本发明公开了一种布面瓦楞纸板及其生产方法,包括瓦楞纸板,及设置在瓦楞纸板内侧边缘处的粘连层,及与粘连层粘连连接的布面层,及贯穿瓦楞纸板、粘连层和布面层的锁紧件,所述瓦楞纸板包括上瓦楞纸层,及设置在上瓦楞纸层下端的中段瓦楞纸层,及设置在中段瓦楞纸层下端的下瓦楞纸层,所述布面层包括上层布网层和下层布网层,本发明具有使用方便、制造工艺简单,抗拉、抗折、抗压能力好、环保耐用、可适用于不同尺寸包装要求、且可多次重复利用的优点。

一种布面瓦楞纸板及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及包装纸领域,具体涉及一种布面瓦楞纸板及其生产方法。
背景技术
众所周知在各行各业的包装领域,瓦楞纸板是最基础和最广泛的包装材料,其造价普遍低廉,其厚度是由三层以上的瓦楞纸相互叠加而成,具有牢固耐用、抗拉强度高、不易破损等优点,但是在包装一些样品机时,由于样品机都是需要拿去展会参展的,其尺寸高度和宽度和实际批量生产的产品都会有区别,特别是一些大型的设备,如油烟机、洗衣机、烤箱、电风扇等等,用通用的包装箱包装会出现样品机太大的情况,经常是长度或者宽度稍微高出一点而导致无法包装,而去找到合适的包装箱子比较困难,高度相同了,其宽度又多出很多,而多出的部分只能用泡沫或者其它碎纸板填充进去,极大增加了在运输过程中出现磕碰的安全隐患,而如果专门定做一个适合出展的包装箱又很不划算,无法满足现有样品机的包装要求,给出展带来诸多不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用方便、制造工艺简单,抗拉、抗折、抗压能力好、环保耐用、可适用于不同尺寸包装要求、且可多次重复利用的布面瓦楞纸板。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种布面瓦楞纸板,包括瓦楞纸板,及设置在瓦楞纸板内侧边缘处的粘连层,及与粘连层粘连连接的布面层,及贯穿瓦楞纸板、粘连层和布面层的锁紧件,所述瓦楞纸板包括上瓦楞纸层,及设置在上瓦楞纸层下端的中段瓦楞纸层,及设置在中段瓦楞纸层下端的下瓦楞纸层,所述布面层包括上层布网层和下层布网层。
进一步的,所述上瓦楞纸层、中段瓦楞纸层和下瓦楞纸层的厚度均相等,且厚度为0.65~0.95mm,所述上瓦楞纸层、中段瓦楞纸层和下瓦楞纸层组合成瓦楞纸板的厚度为0.2~0.35cm。
进一步的,所述中段瓦楞纸层为波浪型结构。
进一步的,所述瓦楞纸板的宽度A为1.5cm~2.5cm。
进一步的,所述上层布网层为编织布、无纺布、针织布或纺织布的其中一种。
进一步的,所述下层布网层为编织布、无纺布、针织布或纺织布的其中一种。
进一步的,所述锁紧件为铆钉或订针。
本发明布面瓦楞纸板还提供一种生产简便、效率高的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、首先把生产完成的上瓦楞纸层、中段瓦楞纸层和下瓦楞纸层放置在热压机上固定位置;2)、在上层布网层和下层布网层放置的同时,在其四周用刷子涂抹上一层粘连层;3)、然后再沿着上瓦楞纸层和下瓦楞纸层缓慢塞入;4)、然后启动热压机向下压紧,并放入到烘干机中烘干,热压机和烘干机的时间为小于或等于20秒;5)、最后用铆钉机或订针机把锁紧件定入到瓦楞纸板上完成固定。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种布面瓦楞纸板,其在瓦楞纸板中间位置放置有上层布网层和下层布网层,且在上层布网层和下层布网层四周涂抹有粘连层,可固定住上层布网层和下层布网层,并在瓦楞纸板用锁紧件锁紧,进一步固定上层布网层和下层布网层不易脱出,而上层布网层和下层布网层可以代替传统的瓦楞纸结构,当内部产品尺寸过大时,可以撑开一段距离,且抗拉、抗压和抗折效果非常好,无需再重新找合适的纸箱,且上下层布网层采用抗压抗拉能力高,耐腐蚀和寿命长的网布材料,极大提高使用寿命,同时,此结构可以多次重复利用,减少大量资源的浪费,起到环保的效果。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
参阅图1和图2所示,一种布面瓦楞纸板,包括瓦楞纸板1,及设置在瓦楞纸板1内侧边缘处的粘连层4,及与粘连层4粘连连接的布面层4,及贯穿瓦楞纸板1、粘连层4和布面层4的锁紧件3,所述瓦楞纸板1包括上瓦楞纸层11,及设置在上瓦楞纸层11下端的中段瓦楞纸层12,及设置在中段瓦楞纸层12下端的下瓦楞纸层13,所述布面层4包括上层布网层22和下层布网层21。
所述上瓦楞纸层11、中段瓦楞纸层12和下瓦楞纸层13的厚度均相等,且厚度为0.65~0.95mm,所述上瓦楞纸层11、中段瓦楞纸层12和下瓦楞纸层13组合成瓦楞纸板1的厚度为0.2~0.35cm。
所述中段瓦楞纸层12为波浪型结构。
所述瓦楞纸板1的宽度A为1.5cm~2.5cm。
所述上层布网层22为编织布、无纺布、针织布或纺织布的其中一种。
