Abstract

本发明提出了一种石膏空心条板及其干法生产方法,石膏粉体80?90份、XK干法助剂1?2份、轻质材料15?20份与水,其中水与石膏粉体的重量比为0.3?0.33:1。生产方法包括以下步骤:1)称取石膏粉体、XK干法助剂与水混合搅拌,然后加入轻质材料,通过调整强力混合搅拌均匀;2)将步骤1)得到的混合物注入间歇式液压挤压成型石膏空心条板成型设备中,液压挤压成型,即可。该方法生产的石膏空心条板水膏比低只有0.3?0.33,产品质量远高于石膏条板JC/T829?2010《石膏空心条板》标准要求。

石膏空心条板及其干法生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于建筑用墙体技术领域,具体涉及一种石膏空心条板及其干法生产方法。
背景技术
石膏空心条板是以建筑石膏为主要材料,掺加适量水泥或粉煤灰,同时加入少量增强纤维(如玻璃纤维、纸筋等),也可以加入适量的膨胀珍珠岩及其他掺加料,经料浆拌和、浇注成型、抽芯、干燥等工序制成的轻质板材。现有石膏空心条板传统生产的方法中为确保机械生产中的石膏粉与水的混合物的流动性,石膏空心条板水膏比(水与石膏的重量比)一般为0.8-0.9:1。而半水石膏结晶需水量仅为16-18%左右,多余的自由水(大于60%以上)需要干燥,造成干燥量大、成本大、生产周期长、堆场大以及石膏条板力学性能低的问题,制约了石膏条板的发展。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的含水量高以及需要干燥等步骤的问题,本发明提出一种石膏空心条板,其水膏比低只有0.3-0.33,产品质量远高于石膏条板JC/T829-2010《石膏空心条板》标准要求。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种石膏空心条板,包括按照重量份数计以下原料制成:
石膏粉体80-90份、XK干法助剂1-2份、轻质材料15-20份与水,其中水与石膏粉体的重量比为0.3-0.33:1。
进一步,所述XK干法助剂由缓凝剂、调晶剂、分散剂与粘结剂组成。
进一步,所述石膏粉体选自脱硫石膏、钛石膏、氟石膏与磷石膏中的一种或者多种。
进一步,所述轻质材料选自膨胀珍珠岩、玻化微珠与锯沫灰中的一种或者多种。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种石膏空心条板的干法生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取石膏粉体、XK干法助剂与水混合搅拌,然后加入轻质材料,再混合搅拌均匀;
2)将步骤1)得到的混合物注入间歇式液压挤压成型石膏空心条板成型设备中,液压挤压成型,即可。
进一步,所述XK干法助剂由缓凝剂、调晶剂、分散剂与粘结剂组成,其制备方法为:将缓凝剂、调晶剂、分散剂与粘结剂混合均匀即可。
进一步,所述石膏粉体选自脱硫石膏、钛石膏、氟石膏与磷石膏中的一种或者多种。
进一步,所述轻质材料选自膨胀珍珠岩、玻化微珠与锯沫灰中的一种或者多种。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的石膏空心条板,其水膏比低只有0.3-0.33,产品质量远高于石膏条板JC/T829-2010《石膏空心条板》标准要求,特别是力学性能方面。
2、本发明的干法生产方法,生产的石膏条板水膏比低,石膏条板成型后自由水含量低,成型后直接使用,无需干燥,降低了生产成本和周期。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种石膏空心条板,包括按照重量份数计以下原料制成:
脱硫石膏与钛石膏共计80份、XK干法助剂2份、膨胀珍珠岩20份与水,其中水:脱硫石膏与钛石膏总重量的质量比为0.3:1。
一种石膏空心条板的干法生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取脱硫石膏与钛石膏、XK干法助剂与水混合搅拌,然后加入膨胀珍珠岩,再混合搅拌均匀;
2)将步骤1)得到的混合物注入间歇式液压挤压成型石膏空心条板成型设备中,液压挤压成型,即可。
实施例2
氟石膏与磷石膏共计90份、XK干法助剂1份、玻化微珠15份与水,其中水:氟石膏与磷石膏总重量的质量比为0.33:1。
一种石膏空心条板的干法生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取氟石膏与磷石膏、XK干法助剂与水混合搅拌,然后加入玻化微珠,再混合搅拌均匀;
2)将步骤1)得到的混合物注入间歇式液压挤压成型石膏空心条板成型设备中,液压挤压成型,即可。
实施例3
一种石膏空心条板,包括按照重量份数计以下原料制成:
钛石膏与氟石膏共计85份、XK干法助剂2份、玻化微珠与锯沫灰共计18份与水,其中水:钛石膏与氟石膏总重量的质量比为0.32:1。
一种石膏空心条板的干法生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取钛石膏与氟石膏、XK干法助剂与水混合搅拌,然后加入玻化微珠与锯沫灰,再混合搅拌均匀;
2)将步骤1)得到的混合物注入间歇式液压挤压成型石膏空心条板成型设备中,液压挤压成型,即可。
实施例4
将实施例1-3得到的石膏空心条板按照中国建材行业标准JC/T829-2010进行力学性能测试,结果如下:

从表1中,我们可以看出实施例1-3制备得到的石膏空心条板在力学性能方面远高于石膏条板JC/T829-2010《石膏空心条板》标准要求。

1.一种石膏空心条板,其特征在于,包括按照重量份数计以下原料制成:
石膏粉体80-90份、XK干法助剂1-2份、轻质材料15-20份与水,其中水与石膏粉体的重量比为0.3-0.33:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石膏空心条板,其特征在于,所述XK干法助剂由缓凝剂、调晶剂、分散剂与粘结剂组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的石膏空心条板,其特征在于,所述石膏粉体选自脱硫石膏、钛石膏、氟石膏与磷石膏中的一种或者多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的石膏空心条板,其特征在于,所述轻质材料选自膨胀珍珠岩、玻化微珠与锯沫灰中的一种或者多种。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的石膏空心条板的干法生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)称取石膏粉体、XK干法助剂与水混合搅拌,然后加入轻质材料,再混合搅拌均匀;
2)将步骤1)得到的混合物注入间歇式液压挤压成型石膏空心条板成型设备中,液压挤压成型,即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的石膏空心条板的干法生产方法,其特征在于,所述XK干法助剂由缓凝剂、调晶剂、分散剂与粘结剂组成。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的石膏空心条板的干法生产方法,其特征在于,所述石膏粉体选自脱硫石膏、钛石膏、氟石膏与磷石膏中的一种或者多种。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的石膏空心条板的干法生产方法,其特征在于,所述轻质材料选自膨胀珍珠岩、玻化微珠与锯沫灰中的一种或者多种。
