一种用于治疗颈椎病的中药口服液的制备方法，包括以下步骤:
(1)将当归、琉璃草、党参、黄芪、葛根、血风藤、黄芪、地龙、鹿角霜、茄子根、半夏、威灵仙混合均匀，粉碎，过80目筛，加水煎煮提取2次，第一次加9倍量的水，煎煮3h，第二次加8倍量的水，煎煮2h，合并煎液，过滤；
(2)取余下原料混合均匀，加6倍量的水，冷浸3h后按水蒸气蒸馏法加热提取，回流4h，分出挥发油，备用；
(3)将步骤(1)的滤液加入加95％乙醇使含醇量为60％，搅拌均匀，静置36h，过滤，回收乙醇并浓缩至每1ml药液中含原生药2.0g；
(4)将步骤(3)制得的浓缩液与步骤(2)制得的挥发油混合，并加入相当于混合液质量5％的单糖浆和1％的司盘80，充分搅拌均匀，分瓶灌装，封口，灭菌,包装，即得成品。
典型病例：
病例1：李某某，男，36岁，2011年3月21日初诊。患者长期端坐伏案工作，于1月前开始出现颈项疼痛不适伴头晕头痛，活动时疼痛加重，双上肢麻木，呈放射性，无天旋地转感，全身困重，纳眠一般，二便尚调。体查：颈椎生理曲度变直，颈活动受限。两侧项背肌紧张，压痛，C3-6体表棘突压痛，叩顶试验(+)，椎间孔试验(+)，臂丛神经牵拉试验左(+)。舌质淡，少苔，脉细弱。诊断：中医：项痹(痰湿阻络)，西医：颈椎病。于是给服本发明口服液，服用1周后，颈项疼痛显著减轻，继续服用3周后，不适症状消失，痊愈。随访1年未见复发。
病例2：钱某，男，44岁，2010年9月12日初诊。患者于5天谴因长期低头劳累出现颈项痛伴左上肢麻木，曾到某医院就诊经相关检查，确诊为“颈椎病”，先后口服药物治疗(药物具体不详)，疗效不佳，于是来我处治疗。现症见：颈肩部疼痛，颈椎活动受限，稍有活动即可使颈肩臂部疼痛加重，疼痛剧烈时难以坐卧，伴有头目眩晕，头重如裹，纳呆，舌暗红，苔厚腻，脉滑数。体查：颈颈肩部肌肉紧张痉挛，压痛明显，C2-6棘间及旁开1cm处压痛明显，颈椎活动度差，叩顶试验(+)，椎间孔试验(+)，臂丛神经牵拉试验左(+)，右(+)。诊断：中医：项痹(痰湿阻络)，西医：颈椎病。于是给服本发明口服液，服用2周后，肩臂部疼痛和上肢麻木显著减轻，继续服用2周后，诸症消失，痊愈。随访1年未见复发。
病例3：张某，女，48岁。2011年7月12日初诊。患者于1周前出现颈项不适，并伴见右侧肩胛部酸胀疼痛，当时由于症状较轻而未予以重视，此后逐渐出现右上臂酸胀不适，四肢麻木，活动稍感不便，活动时头晕头痛，曾到私人诊所行针灸、推拿及外贴膏药等治疗后未见明显缓解。查体：颈项部及右侧肩胛部肌肉较紧张，颈项转动可，颈2-7椎体棘突两侧缘压痛，颈7椎体棘突旁压痛，右侧肩胛骨内上角处压痛明显，右肩胛骨内侧缘压痛，右侧肩胛岗上、下窝压痛，四肢压痛，叩顶试验(±)，臂丛神经牵拉试验(+)，椎间孔挤压试验(±)。舌质淡红，苔薄白，脉弦紧。诊断：中医：项痹(痰湿阻络)，西医：颈椎病。于是给服本发明口服液，服用2周后，诸症显著减轻，继续服用3周后，诸症消失，痊愈。随访1年未见复发。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于治疗颈椎病的中药口服液，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制成：当归7-13、红花5-9、琉璃草12-18、川芎6-12、党参8-14、葛根16-22、血风藤10-15、黄芪14-18、地龙8-12、甘草2-5、鹿角霜9-16、苍术8-14、白芷6-12、泽泻12-16、茄子根5-10、赤芍7-11、半夏8-12、威灵仙4-8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗颈椎病的中药口服液，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制成：当归9、红花6、琉璃草16、川芎9、党参10、葛根20、血风藤12、黄芪15、地龙9、甘草3、鹿角霜10、苍术10、白芷9、泽泻15、茄子根8、赤芍9、半夏10、威灵仙6。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于治疗颈椎病的中药口服液，其特征在于，其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将当归、琉璃草、党参、黄芪、葛根、血风藤、黄芪、地龙、鹿角霜、茄子根、半夏、威灵仙混合均匀，粉碎，过50-80目筛，加水煎煮提取2次，第一次加6-9倍量的水，煎煮2-3h，第二次加5-8倍量的水，煎煮1-2h，合并煎液，过滤；
(2)取余下原料混合均匀，加3-6倍量的水，冷浸2-3h后按水蒸气蒸馏法加热提取，回流3-4h，分出挥发油，备用；
(3)将步骤(1)的滤液加入加95％乙醇使含醇量为50-60％，搅拌均匀，静置24-36h，过滤，回收乙醇并浓缩至每1ml药液中含原生药1.5-2.0g；
(4)将步骤(3)制得的浓缩液与步骤(2)制得的挥发油混合，并加入相当于混合液质量3-5％的单糖浆和0.5-1％的司盘80，充分搅拌均匀，分瓶灌装，封口，灭菌,包装，即得成品。
