Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐刮擦PE薄膜包装材料,按质量百分比计算,其原料的组成及含量如下:高密度聚乙烯HDPE为78‑88%、低密度聚乙烯LDPE为9‑16%、耐刮剂为1‑3%、爽滑剂为1.2‑3%;该耐刮擦PE薄膜包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将高密度聚乙烯HDPE、低密度聚乙烯LDPE、耐刮剂、爽滑剂按上述质量百分比在混合机上混合好,加入吹膜机组,经吹膜挤出机加热并挤出,挤出时采用风冷的方式急速冷却,再经吹涨、牵引、收卷工序,即得耐刮擦PE薄膜包装材料;本发明同现有技术相比,由于采用特殊的原材料,此类原材料透明度高,从而使得簿膜能够达到高透明和耐刮擦的效果,其雾度(HAZE)可以达到10以下。

[技术领域]
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体地说是一种耐刮擦PE薄膜包装材料及其制备方法。
[背景技术]
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活质量也越来越关注,对产品的性能有众多要求的同时,对产品的包装和外观也越来越高,在人们选择商品时,产品外包装的质量和外观也成为人们选择产品和判断产品质量的很重要的一项考量指标。目前,市场上的外包装膜材料通常采用聚氯乙烯作为原材料,聚氯乙烯是由氯乙烯在引发剂的作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂,其具有较好的机械性能而被广泛应用于包装,然而其高透明性和耐刮擦性性能差,雾度(HAZE)高,且该包装材料在受热和光照的作用下会发生分解,同时力学强度也会下降,作为食品包装而言,长期使用则对人体健康产生影响。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的就是要解决上述的不足而提供一种耐刮擦PE薄膜包装材料,由于采用特殊的原材料,此类原材料透明度高,从而使得簿膜能够达到高透明和耐刮擦的效果,其雾度(HAZE)可以达到10以下。
为实现上述目的设计一种耐刮擦PE薄膜包装材料,按质量百分比计算,其原料的组成及含量如下:

所述耐刮剂为氟化乙丙烯、聚偏氟乙烯或乙烯四氟乙烯共聚物。
该耐刮擦PE薄膜包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将高密度聚乙烯HDPE、低密度聚乙烯LDPE、耐刮剂、爽滑剂按上述质量百分比在混合机上混合好,加入吹膜机组,经吹膜挤出机加热并挤出,挤出时采用风冷的方式急速冷却,再经吹涨、牵引、收卷工序,即得耐刮擦PE薄膜包装材料。
本发明同现有技术相比,通过使用78-88%的高透明原料高密度聚乙烯HDPE,其主要作用是提高薄膜透明性,再添加9-16%的低密度聚乙烯LDPE以提高薄膜热封性,添加1-3%耐刮剂提高薄膜的耐刮擦性能,添加1.2-3%爽滑剂提高薄膜的滑性和开口性,此种簿膜由于采用特殊的原材料,此类原材料透明度高,并结合特殊的生产工艺(采用吹膜法,采用急冷的方式生产),从而急速冷却,使生产的簿膜达到高透明和耐刮擦的效果,其雾度(HAZE)可以达到10以下,值得推广应用。

该耐刮擦PE薄膜包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将高密度聚乙烯HDPE、低密度聚乙烯LDPE、耐刮剂、爽滑剂按上述质量百分比在混合机上混合好,加入吹膜机组,经吹膜挤出机加热并挤出,挤出时采用风冷的方式急速冷却,再经吹涨、牵引、收卷工序,即得耐刮擦PE薄膜包装材料;其中,耐刮剂为氟化乙丙烯、聚偏氟乙烯或乙烯四氟乙烯共聚物。
