Abstract

波浪形钢板式叠合板构件包括底板和混凝土肋,底板与混凝土肋之间设置波浪形钢板,波浪形钢板高度方向底部埋入底板内,波浪形钢板高度方向顶部埋入混凝土肋内,波浪形钢板上开设数个通孔。通孔为方孔,每两个通孔中心线之间的距离L1为30‑50毫米。本发明的叠合板构件的底板可以做到30毫米以内,在达到极好的支撑、抗压等条件性能的前提下,自身重量减少了50%多,并减轻了梁、柱、墙、基础构件的重量,增加了建筑层的净空高度。本发明还具有整体强度高、牢固度好、不变形、提高建筑物质量等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑构件,是波浪形钢板式叠合板构件。
背景技术
建筑领域经常使用的叠合板构件有多种结构,主要根据不同建筑形式、不同建筑用途等需要选取。各种叠合板构件的共同不足在于整体刚性较低,整体抗压性低、易产生开裂、跨度小、自重较大、钢筋用量较多,特别是底板的重量较重,厚度必须达到60毫米-80毫米,导致梁、柱、墙、基础等结构构件需相应变大,降低了层高净空,在现场施工时现浇工艺复杂等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种组空间桁架梁,它能够解决现有技术的不足。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:波浪形钢板式叠合板构件包括底板和混凝土肋,底板与混凝土肋之间设置波浪形钢板,波浪形钢板高度方向底部埋入底板内,波浪形钢板高度方向顶部埋入混凝土肋内,波浪形钢板上开设数个通孔。通孔为方孔,每两个通孔中心线之间的距离L1为30-50毫米。波浪形钢板的顶部开设数个第一冲孔,第一冲孔边沿处设置向外翘起的第一小钢板,第一小钢板的面积与第一冲孔的面积相等,第一小钢板的外表面与波浪形钢板的表面设置第一夹角α1。数个第一冲孔呈一字形排列。波浪形钢板的底部开设数个第二冲孔,第二冲孔边沿处设置向外翘起的第二小钢板,第二小钢板的面积与第二冲孔的面积相等,第二小钢板的外表面与波浪形钢板的表面设置第二夹角α2。数个第二冲孔呈一字形排列。数个第一冲孔中的每两个冲孔的中心线间的距离L2为10-30毫米。数个第二冲孔中的每两个冲孔的中心线间的距离L3为10-30毫米。
本发明优点在于:它采用工业化生产线一次加工成型,叠合板构件的整体稳定性高、抗压性能比现有技术提高50%-70%,叠合板构件的截面惯性矩大,抗弯性能提高30%-40%左右,刚性提高45%左右。底板、混凝土肋与各部件的连接等部位不产生开裂,特别适用于大跨度的厂房、车间、仓库等建筑要求,叠合板构件的局部稳定性好,可根据需要任意截取成段使用,给使用者带来较大方便,本发明的叠合板构件的底板可以做到30毫米以内,在达到极好的支撑、抗压等条件性能的前提下,自身重量减少了50%多,并减轻了梁、柱、墙、基础构件的重量,增加了建筑层的净空高度。本发明还具有整体强度高、牢固度好、不变形、提高建筑物质量等优点。

具体实施方式
对照附图对本发明做进一步说明。
图中3是底板,底板3和混凝土肋1,底板3与混凝土肋1之间设置波浪形钢板2,波浪形钢板2高度方向底部埋入底板3内,波浪形钢板2高度方向顶部埋入混凝土肋1内,波浪形钢板2上开设数个通孔6。采用波浪形钢板2的组合结构能够增加叠合板构件的承压性能,增加其截面惯性矩,特别是波浪形钢板2的设计能够增加叠合板的抗弯、抗扭能力等,并可使底板的厚度减少30毫米左右。通孔6优选方孔,便于同时穿多根钢筋,它可增加钢筋的接触面积,并且每两个通孔6中心线间的距离L1为30-50毫米。
本发明的优选方案是;波浪形钢板2的顶部开设数个第一冲孔,第一冲孔7边沿处设置向外翘起的第一小钢板9,第一小钢板9的面积与第一冲孔7的面积相等,第一小钢板9的外表面与波浪形钢板2的表面设置第一夹角α1,数个第一冲孔7呈一字形排列。该结构增加了波浪形钢板2与混凝土肋1的连接牢固度,并不破坏波浪形钢板2自身的强度,并能进一步增加叠合板的抗压能力。
本发明进一步的优选方案是:波浪形钢板2的底部开设数个第二冲孔8,第二冲孔8边沿处设置向外翘起的第二小钢板10,第二小钢板10的面积与第二冲孔8的面积相等,第二小钢板10的外表面与波浪形钢板2的表面设置第二夹角α2,数个第二冲孔8呈一字形排列。该方案进一步增加了波浪形钢板2与底板3的连接牢固度,进一步提高了叠合板的抗压、抗弯等性能,提高了叠合板的使用寿命。
本发明所述的数个第一冲孔7中的每两个冲孔的中心线间的距离L2为10-30毫米,数个第二冲孔8中的每两个冲孔的中心线间的距离L3为10-30毫米。上述结构可进一步保证波浪形钢板2与混凝土助1的底板3连接后牢固的情况下,从而进一步保证叠合板的抗压、抗弯等性能。
本发明所述底板3内的支撑筋4和混凝土肋1内的钢筋5可以是预应力钢筋。

1.波浪形钢板式叠合板构件,其特征在于:包括底板(3)和混凝土肋(1),底板(3)与混凝土肋(1)之间设置波浪形钢板(2),波浪形钢板(2)高度方向底部埋入底板(3)内,波浪形钢板(2)高度方向顶部埋入混凝土肋(1)内,波浪形钢板(2)上开设数个通孔(6),波浪形钢板(2)的顶部开设数个第一冲孔,第一冲孔(7)边沿处设置向外翘起的第一小钢板(9),第一小钢板(9)的面积与第一冲孔(7)的面积相等,第一小钢板(9)的外表面与波浪形钢板(2)的表面设置第一夹角α1,波浪形钢板(2)的底部开设数个第二冲孔(8),第二冲孔(8)边沿处设置向外翘起的第二小钢板(10),第二小钢板(10)的面积与第二冲孔(8)的面积相等,第二小钢板(10)的外表面与波浪形钢板(2)的表面设置第二夹角α2,数个第一冲孔(7)呈一字形排列,数个第二冲孔(8)呈一字形排列,数个第一冲孔(7)中的每两个冲孔的中心线间的距离L2为10-30毫米,数个第二冲孔(8)中的每两个冲孔的中心线间的距离L3为10-30毫米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的波浪形钢板式叠合板构件,其特征在于:通孔(6)为方孔,每两个通孔(6)中心线之间的距离L1为30-50毫米。
