Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of safe driving, quick identification, strong popularization and the like.

The instant voice communication device comprises a processor, a vehicle-mounted mobile phone interface, a voice recorder and a communication network interface, wherein the processor is respectively connected with a vehicle-mounted camera, a vehicle-mounted microphone, a vehicle-mounted loudspeaker, the communication network interface, the vehicle-mounted mobile phone interface and the voice recorder, the communication network interface is connected with an instant voice server, and the voice server is connected with the communication network interface of nearby vehicles.
The vehicle-mounted camera is an embedded panoramic camera.
The vehicle-mounted mobile phone interface is a universal mobile phone interface and is used for connecting mobile phones of different models.
The communication network interface is connected with the instant voice server through GPRS.

The instant communication software initiates a connection request to the target vehicle according to the vehicle license number, and after the connection is successful, the drivers of the two vehicles can communicate with each other in an instant manner through the instant voice communication device 2.
Certainly, the driver can record the ID after the connection is successful and set the ID as a friend, so that voice communication can be performed no matter how far the two vehicles are apart, and the position information of the friend can be notified through the instant voice communication device 2.
Claims (6)
1. A vehicle-mounted instant voice communication system, comprising:
the vehicle-mounted camera (1), the said vehicle-mounted camera (1) is set up on the car rearview mirror, is used for obtaining the number plate number of the nearby vehicle;
an in-vehicle microphone (3);
a vehicle-mounted loudspeaker (4);
an instant voice server (5); and
an instant voice communication device (2), wherein the instant voice communication device (2) is respectively connected with the vehicle-mounted camera (1), the vehicle-mounted microphone (3), the vehicle-mounted loudspeaker (4) and the instant voice server (5) and is provided with voice communication software,
wherein the instant voice communication device (2) is configured to recognize the license plate number acquired by the vehicle-mounted camera (1), log in on the voice communication software with the license plate number of the vehicle as an ID, and initiate a connection request to the nearby vehicle having the recognized license plate number through the voice communication software so as to communicate with the ID corresponding to the recognized license plate number.
2. The vehicle-mounted instant voice communication system according to claim 1, wherein the instant voice communication device (2) comprises:
a vehicle-mounted handset interface (22);
a voice recorder (23); and
a communication network interface (24), the communication network interface (24) being connected with the instant voice server (5), and the instant voice server (5) being connected with the communication network interface (24) of the nearby vehicle.
3. The vehicle-mounted instant voice communication system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle-mounted camera (1) is an embedded panoramic camera.
4. The vehicular instant voice communication system according to claim 2, wherein the vehicular handset interface (22) is a universal handset interface for connecting different types of handsets.
5. The vehicle-mounted instant voice communication system according to claim 2, wherein the communication network interface (24) is connected with the instant voice server (5) through GPRS.
6. The vehicle-mounted instant voice communication system according to claim 1, characterized in that the vehicle-mounted microphone (3) and the vehicle-mounted loudspeaker (4) are respectively connected with the instant voice communication device (2) through a vehicle-mounted MOST bus.
