本发明公开了一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构及其施工方法,该结构包括基层墙体以及找平层,找平层外表面上通过锚栓等间距的固定有若干横向贯通的导轨,每两个相邻的导轨之间的找平层外表面均通过粘接层粘接有薄石材装饰保温一体化板,相邻的两个导轨之间的间距尺寸与薄石材装饰保温一体化板的板宽尺寸相等,薄石材装饰保温一体化板上端设有固定件,固定件的自由端通过螺钉与导轨紧固连接,薄石材装饰保温一体化板下端抵接在下方的导轨上。本发明的有益效果:本发明解决了***锚固问题,有效保障板材粘贴质量,提高***整体安全性能,控制***平整度及安装精度等技术问题,降低工人操作的难度,避免操作过程中的随意性,加快施工速度。

Description

一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构及其施工方法。
背景技术
目前,应用于薄石材装饰保温一体化板外墙外保温***中普遍的施工方法是粘锚施工,其工艺为:在基层墙体施工完找平层后,对墙面的垂直度和平整度进行验收及处理,然后用胶粘剂粘贴板材,同时通过固定件将板材直接锚固在基层墙体上。如采用这种安装方式,***完成面平整度和垂直度受基层墙体的影响较大。通常,基层墙体及找平层施工质量往往很难达到验收规范所规定的误差允许要求,平整度和垂直度偏差较大,难以通过纠偏处理达到合格条件,这就给后续的粘锚工序造成了操作上的难度,往往要通过粘结层厚度来进行调节,极大影响了板材的安装精度,也给安全性、可靠性带来隐患。
因为板材粘贴过程中由于缺乏统一的参照,粘结层厚度无法统一控制,很难保证完成面平整和板缝的横平竖直、宽窄一致,***的密封效果和外饰效果大打折扣。更严重的问题在于,***的锚固方式为点式锚固,板材的固定件直接固定于基层墙体上,为点受力,如果单个锚固点失效,则板材只能靠粘结层受力,这是非常大的隐患,威胁到***的安全性能。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构,以克服目前现有技术存在的上述不足。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构,包括基层墙体,设置在基层墙体外表面的找平层,所述找平层外表面上通过锚栓等间距的固定有若干横向贯通的导轨,所述锚栓穿透于所述找平层且与基层墙体紧固连接,每两个相邻的导轨之间的找平层外表面均通过粘接层粘接有薄石材装饰保温一体化板,其中相邻的两个所述导轨之间的间距尺寸与所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板的板宽尺寸相等,所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板上端设有固定件,且该固定件的自由端通过螺钉与导轨紧固连接,所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板远离固定件的一端抵接在位于薄石材装饰保温一体化板下方的导轨上,每两块相邻的薄石材装饰保温一体化板在所夹的导轨处形成间隙,且在所形成间隙内填充有密封件。
进一步的:所述导轨包括固定部,所述固定部的外表面设有垂直于固定部且横向贯通的承托部,所述固定部与承托部之间构成T型结构。
进一步的:所述固定件为J型固定件,其中所述固定件的一端位于薄石材装饰保温一体化板内,另一端延伸至薄石材装饰保温一体化板外且通过螺钉与承托部紧固连接。
进一步的:所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板由复合硬泡聚氨酯保温层和背衬层通过一次性热压复合生产工艺制成,且所述固定件位于复合硬泡聚氨酯保温层与背衬层的复合面处,所述固定件的J型端卡设在背衬层或复合硬泡聚氨酯保温层内。
进一步的:所述导轨为铝合金材质。
进一步的:所述密封件包括泡沫棒以及用于封堵处理的硅酮耐候密封胶。
一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、确认施工基层墙体表面的找平层的垂直度、平整度,处理基面浮灰、松动及凹凸部位;
S2、用锚栓将若干导轨等间距的固定于基层墙体上,横向贯通的导轨形成***的锚固基面和平整度控制基准;
S3、将固定件预制复合在薄石材装饰保温一体化板复合面处,且使得固定件的J型端卡设在薄石材装饰保温一体化板的背衬层或复合硬泡聚氨酯保温层内;
S4、在预制复合固定件的薄石材装饰保温一体化板的背面用胶粘剂按点框法进行涂抹,形成粘结层;
S5、将用胶粘剂按点框法进行涂抹后的薄石材装饰保温一体化板对应粘贴在相应的导轨位置内,并用螺钉将固定件的自由端固定在导轨的承托部上;
S6、在相邻的两块薄石材装饰保温一体化板所夹的导轨处形成间隙内填充泡沫棒,并用硅酮耐候密封胶封堵;
S7、在用硅酮耐候密封胶封堵后对薄石材装饰保温一体化板的板面进行清洁。
本发明的有益效果:本发明解决了***锚固问题,有效保障板材粘贴质量,提高***整体安全性能,控制***平整度及安装精度等技术问题,降低工人操作的难度,避免操作过程中的随意性,加快施工速度。

