技术领域
本发明涉及一种地铁屏蔽门,尤其涉及一种地铁安全屏蔽门。
背景技术
随着轻轨和地铁在各大城市的普及,鉴于安全、改善乘客候车环境等方面考虑,屏蔽门在轨道交通中被广泛应用,目前的屏蔽门都是向两侧开启关闭的结构,在关闭屏蔽门的时候,有些乘客看到门即将关闭会抱有侥幸心理,有人会旋转加速冲进地铁,这样就会导致安全事故的发生,造成人身伤害,同时现有的屏蔽门一般都是通过液压***控制,安装繁琐,造价比较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种安全可靠的地铁安全屏蔽门。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:地铁安全屏蔽门,包括:上墙体和下墙体,在所述上墙体和下墙体的两侧分别设置有门框,在所述上墙体和下墙体之间设置有上屏蔽门和下屏蔽门,在所述上墙体内设置有与上屏蔽门相互配合的上屏蔽门放置槽,在所述下墙体内设置有与下屏蔽门相互配合的下屏蔽门放置槽,在所述两门框内对称设置有滑轨,所述上屏蔽门的两侧分别通过上滑轮组滑动设置在滑轨内,所述下屏蔽门的两侧分别通过下滑轮组滑动设置在滑轨内,在所述两门框的上端通过上支撑架对称设置有伺服减速电机,在所述伺服减速电机的电机轴上设置有主动链轮,在所述两门框的下端通过下支撑架对称设置有转轴,在所述转轴上转动设置有从动链轮,所以主动链轮与从动链轮之间通过链条相连接,所述上滑轮组通过上连接块与链条的一侧相连接,所述下滑轮组通过下连接块与链条的另一侧相连接。
本发明的优点是:上述地铁安全屏蔽门,在开启关闭屏蔽门时采用上下关闭的方式代替原来的左右关闭方式,这样就能直接阻止抱有侥幸心理的乘客在屏蔽门关闭时加速强行冲入,降低了安全隐患,保护了乘客的人身安全,使用效果良好,安全可靠,同时采用伺服减速电机代替液压***来实现屏蔽门的开启和关闭,结构简单,安装方便,造价比较低。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,地铁安全屏蔽门,包括:上墙体1和下墙体2,在所述上墙体1和下墙体2的两侧分别设置有门框3,在所述上墙体1和下墙体2之间设置有上屏蔽门4和下屏蔽门5,在所述上墙体1内设置有与上屏蔽门4相互配合的上屏蔽门放置槽41,在所述下墙体2内设置有与下屏蔽门5相互配合的下屏蔽门放置槽51,在所述两门框3内对称设置有滑轨6,所述上屏蔽门4的两侧分别通过上滑轮组7滑动设置在滑轨6内,所述下屏蔽门5的两侧分别通过下滑轮组8滑动设置在滑轨6内,在所述两门框3的上端通过上支撑架9对称设置有伺服减速电机10,在所述伺服减速电机10的电机轴11上设置有主动链轮12,在所述两门框3的下端通过下支撑架13对称设置有转轴14,在所述转轴14上转动设置有从动链轮15,所以主动链轮12与从动链轮15之间通过链条16相连接,所述上滑轮组7通过上连接块17与链条16的一侧相连接,所述下滑轮组8通过下连接块18与链条16的另一侧相连接。
上述地铁安全屏蔽门关闭时,启动两门框3上端的伺服减速电机10,伺服减速电机10的电机轴11带动主动链轮12逆时针旋转,主动链轮12通过链条16带动两门框3下端的从动链轮15逆时针旋转,链条16的一侧通过上连接块17带动上滑轮组7在滑轨6内向下移动,从而带动上屏蔽门4向下滑动,链条16的另一侧通过下连接块18带动下滑轮组8在滑轨6内向上移动,从而带动下屏蔽门5向上移动,当上屏蔽门4与下屏蔽门5相向移动至贴合时,屏蔽门为关闭状态。伺服减速电机10反转实现屏蔽门的开启。
