本发明公开了一种汽车轮毂复合式激光打标机,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、转轴(2)、转盘(3)、定位盘(4)和两个托辊(5),所述定位盘(4)的中间部位设有矩形孔(41),所述两个托辊(5)装于定位盘(4)的中间部位的矩形孔(41)中,所述转轴(2)装于机架(1)的中间部位,所述转盘(3)装于转轴(2)的上端,所述定位盘(4)装于转盘(3)上。该发明结构新颖,操作方便,定位准确,安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车轮毂打标设备,具体地说是一种汽车轮毂复合式激光打标机。
背景技术
在生产制造汽车轮毂时,为了作标记,常需在汽车轮毂上进行打标,现有打标方法是:先将汽车轮毂采用两个水平设置的托辊进行水平方向的定位,并采用一个垂直设置的定位盘来进行端面定位,采用这种定位盘进行端面定位时,易产生跳动,影响打标效果,成本高,而且打标时,转动汽车轮毂较为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种结构新颖、操作方便、定位准确、安全可靠的汽车轮毂复合式激光打标机。
为达到上述目的,本发明包括机架、转轴、转盘、定位盘和两个托辊,所述定位盘的中间部位设有矩形孔,所述两个托辊装于定位盘的中间部位的矩形孔中,所述转轴装于机架的中间部位,所述转盘装于转轴的上端,所述定位盘装于转盘上。
本发明由于采用了由机架、转轴、转盘、定位盘和两个托辊组成的结构,两个托辊装于定位盘的中间部位的矩形孔中,这样,在圆盘中间部位设有的两个托辊,可用来对汽车轮毂进行径向打标,而圆盘部分则可用来对汽车轮毂进行端面打标。本发明结构新颖,操作方便,定位准确,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图2,本发明包括机架1、转轴2、转盘3、定位盘4和两个托辊5,所述定位盘4的中间部位设有矩形孔41,所述两个托辊5装于定位盘4的中间部位的矩形孔41中,所述转轴2装于机架1的中间部位,所述转盘3装于转轴2的上端,所述定位盘4装于转盘3上。
