一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置，包括第一进气管、直角连接管、第二进气管、初滤筒、排气管，所述第一进气管连接直角连接管一端管口，所述直角连接管另一端管口连接第二进气管，所述第二进气管上端连接初滤筒，所述初滤筒顶端装置排气管；所述第一进气管内部装置带有镂空口的挡火板；所述第二进气管内部装置颗粒杂质过滤板；所述初滤筒内部右下至上装置pps针刺毡滤袋、陶瓷微孔过滤网。本发明的一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置，结构简单、便于使用，可以装置在锅炉内部，不仅可以对废气进行初步过滤，更是便于在锅炉外部设备检修时仍可以对废气进行过滤。

Description

一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置
技术领域
本发明涉及火力发电厂锅炉设备领域，特别是涉及一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置。
背景技术
近几年来，人们对健康的关注越来越大，空气质量成为人们关注的焦点，PM2.5是作为衡量空气质量的一项重要指标，更是越来越受到人们的关注。
在火力发电厂中，或是工业加工过程中以及人们日常生活中都会使用各种锅炉，这些锅炉燃料在燃烧过程中会放出大量废气，这些废气如果未经处理直接排放到环境中，会给人们的生活和工作的环境造成很大的危害。
现有的废气处理设备一般为锅炉外部设备，连接在锅炉外部使用，而这类废气处理装置的结构较为复杂，维护困难，使用寿命短，当需要更换或是检修废气处理装置时，锅炉废气便无法进行处理，这就导致了环境的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置，结构简单、便于使用，可以装置在燃煤锅炉内部使用，不仅可以对废气进行初步过滤，更是便于在锅炉外部设备检修时仍可以对废气进行过滤。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置，包括第一进气管、直角连接管、第二进气管、初滤筒、排气管，所述第一进气管连接直角连接管一端管口，所述直角连接管另一端管口连接第二进气管，所述第二进气管上端连接初滤筒，所述初滤筒顶端装置排气管；所述第一进气管内部装置带有镂空口的挡火板；所述第二进气管内部装置颗粒杂质过滤板；所述初滤筒内部右下至上装置pps针刺毡滤袋、陶瓷微孔过滤网。
所述第一进气管、直角连接管、第二进气管、初滤筒、排气管外壁上皆涂刷防火涂层。
所述初滤筒壳体由外壳体、隔热层、内壳体构成，所述隔热层装置在外壳体与内壳体之间，所述隔热层采用石棉隔热板。
本发明的一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置，在使用时，锅炉内部烟气室中的烟气从第一进气管进入，第一进气管内部装置带有镂空口的挡火板，可以挡住烟气中的火星或是火花，然后烟气经过第一进气管进入至直角连接管、第二进气管，在第二进气管中，装置颗粒杂质过滤板，可以过滤掉烟尘中的大颗粒杂质，然后烟气进入至初滤筒中，经初滤筒内部右下至上装置的pps针刺毡滤袋、陶瓷微孔过滤网过滤后，从排气管排出。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置，结构简单、便于使用，可以装置在锅炉内部，不仅可以对废气进行初步过滤，更是便于在锅炉外部设备检修时仍可以对废气进行过滤。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
如图1所示，一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置，包括第一进气管1、直角连接管2、第二进气管3、初滤筒4、排气管5，所述第一进气管1连接直角连接管2一端管口，所述直角连接管2另一端管口连接第二进气管3，所述第二进气管3上端连接初滤筒4，所述初滤筒4顶端装置排气管5；所述第一进气管1内部装置带有镂空口的挡火板6；所述第二进气管3内部装置颗粒杂质过滤板7；所述初滤筒4内部右下至上装置pps针刺毡滤袋8、陶瓷微孔过滤网9。
实施例2
如图1所示，所述第一进气管1、直角连接管2、第二进气管3、初滤筒4、排气管5外壁上皆涂刷防火涂层。
实施例3
如图1所示，所述初滤筒4壳体由外壳体10、隔热层11、内壳体12构成，所述隔热层11装置在外壳体10与内壳体12之间，所述隔热层11采用石棉隔热板。
实施例4
本发明的一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置，在使用时，锅炉内部烟气室中的烟气从第一进气管进入，第一进气管内部装置带有镂空口的挡火板，可以挡住烟气中的火星或是火花，然后烟气经过第一进气管进入至直角连接管、第二进气管，在第二进气管中，装置颗粒杂质过滤板，可以过滤掉烟尘中的大颗粒杂质，然后烟气进入至初滤筒中，经初滤筒内部右下至上装置的pps针刺毡滤袋、陶瓷微孔过滤网过滤后，从排气管排出。

1.一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置，包括第一进气管、直角连接管、第二进气管、初滤筒、排气管，其特征在于：所述第一进气管连接直角连接管一端管口，所述直角连接管另一端管口连接第二进气管，所述第二进气管上端连接初滤筒，所述初滤筒顶端装置排气管；所述第一进气管内部装置带有镂空口的挡火板；所述第二进气管内部装置颗粒杂质过滤板；所述初滤筒内部右下至上装置pps针刺毡滤袋、陶瓷微孔过滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置，其特征在于：所述第一进气管、直角连接管、第二进气管、初滤筒、排气管外壁上皆涂刷防火涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于燃煤锅炉的烟气初滤装置，其特征在于：所述初滤筒壳体由外壳体、隔热层、内壳体构成，所述隔热层装置在外壳体与内壳体之间，所述隔热层采用石棉隔热板。
