本发明公开一种防扯断米线切割装置,包括液压驱动装置,所述的液压驱动装置反向安装,使液压驱动装置的驱动杆竖直朝下设置;所述驱动杆的下端部还横向水平安装有可调套筒,所述可调套筒的内部设置有贯穿的通槽,且所述的可调套筒的左右端均安装有可以调节长度的伸缩杆,所述的伸缩杆的端部安装有切割刀片。本发明中的切割装置通过液压驱动装置反向安装,可调套筒两端都通过伸缩杆安装切割刀片,这样一次切割就可以切割两段的米线,增加了工作效率;本发明可以通过调节伸缩杆的长度从而调节两个切割刀片之间的距离,因此米线的切割长度也是可调的,切割长度可调,增加适用范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种米线制备装置,具体的说是一种防扯断米线切割装置。
背景技术
米线是中华一种很古老的小吃,年代久远,营养丰富,其制作流程一般是浸米后磨浆成浆体,蒸煮后然后经由专门的挤压装置挤压成长条状,然后冷却干燥成形,最后再由切割装置进行切割成固定长度,运输贩卖;通常在切割米线装置的时候,其冷却后的硬度直接影响切割质量,太软和太硬都容易在切割时导致米线切口破碎扯断,浪费资源成本;现有的切割装置均不能很好的解决这个问题,而且现有的切割装置每次切割均只能切割一段距离,而且切割的长度均是定量不变的,使用起来效率比较低,而且适用范围较小,使用非常的不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种防扯断米线切割装置。
技术方案:本发明解决问题所采用的技术方案为:一种防扯断米线切割装置,包括液压驱动装置,所述的液压驱动装置反向安装,使液压驱动装置的驱动杆竖直朝下设置;所述驱动杆的下端部还横向水平安装有可调套筒,所述可调套筒的内部设置有贯穿的通槽,且所述的可调套筒的左右端均安装有可以调节长度的伸缩杆,所述的伸缩杆的端部安装有切割刀片。
所述切割刀片的下方还设置有运输板,所述的运输板依靠其下方设置的传动辊前进运输,且所述的运输板上设置有成对的切割槽。
进一步地,所述每一对切割槽为一组,共设置有1-3组切割槽;通过调节伸缩杆在可调套筒内的长度,从而可以调节且切割刀片的长度,为了配合切割刀片的切割长度,在运输板上设置1-3组切割槽。
进一步地,所述的可调套筒的侧壁上还设置有两个用于调节伸缩杆长度的锁紧螺栓。
进一步地,为了不使米线发生移动、旋转破坏切割,所述的运输板上还设置有压紧装置。
有益效果:本发明相比于传统的技术方案来说,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明中的切割装置通过液压驱动装置反向安装,可调套筒两端都通过伸缩杆安装切割刀片,这样一次切割就可以切割两段的米线,增加了工作效率;
(2)本发明可以通过调节伸缩杆的长度从而调节两个切割刀片之间的距离,因此米线的切割长度也是可调的,切割长度可调,增加适用范围;
(3)运输板上设置了切割槽,运输板用来运输米线,刀片切割的时候将米线切割进切割槽中,这样切割彻底,切口平整光滑,防止破碎扯断。

下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种防扯断米线切割装置,包括液压驱动装置1,所述的液压驱动装置1反向安装,使液压驱动装置1的驱动杆2竖直朝下设置;所述驱动杆2的下端部还横向水平安装有可调套筒3,所述可调套筒3的内部设置有贯穿的通槽4,且所述的可调套筒3的左右端均安装有可以调节长度的伸缩杆5,所述的伸缩杆5的端部安装有切割刀片6。
切割刀片6的下方还设置有运输板7,所述的运输板7依靠其下方设置的传动辊8前进运输,且所述的运输板7上设置有成对的切割槽9。
每一对切割槽9为一组,共设置有1-3组切割槽9;通过调节伸缩杆5在可调套筒3内的长度,从而可以调节且切割刀片6的长度,为了配合切割刀片6的切割长度,在运输板上设置1-3组切割槽9。
可调套筒3的侧壁上还设置有两个用于调节伸缩杆5长度的锁紧螺栓10。;而且为了不使米线发生移动、旋转破坏切割,所述的运输板7上还设置有压紧装置11。
本发明中的切割装置通过液压驱动装置反向安装,可调套筒两端都通过伸缩杆安装切割刀片,这样一次切割就可以切割两段的米线,增加了工作效率。
本发明可以通过调节伸缩杆的长度从而调节两个切割刀片之间的距离,因此米线的切割长度也是可调的,切割长度可调,增加适用范围。
运输板上设置了切割槽,运输板用来运输米线,刀片切割的时候将米线切割进切割槽中,这样切割彻底,切口平整光滑,防止破碎扯断。

1.一种防扯断米线切割装置,其特征在于:包括液压驱动装置(1),所述的液压驱动装置(1)反向安装,使液压驱动装置(1)的驱动杆(2)竖直朝下设置;所述驱动杆(2)的下端部还横向水平安装有可调套筒(3),所述可调套筒(3)的内部设置有贯穿的通槽(4),且所述的可调套筒(3)的左右端均安装有可以调节长度的伸缩杆(5),所述的伸缩杆(5)的端部安装有切割刀片(6);
所述切割刀片(6)的下方还设置有运输板(7),所述的运输板(7)依靠其下方设置的传动辊(8)前进运输,且所述的运输板(7)上设置有成对的切割槽(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防扯断米线切割装置,其特征在于:所述每一对切割槽(9)为一组,共设置有1-3组切割槽(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防扯断米线切割装置,其特征在于:所述的可调套筒(3)的侧壁上还设置有两个用于调节伸缩杆(5)长度的锁紧螺栓(10)。
