本发明公开了一种纳米超耐磨粉末涂料,包括的原料有:聚酯树脂、低密度纳米耐磨粉末、钛白粉、固化剂、硫酸钡、流平剂、光亮剂和增电剂,按照质量百分比计算,聚酯树脂占55%?60%、低密度纳米耐磨粉末占15%?20%、钛白粉占8%?12%、固化剂占2%?5%、硫酸钡占4%?6%、流平剂占2%?4%、光亮剂占1%?3%、增电剂占1%?2%,所述低密度纳米纳米粉末为纳米碳化硅和纳米氮化硅的混合物。通过上述方式,本发明具有优异的耐磨性能和成膜性能,采用静电喷涂时上粉率高,能够使获得的膜层均匀性好、平整且光滑。

一种纳米超耐磨粉末涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料领域,特别是涉及一种纳米超耐磨粉末涂料。
背景技术
粉末涂料是一种新型的不含溶剂100%固体粉末状环保型涂料,它具有涂装效率高,防护性和装饰性能好等优点,受到了全世界的广泛重视,从而获得持续快速发展。尤其在铝合金建材方面,它与阳极氧化、电泳涂装表面处理方法相比,水、大气的污染程度、能耗明显降低,涂膜的机械性能却大幅提高,使用寿命比普通阳极氧化铝材高出1倍,且色彩丰富,更能体现建筑的多样化、个性化,因此,用粉末涂料喷涂的铝建材,以其优异的耐久性、装饰性和加工成形性,深受用户好评,目前粉末静电喷涂已成为国内铝建材表面处理中的热点。但是现有的粉末涂料在成膜时易产生桔皮,影响涂膜的平整及光泽,涂膜的外观质量下降,并且由于粉末涂料自身重力作用也会导致上粉率低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种纳米超耐磨粉末涂料,具有优异的耐磨性能和成膜性能,采用静电喷涂时上粉率高,能够使获得的膜层均匀性好、平整且光滑。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种纳米超耐磨粉末涂料,包括的原料有:聚酯树脂、低密度纳米耐磨粉末、钛白粉、固化剂、硫酸钡、流平剂、光亮剂和增电剂,按照质量百分比计算,聚酯树脂占55%-60%、低密度纳米耐磨粉末占15%-20%、钛白粉占8%-12%、固化剂占2%-5%、硫酸钡占4%-6%、流平剂占2%-4%、光亮剂占1%-3%、增电剂占1%-2%,所述低密度纳米纳米粉末为纳米碳化硅和纳米氮化硅的混合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚酯树脂采用羟基聚酯树脂,其酸值为35-38mgKOH/g。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纳米碳化硅和纳米氮化硅的混合质量比为3:1。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纳米超耐磨粉末涂料的粒径为55-90nm。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在聚酯树脂中添加有合理配比的低密度耐磨材料纳米碳化硅和纳米氮化硅,使获得的粉末涂料具有优异的耐磨性能和成膜性能,采用静电喷涂时上粉率高,获得的膜层均匀性好、平整且光滑。

实施例一:
一种纳米超耐磨粉末涂料,包括的原料有:聚酯树脂、纳米碳化硅、纳米氮化硅、钛白粉、固化剂、硫酸钡、流平剂、光亮剂和增电剂,按照质量百分比计算,聚酯树脂占55%、纳米碳化硅15%、纳米氮化硅5%、钛白粉占8%、固化剂占5%、硫酸钡占6%、流平剂占2%、光亮剂占2%、增电剂占2%。
其中,所述聚酯树脂采用羟基聚酯树脂,其酸值为35mgKOH/g。
所述纳米超耐磨粉末涂料的粒径为55nm。
实施例二:
一种纳米超耐磨粉末涂料,包括的原料有:聚酯树脂、纳米碳化硅、纳米氮化硅、钛白粉、固化剂、硫酸钡、流平剂、光亮剂和增电剂,按照质量百分比计算,聚酯树脂占59%、纳米碳化硅12%、纳米氮化硅4%、钛白粉占12%、固化剂占3%、硫酸钡占4%、流平剂占4%、光亮剂占1%、增电剂占1%。
其中,所述聚酯树脂采用羟基聚酯树脂,其酸值为36mgKOH/g。
所述纳米超耐磨粉末涂料的粒径为65nm。
实施例三:
一种纳米超耐磨粉末涂料,包括的原料有:聚酯树脂、纳米碳化硅、纳米氮化硅、钛白粉、固化剂、硫酸钡、流平剂、光亮剂和增电剂,按照质量百分比计算,聚酯树脂占60%、纳米碳化硅12%、纳米氮化硅4%、钛白粉占11%、固化剂占2%、硫酸钡占5%、流平剂占2%、光亮剂占3%、增电剂占1%。
其中,所述聚酯树脂采用羟基聚酯树脂,其酸值为38mgKOH/g。
所述纳米超耐磨粉末涂料的粒径为90nm。
本发明揭示了一种纳米超耐磨粉末涂料,通过在聚酯树脂中添加有合理配比的低密度耐磨材料纳米碳化硅和纳米氮化硅,使获得的粉末涂料具有优异的耐磨性能和成膜性能,采用静电喷涂时上粉率高,获得的膜层均匀性好、平整且光滑。

1.一种纳米超耐磨粉末涂料,其特征在于,包括的原料有:聚酯树脂、低密度纳米耐磨粉末、钛白粉、固化剂、硫酸钡、流平剂、光亮剂和增电剂,按照质量百分比计算,聚酯树脂占55%-60%、低密度纳米耐磨粉末占15%-20%、钛白粉占8%-12%、固化剂占2%-5%、硫酸钡占4%-6%、流平剂占2%-4%、光亮剂占1%-3%、增电剂占1%-2%,所述低密度纳米纳米粉末为纳米碳化硅和纳米氮化硅的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米超耐磨粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述聚酯树脂采用羟基聚酯树脂,其酸值为35-38mgKOH/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纳米超耐磨粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米碳化硅和纳米氮化硅的混合质量比为3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米超耐磨粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米超耐磨粉末涂料的粒径为55-90nm。