如图1至图2所示,根据本发明的实施例所述的一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构,包括基层墙体1,所述基层墙体1外表面设有用于平整基层墙体1外表面的找平层2,所述找平层2外表面上通过锚栓3等间距的固定有若干横向贯通的导轨4,所述锚栓3穿透所述找平层2且与所述基层墙体1固定,所述导轨4包括与找平层2相接触的固定部5,所述固定部5的外表面设有垂直于固定部5且横向贯通的承托部6,所述固定部5与承托部6之间构成T型结构;每两个相邻的导轨4之间的找平层2外表面均通过粘接层7粘接有薄石材装饰保温一体化板8,其中相邻的两个所述导轨4之间的间距尺寸与所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板8的板宽尺寸相等,所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板8由复合硬泡聚氨酯保温层和背衬层通过一次性热压复合生产工艺制成,且在复合硬泡聚氨酯保温层与背衬层的复合面处预制复合有固定件9,此外,所述固定件9的J型端卡设在背衬层或复合硬泡聚氨酯保温层内,所述固定件9的自由端延伸至所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板8外且通过螺钉10与导轨4的承托部6紧固连接,此外,所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板8远离固定件9的一端抵接在位于薄石材装饰保温一体化板8下方的导轨4上,每两块相邻的薄石材装饰保温一体化板8在所夹的导轨4处形成间隙,且在所形成间隙内填充有密封件11,所述密封件11包括泡沫棒以及用于封堵的硅酮耐候密封胶。
一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、确认施工基层墙体1表面的找平层2的垂直度、平整度,处理基面浮灰、松动及凹凸部位;
S2、用锚栓3将若干导轨4等间距的固定于基层墙体1上,横向贯通的导轨4形成***的锚固基面和平整度控制基准;
S3、将固定件9预制复合在薄石材装饰保温一体化板8复合面处,且使得固定件9的J型端卡设在薄石材装饰保温一体化板8的背衬层或复合硬泡聚氨酯保温层内;
S4、在预制复合固定件9的薄石材装饰保温一体化板8的背面用胶粘剂按点框法进行涂抹,形成粘结层7;
S5、将用胶粘剂按点框法进行涂抹后的薄石材装饰保温一体化板8对应粘贴在相应的导轨4位置内,并用螺钉10将固定件9的自由端固定在导轨4的承托部6上;
S6、在相邻的两块薄石材装饰保温一体化板8所夹的导轨4处形成间隙内填充泡沫棒,并用硅酮耐候密封胶封堵;
S7、在用硅酮耐候密封胶封堵后对薄石材装饰保温一体化板8的板面进行清洁。
为了方便理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下通过具体使用方式上对本发明的上述技术方案进行详细说明。
在具体使用时,所述导轨4的安装采用机械固定的方式,能够有效控制横向贯通的所述导轨4形成***的锚固基面和平整度控制基准,进而以此为参照便于控制好***完成面的垂直度和平整度,所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板8采用所述固定件9预制,通过机械锚固的方式固定在所述导轨4上,所述导轨4通过所述锚栓3固定于所述基层墙体1上,相比于传统***直接锚固在所述基层墙体1上的安装方式,该方式改变点受力为线性受力,石材面板和基层件通过所述导轨4和所述固定件9形成有效的机械固定。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,本发明解决了***锚固问题,有效保障板材粘贴质量,提高***整体安全性能,控制***平整度及安装精度等技术问题,降低工人操作的难度,避免操作过程中的随意性,加快施工速度。

1.一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构,包括基层墙体,设置在基层墙体外表面的找平层,其特征在于:所述找平层外表面上通过锚栓等间距固定有若干横向贯通的导轨,所述锚栓穿透于所述找平层且与基层墙体紧固连接,每两个相邻的导轨之间的找平层外表面均通过粘接层粘接有薄石材装饰保温一体化板,其中相邻的两个所述导轨之间的间距尺寸与所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板的板宽尺寸相等,所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板上端设有固定件,且该固定件的自由端通过螺钉与导轨紧固连接,所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板远离固定件的一端抵接在位于薄石材装饰保温一体化板下方的导轨上,每两块相邻的薄石材装饰保温一体化板在所夹的导轨处形成间隙,且在所形成间隙内填充有密封件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构,其特征在于:所述导轨包括固定部,所述固定部的外表面设有垂直于固定部且横向贯通的承托部,所述固定部与承托部之间构成T型结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构,其特征在于:所述固定件为J型固定件,其中所述固定件的一端位于薄石材装饰保温一体化板内,所述固定件的另一端延伸至薄石材装饰保温一体化板外且通过螺钉与承托部紧固连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构,其特征在于:所述薄石材装饰保温一体化板由复合硬泡聚氨酯保温层和背衬层通过一次性热压复合生产工艺制成,且所述固定件位于复合硬泡聚氨酯保温层与背衬层的复合面处,所述固定件的J型端卡设在背衬层或复合硬泡聚氨酯保温层内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构,其特征在于:所述导轨为铝合金材质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种导轨背钩粘锚施工结构,其特征在于:所述密封件包括泡沫棒以及用于封堵处理的硅酮耐候密封胶。
