Abstract

本发明公开了一种现代农牧建筑泡沫混凝土自保温砌块墙体构造体系,由混凝土砌块主块14、半块15、洞口主块16、洞口半块17、水平系梁砌块18、梁柱贴面砌块13及内充泡沫混凝土保温材料11构成;混凝土砌块主块14由两个混凝土外壁1和两个1号下凹混凝土肋2构成;洞口主块16由两个混凝土外壁1、1号下凹混凝土肋2、端部混凝土肋3和直角形混凝土肋4构成;水平系梁砌块18由两个混凝土外壁1、混凝土内壁6、3个2号下凹混凝土肋8和两个3号下凹混凝土肋7构成;梁柱贴面砌块13由泡沫混凝土保温板9和混凝土面板10构成;其构造体系符合新版《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016的规定,实现节能防火与结构一体化,保温材料与建筑物同寿命。

一种现代农牧建筑泡沫混凝土自保温砌块墙体构造体系
技术领域
本发明涉及一种现代农牧建筑泡沫混凝土自保温砌块墙体构造体系,属于农牧建筑领域。
背景技术
随着现代农牧养殖业朝着自动化、超大规模化、***化的发展,对现代农牧建筑提出了更高的要求,已经不是传统意义上的猪舍、鸡窝和牛棚。而是一种现代化的环保节能型厂房,该种农牧养殖建筑必须满足如下要求:经济、实用、环保、节能、防火、高强、耐久、安全。也就是说,农牧养殖建筑也必须与工用和民用建筑一样,达到建筑节能65%以上的标准。由于农牧养殖业的特性需要,超大规模化的农牧养殖业基地必须远离城区,现代化的农牧养殖建筑均为单层建筑,墙体的高度为3m左右,墙体的长度均在60m~100m,现行的农牧节能建筑是在混凝土砌块外墙体的外表面粘贴聚苯板,该种技术方案存在很多的弊端:1)外墙外保温层开裂;2)外保温层脱落;3)保温层耐冲击性差;4)保温材料与建筑物不同寿命;5)易发生重大火灾等。不利于现代化农牧节能建筑的推广和应用。急需一体化保温隔热防火防鼠害的复合墙体结构体系,满足现代化鸡舍建筑墙体的需要。本发明试图探索出一条适用现代农牧建筑在隔热保温低运行成本运行的新型建筑结构体系,即现代农牧建筑泡沫混凝土自保温砌块墙体构造体系;该技术体系解决了现代农牧建筑节能与结构一体化,保温材料与建筑物同寿命,防火、环保与防鼠害相结合,墙体材料的寿命周期达到后可再绿色循环使用的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服上述现行的农牧养殖建筑节能墙体存在的技术缺陷,提供一种现代农牧建筑泡沫混凝土自保温砌块墙体构造体系。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种现代农牧建筑泡沫混凝土自保温砌块墙体构造体系,其特征在于:由混凝土砌块主块14、半块15、洞口主块16、洞口半块17、水平系梁砌块18、梁柱贴面砌块13及内充的泡沫混凝土保温材料11构成;所述的混凝土砌块主块14为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁1和两个1号下凹形混凝土肋2构成;所述的洞口主块16为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁1、1号下凹形混凝土肋2、端部混凝土肋3和直角形混凝土肋4构成;所述的洞口半块17为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁1、4号下凹形混凝土肋5、端部混凝土肋3和直角形混凝土肋4构成;所述的水平系梁砌块18为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁1、混凝土内壁6、3个2号下凹形混凝土肋8和两个3号下凹形混凝土肋7构成;所述的泡沫混凝土保温材料11的浆料,填充在由混凝土砌块主块14、砌块半块15、洞口主块16、洞口半块17和水平系梁砌块18构成的混凝土砌块墙体的孔洞内,形成一种自保温墙体结构;所述的梁柱贴面砌块13由泡沫混凝土保温板9和混凝土面板10构成,粘贴在梁柱的外表面,与砌块主块14在同一个平面内。

