本发明提供脉冲机械撞击式固井振动器,其技术方案为:本体(1)上设有压环(2),压环(2)连接活塞定位杆(3),活塞定位杆(3)一侧设有液缸座套(4),活塞定位杆(3)上设有脉冲振动活塞(5),脉冲振动活塞(5)连接冲击杆(7),冲击杆(7)两侧设有回位弹簧(6),在本体(1)中下部设有第一节流套(8),在液缸座套(4)的下部设有第二节流套(10),第二节流套(10)上安装有节流套剪切销钉(9),第二节流套(10)下部通过套管连接堵塞球(11),第一节流套(8)下部连接冲击座托蓝(12),冲击座托蓝(12)连接节流套托蓝(13)。本发明有益效果:结构设计合理实用,撞击力大,传播相对较远。

技术领域
本发明涉及采油设备技术领域,尤其是脉冲机械撞击式固井振动器。
背景技术
在钻井后,钻孔直径大于套管直径,在套管外侧形成环空区域,在环空区域指定范围内,注以水泥或用其它材料充填的过程叫固井,在固井过程中,往往因为水泥浆质量体系较差,水泥浆凝结过程中油、水、气的渗透,影响了水泥石的胶结质量和强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计脉冲机械撞击式固井振动器,克服上述存在的问题,提供一种新型振动固井装置,此装置在固井施工时,能在水泥上返过程中发生套管振动,给水泥浆增加能量,使水泥浆颗粒优化布置,保证水泥自身密实且填实井壁上的凹陷处,降低了水泥石的渗透能力,提高了岩石和套管的胶结接触力,从而大大提高固井质量。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:本体上设有压环,压环连接活塞定位杆,活塞定位杆一侧设有液缸座套,活塞定位杆上设有脉冲振动活塞,脉冲振动活塞连接冲击杆,冲击杆两侧设有回位弹簧,在本体中下部设有第一节流套,在液缸座套的下部设有第二节流套,第二节流套上安装有节流套剪切销钉,第二节流套下部通过套管连接堵塞球,第一节流套下部连接冲击座托蓝,冲击座托蓝连接节流套托蓝。
本发明有益效果:结构设计合理实用,脉冲机械撞击式固井振动器可控制振动开始时间,不会因振动而影响其它工序作业,提高装置可靠性;设计有堵塞防护装置,可防止因水泥浆或钻井液不干净而造成的堵塞憋泵事故,确保施工正常;撞击力大,传播相对较远。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,脉冲机械撞击式固井振动器,主要由本体1、压环2、活塞定位杆3、液缸座套4、脉冲振动活塞5、回位弹簧6、冲击杆7、第一节流套8、节流套剪切销钉9、第二节流套10、堵塞球11、冲击座托蓝12和节流套托蓝13构成;本体1上设有压环2,压环2连接活塞定位杆3,活塞定位杆3一侧设有液缸座套4,活塞定位杆3上设有脉冲振动活塞5,脉冲振动活塞5连接冲击杆7,冲击杆7两侧设有回位弹簧6,在本体1中下部设有第一节流套8,在液缸座套4的下部设有第二节流套10,第二节流套10上安装有节流套剪切销钉9,第二节流套10下部通过套管连接堵塞球11,第一节流套8下部连接冲击座托蓝12,冲击座托蓝12连接节流套托蓝13。
本发明的工艺流程:
脉冲机械撞击式固井振动器两端分别设有相互连接的公母接头,安装于套管串浮箍的上部位置,该装置上部与套管直接相连,随套管柱下入井内,下完入套管后循环钻井液, 注水泥前将堵塞球11投入套管内,开始按设计进行注水泥作业;球到达第一节流套8时,堵塞下部循环孔,液体只能经上部节流孔流出,使节流孔内外形成压差,脉冲振动活塞5向下急速运动撞击冲击座托蓝12,使套管发生振动,同时使节流孔内外液体通过脉冲振动活塞5连通孔连通,压差消失,脉冲振动活塞5在回位弹簧6作用下回位,连通通道被切断,节流孔内外又形成压差,脉冲振动活塞5再次向下急速运动撞击冲击座托蓝12,如此往复撞击冲击座托蓝12使本体1发生连续振动,若有特殊情况堵塞节流孔时,套管内压力升高,节流套剪切销钉9剪断,第一节流套8落入节流套托蓝13,重新形成通道,保持流体正常循环。

1.脉冲机械撞击式固井振动器,其特征在于:本体(1)上设有压环(2),压环(2)连接活塞定位杆(3),活塞定位杆(3)一侧设有液缸座套(4),活塞定位杆(3)上设有脉冲振动活塞(5),脉冲振动活塞(5)连接冲击杆(7),冲击杆(7)两侧设有回位弹簧(6),在本体(1)中下部设有第一节流套(8),在液缸座套(4)的下部设有第二节流套(10),第二节流套(10)上安装有节流套剪切销钉(9),第二节流套(10)下部通过套管连接堵塞球(11),第一节流套(8)下部连接冲击座托蓝(12),冲击座托蓝(12)连接节流套托蓝(13)。
