技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种耐腐蚀柔软电缆。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,现在无论是工业领域还是人们的生活中,电缆已经成为身边不可缺少的一部分。现有电缆长期处于极端的环境中出现了许多急需解决的问题:大部分电缆绝缘性耐腐性较差、电缆传输信号不稳定、电缆线芯容易折断。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种防腐性能好、结构简单、环保性能好和寿命长的耐腐蚀柔软电缆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种耐腐蚀柔软电缆,它包括电缆线芯、填充层、包带层、屏蔽层、碳纤维层、内护套以及聚乙烯外护套;所述电缆线芯包括电缆导体以及绝缘层;所述电缆线芯共五组;四组由绝缘层包裹的三组电缆导体绞合的电缆线芯均匀围绕由绝缘层包裹的单芯电缆线芯;五组电缆线芯均匀挤包包带层内部;所述包带层外部包覆屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外部围绕条状碳纤维层;所述碳纤维层外部设置有两层护套层;所述内护套包裹碳纤维层;所述内护套外部包覆聚乙烯外护套;所述绝缘层与包带层之间的间隙部分还设有填充层;所述单芯电缆线芯、包带层、屏蔽层、碳纤维层、内护套、聚乙烯外护套的圆心在同一轴心上。
所述电缆导体为铜芯与碳纤维材料绞合形成。
所述绝缘层为橡塑弹性体材料构成。
综上所述本发明的有益效果是:
本发明防腐性能好、结构简单、环保性能好、寿命长。作为优选的电缆导体为铜芯与碳纤维材料绞合形成,不仅加强了电缆线芯的强度而且强化了电缆传输信号的稳定性。

如图1所示,一种耐腐蚀柔软电缆,它包括电缆线芯、填充层3、包带层4、屏蔽层5、碳纤维层6、内护套7以及聚乙烯外护套8;电缆线芯包括电缆导体1以及绝缘层2;电缆线芯共五组;四组由绝缘层2包裹的三组电缆导体1绞合的电缆线芯均匀围绕由绝缘层2包裹的单芯电缆线芯1;五组电缆线芯均匀挤包包带层4内部;包带层4外部包覆屏蔽层5;屏蔽层5外部围绕条状碳纤维层6;碳纤维层6外部设置有两层护套层;内护套7包裹碳纤维层6;内护套7外部包覆聚乙烯外护套8;绝缘层2与包带层4之间的间隙部分还设有填充层3;单芯电缆线芯、包带层4、屏蔽层5、碳纤维层6、内护套7、聚乙烯外护套8的圆心在同一轴心上。
本发明采用绝缘层为橡塑弹性体材料构成,橡塑弹性体材料具有高绝缘性同时也防腐性能强(耐酸、耐碱,耐油等)能节约了电缆的制作工艺,降低电能消耗,降低成本等。

1.一种耐腐蚀柔软电缆,它包括电缆线芯、填充层、包带层、屏蔽层、碳纤维层、内护套以及聚乙烯外护套,其特征在于:所述电缆线芯包括电缆导体以及绝缘层;所述电缆线芯共五组;四组由绝缘层包裹的三组电缆导体绞合的电缆线芯均匀围绕由绝缘层包裹的单芯电缆线芯;五组电缆线芯均匀挤包包带层内部;所述包带层外部包覆屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外部围绕条状碳纤维层;所述碳纤维层外部设置有两层护套层;所述内护套包裹碳纤维层;所述内护套外部包覆聚乙烯外护套;所述绝缘层与包带层之间的间隙部分还设有填充层;所述单芯电缆线芯、包带层、屏蔽层、碳纤维层、内护套、聚乙烯外护套的圆心在同一轴心上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀柔软电缆,其特征在于:所述电缆导体为铜芯与碳纤维材料绞合形成。