本发明是这样实现的,下面结合附图1~图16作进一步说明:一种现代农牧建筑泡沫混凝土自保温砌块墙体构造体系,其特征在于:由混凝土砌块主块14、半块15、洞口主块16、洞口半块17、水平系梁砌块18、梁柱贴面砌块13及内充的泡沫混凝土保温材料11构成;所述的混凝土砌块主块14为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁1和两个1号下凹形混凝土肋2构成;所述的洞口主块16为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁1、1号下凹形混凝土肋2、端部混凝土肋3和直角形混凝土肋4构成;所述的洞口半块17为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁1、4号下凹形混凝土肋5、端部混凝土肋3和直角形混凝土肋4构成;所述的水平系梁砌块18为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁1、混凝土内壁6、3个2号下凹形混凝土肋8和两个3号下凹形混凝土肋7构成;所述的泡沫混凝土保温材料11的浆料,填充在由混凝土砌块主块14、砌块半块15、洞口主块16、洞口半块17和水平系梁砌块18构成的混凝土砌块墙体的孔洞内,形成一种自保温墙体结构;所述的梁柱贴面砌块13由泡沫混凝土保温板9和混凝土面板10构成,粘贴在梁柱的外表面,与砌块主块14在同一个平面内。
本发明现场实施方案是这样实现的:
1)在施工好的钢筋混凝土地梁上放线,确定墙体的中心位置;
2)由混凝土砌块主块14构成的砌块墙体砌筑,应从房屋外墙转角定位处开始,砌筑皮数、灰缝厚度、标高应与皮数杆标志一致;宜在墙体内外侧同时挂两根水平准线;
3)混凝土砌块主块14、砌块半块15、洞口主块16、洞口半块17均反砌,即砌筑该四种砌块时,均应底面朝上反砌;
4)混凝土砌块主块14砌筑形式应每皮顺砌,当墙体内设置芯柱时,如门窗洞口时,要使用洞口主块16和洞口半块17砌筑,洞口主块16与洞口半块17必须对孔、错缝、搭砌;
5)砌筑水平系梁砌块18时,采用正砌方式,即带U形的朝上砌筑;
6)由混凝土砌块14砌筑的混凝土砌块墙体砌筑好7d后,方可在混凝土砌块墙体的孔洞内浇筑泡沫混凝土保温材料11的浆料;
7)圈梁和构造柱12的外表面,粘贴梁柱贴面砌块13;
8)内外砌筑灰缝做勾缝处理。到此,一种现代农牧建筑泡沫混凝土自保温砌块墙体构造体系完成。
本发明产生的有益效果是:
1)混凝土砌块主块14、砌块半块15、洞口主块16、洞口半块17、水平系列砌块18、梁柱贴面砌块13均在工厂化生产,有利于提高产品质量,降低生产成本,提高现代农牧养殖节能建筑质量;
2)采用泡沫混凝土自保温砌块墙体结构体系,现场实现标准化施工,施工速度快,施工质量高,不污染环境,降低施工成本;
3)采用泡沫混凝土保温材料,具有保温、隔热、防火、防鼠害的多种功能;
4)与现行在的混凝土承重砌块墙体外侧粘贴保温材料相比较,大大提高了保温隔热效果,降低现代农牧养殖在节能保温隔热方面的运行成本。

1.一种现代农牧建筑泡沫混凝土自保温砌块墙体构造体系,其特征在于:由混凝土砌块主块(14)、砌块半块(15)、洞口主块(16)、洞口半块(17)、水平系梁砌块(18)、梁柱贴面砌块(13)及内充的泡沫混凝土保温材料(11)构成;所述的混凝土砌块主块(14)为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁(1)和两个1号下凹形混凝土肋(2)构成;所述的洞口主块(16)为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁(1)、1号下凹形混凝土肋(2)、端部混凝土肋(3)和直角形混凝土肋(4)构成;所述的洞口半块(17)为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁(1)、4号下凹形混凝土肋(5)、端部混凝土肋(3)和直角形混凝土肋(4)构成;所述的水平系梁砌块(18)为通孔结构,由两个混凝土外壁(1)、混凝土内壁(6)、3个2号下凹形混凝土肋(8)和两个3号下凹形混凝土肋(7)构成;所述的泡沫混凝土保温材料(11)的浆料,填充在由混凝土砌块主块(14)、砌块半块(15)、洞口主块(16)、洞口半块(17)和水平过梁砌块(18)构成的混凝土砌块墙体的孔洞内,形成一种自保温墙体结构;所述的梁柱贴面砌块(13)由泡沫混凝土保温板(9)和混凝土面板(10)构成,其粘贴在混凝土梁柱的外表面,与砌块主块(14)在一个平面内。