所述下层布网层21为编织布、无纺布、针织布或纺织布的其中一种。
锁紧件3为铆钉或订针。
一种布面瓦楞纸板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、首先把生产完成的上瓦楞纸层11、中段瓦楞纸层12和下瓦楞纸层13放置在热压机上固定位置;2)、在上层布网层22和下层布网层21放置的同时,在其四周用刷子涂抹上一层粘连层4;3)、然后再沿着上瓦楞纸层11和下瓦楞纸层13缓慢塞入;4)、然后启动热压机向下压紧,并放入到烘干机中烘干,热压机和烘干机的时间为小于或等于20秒;5)、最后用铆钉机或订针机把锁紧件3定入到瓦楞纸板1上完成固定。
同理,上层布网层22和下层布网层21可以整个覆盖在纸箱的上端或下端,起到相同的效果,也可以是在原有的瓦楞纸板1上端先用粘连层4进行覆盖,再在粘连层4上粘连上层布网层22和下层布网层21,起到相同的效果,且瓦楞纸板1可通过原有的设备完成整个加工生产过程,无需另外购买其它设备进行加工,可大幅度减少生产成本,无需额外的费用。
本发明的有益效果:本发明一种布面瓦楞纸板,其在瓦楞纸板中间位置放置有上层布网层和下层布网层,且在上层布网层和下层布网层四周涂抹有粘连层,可固定住上层布网层和下层布网层,并在瓦楞纸板用锁紧件锁紧,进一步固定上层布网层和下层布网层不易脱出,而上层布网层和下层布网层可以代替传统的瓦楞纸结构,当内部产品尺寸过大时,可以撑开一段距离,且抗拉、抗压和抗折效果非常好,无需再重新找合适的纸箱,且上下层布网层采用抗压抗拉能力高,耐腐蚀和寿命长的网布材料,极大提高使用寿命,同时,此结构可以多次重复利用,减少大量资源的浪费,起到环保的效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种布面瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:包括瓦楞纸板,及设置在瓦楞纸板内侧边缘处的粘连层,及与粘连层粘连连接的布面层,及贯穿瓦楞纸板、粘连层和布面层的锁紧件,所述瓦楞纸板包括上瓦楞纸层,及设置在上瓦楞纸层下端的中段瓦楞纸层,及设置在中段瓦楞纸层下端的下瓦楞纸层,所述布面层包括上层布网层和下层布网层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种布面瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述上瓦楞纸层、中段瓦楞纸层和下瓦楞纸层的厚度均相等,且厚度为0.65~0.95mm,所述上瓦楞纸层、中段瓦楞纸层和下瓦楞纸层组合成瓦楞纸板的厚度为0.2~0.35cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种布面瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述中段瓦楞纸层为波浪型结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种布面瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述瓦楞纸板的宽度A为1.5cm~2.5cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种布面瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述上层布网层为编织布、无纺布、针织布或纺织布的其中一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种布面瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述下层布网层为编织布、无纺布、针织布或纺织布的其中一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种布面瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:锁紧件为铆钉或订针。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种布面瓦楞纸板的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)、首先把生产完成的上瓦楞纸层、中段瓦楞纸层和下瓦楞纸层放置在热压机上固定位置;
2)、在上层布网层和下层布网层放置的同时,在其四周用刷子涂抹上一层粘连层;
3)、然后再沿着上瓦楞纸层和下瓦楞纸层缓慢塞入;
4)、然后启动热压机向下压紧,并放入到烘干机中烘干,热压机和烘干机的时间为小于或等于20秒;
5)、最后用铆钉机或订针机把锁紧件定入到瓦楞纸板1上完成固定。
