚物中的多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶,其特征在于:所述的过氧化物引发剂选自过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化二叔丁基化合物、2 ,5-二甲基-2 ,5-二叔丁基过氧化己烷、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯中的一种或多种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶,其特征在于:所述的聚乙烯接枝物粘接树脂各原料以重量分数计配比为:聚乙烯混合物100份,马来酸酐0 .2-3份,过氧化物引发剂0 .02-0 .25份,丙酮1-6份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的非晶型嵌段共聚物改性聚乙烯胶,其特征在于:所述的增容剂为多环氧扩链剂。
