技术领域
本发明涉及一种电连接器,特别涉及一种柱型电连接器。
背景技术
电连接器由固定端电连接器,即阴接触件,与自由端电连接器,即阳接触件组成。插座通过其方盘固定在用电部件上,插头一般接电缆,通过连接螺帽实现插头、插座连接。电连接器由壳体、绝缘体、接触体三大基本单元组成。现有的电连接器不方便实现电接丝的电连接。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种通过电接柱与电接杆方便实现电连接,通过安装孔方便接入电接丝,从而方便实现电连接的功能,且通过弹簧可以起到保护电接杆的作用的柱型电连接器。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种柱型电连接器,包括护壳,护壳的轴向设有安装槽,安装槽设有电接柱,电接柱上设有电接杆,电接杆的端部设有安装孔,电接杆套装有弹簧。
进一步地,所述电接柱与电接杆为一体结构。
进一步地,所述护壳的外表面设有荧光层。
采用上述技术方案的柱型电连接器,通过电接柱与电接杆方便实现电连接,通过安装孔方便接入电接丝,从而方便实现电连接的功能,且通过弹簧可以起到保护电接杆的作用。

如图1与图2所示,一种柱型电连接器,包括护壳1,护壳1的轴向设有安装槽6,安装槽6设有电接柱2,电接柱2上设有电接杆3,电接杆3的端部设有安装孔4,电接杆3套装有弹簧5;电接柱2与电接杆3为一体结构,护壳1的外表面设有荧光层。
本发明柱型电连接器,通过电接柱2与电接杆3方便实现电连接,通过安装孔4方便接入电接丝,从而方便实现电连接的功能,且通过弹簧5可以起到保护电接杆3的作用。
其中,电接柱2与电接杆3为一体结构,所以连接更加牢固。
其中,护壳1的外表面设有荧光层,所以还具有荧光警示功能。

3.根据权利要求1所述的柱型电连接器,其特征在于:护壳的外表面设有荧光层。
