(3) uniformly mixing 5-10 parts by weight of urea, 5-8 parts by weight of diammonium phosphate, 6-10 parts by weight of potassium sulfate, 30-40 parts by weight of fermentation fungus dregs prepared in the step (2), 10-20 parts by weight of soybean meal, 20-30 parts by weight of aminated lignite and 5-8 parts by weight of a plasticizer to prepare auxiliary materials;
(4) and (2) carrying out solid-liquid separation on the modified pig manure prepared in the step (1), drying the solid, adding the auxiliary material prepared in the step (3) according to the weight percentage of 20-35%, and uniformly mixing to prepare the fermentation-free low-cost organic fertilizer of pig manure.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the solid content in the pig manure in the step (1) is 5 to 8%.
3. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the modifier in the step (1) is prepared into a modifier solution with a mass concentration of 5-15%, and then the modifier solution is added into pig manure.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the deodorant component in the step (1) is as follows, in parts by weight:
4500-5500 parts of ferrous sulfate, 4500-5500 parts of magnesium sulfate and 0.05-0.15 part of vanillin.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the deodorant is added in the step (1) in an amount of 0.3-0.8 kg/m, and the deodorant is prepared into a deodorant solution with a mass concentration of 5-15% and then added to the pig manure.
6. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the modifier in the step (1) comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1 part of hydroxypropyl methacrylate, 99 parts of calcium hydroxide and 100 parts of potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the plasticizer in the step (3) is calcium powder and/or bentonite.
8. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (4), the solid-liquid separation is performed by pressure filtration, and the pore size of the filter screen is less than or equal to 0.5 mm.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (4), the water content of the dried solid is 60 to 65%.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of granulating, sieving, metering and packaging.
11. The preparation method according to claim 10, wherein the granulation is performed by using an extrusion granulation device with a temperature raising function, the temperature after granulation is kept at 55-65 ℃, and the water content of the granules is less than or equal to 28% after cooling.
