Abstract
本发明公开了一种高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青,由以下质量百分比的原料制成:烷基沥青40-45%,增塑剂7-8%,SBS 2-7%,SIS 0-7%,SBR 14%,EVA 3%,硅烷偶联剂0-8%,填充料19-29%。据此,发明人还将其制成了相应防水卷材。实验表明,本发明的防水卷材同时兼具前述现有两种防水卷材的特点,即弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的高耐热性和自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材的高粘性。因此,本发明避免了弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的明火施工工艺,在自粘工艺进行施工的基础上,提高了卷材的耐热性,达到扩大自粘型卷材应用范围的目的,特别适用于复杂的施工环境。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑防水卷材生产及制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青及防水卷材。
背景技术
传统的弹性体改性沥青防水卷材在施工中对基层要求较高,如基层的强度、平整度、含水率等均有限制。因此,施工中必须对基层表面进行处理,即涂刷基层处理剂。基层处理剂为二甲苯稀释后的沥青或者是汽油,施工过程中极易挥发,而且挥发出有毒有害气体,对环境和施工人员带来危害。同时,施工中还需用明火去烤卷材,把卷材表面加热至熔化,烤出焦料,加热过程中,会产生大量的有毒有害烟气,对环境和施工人员也带来严重危害。由于采用热熔法施工,防水层与结构层之间粘结不牢固,易产生“窜水层”,而“窜水层”正是造成我国建筑渗漏率居高不下的主要原因。
与之不同,自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材在常温下冷施工,不需要热熔。施工时只要剥开隔离纸,即可直接铺贴,施工极为方便,可有效缩短工期。其优异的粘结性保证了卷材搭接缝的连续性与密封性。然而,传统的自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材耐热性只有70℃,远低于弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的105℃,因此在应用范围上局限性较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐热性较好的高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青及防水卷材。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案是:高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青,由以下质量百分比的原料制成:烷基沥青40-45%,增塑剂7-8%,SBS2-7%,SIS0-7%,SBR14%,EVA3%,硅烷偶联剂0-8%,填充料19-29%。
烷基沥青的质量百分比为40-42%,SBS的质量百分比为5-7%,SIS的质量百分比为0-5%,硅烷偶联剂的质量百分比为2-7%,填充料的质量百分比为25-29%。
烷基沥青为90#沥青,增塑剂为环烷油,SBS为线型SBS,SIS为线型SIS,SBR为粉末丁苯橡胶,EVA为颗粒状EVA,硅烷偶联剂为A171,填充料为白炭黑、硅酸钙和石粉的混合物。
填充料粒径≤100μm。
上述高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青制成的防水卷材。
该防水卷材包括5层结构,从上到下依次为:覆膜层、上层改性沥青、胎基布、下层改性沥青、隔离层。
上层改性沥青和下层改性沥青为同一种改性沥青。
覆膜层为PE膜,胎基布为聚酯胎胎基布,隔离层为涂硅油的PET膜。
针对传统的弹性体改性沥青防水卷材和自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材存在的不足,发明人研制了一种高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青,由以下质量百分比的原料制成:烷基沥青40-45%,增塑剂7-8%,SBS2-7%,SIS0-7%,SBR14%,EVA3%,硅烷偶联剂0-8%,填充料19-29%。据此,发明人还将其制成了相应防水卷材。实验表明,本发明的防水卷材同时兼具前述现有两种防水卷材的特点,即弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的高耐热性和自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材的高粘性。因此,本发明避免了弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的明火施工工艺,在自粘工艺进行施工的基础上,提高了卷材的耐热性,达到扩大自粘型卷材应用范围的目的,特别适用于复杂的施工环境。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青防水卷材包括5层结构,从上到下依次为:上表面覆膜层、上表面改性沥青、胎基布、下表面改性沥青、下表面隔离层。其中,覆膜层为PE膜,胎基布为聚酯胎胎基布,隔离层为涂硅油的PET膜。上表面改性沥青和下表面改性沥青为同一种改性沥青,配方(质量百分比)如下:90#沥青40-45%,环烷油7-8%,线型SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)2-7%,线型SIS(苯乙烯一异戊二烯一苯乙烯)0-7%,粉末丁苯橡胶(SBR)14%,颗粒状EVA3%,硅烷偶联剂A1710-8%,填充料(白炭黑:硅酸钙:石粉=1∶3∶10,粒径≤100μm)19-29%。
本发明改性沥青防水卷材制法如下:
<1>将烷基沥青、增塑剂、SBS、硅烷偶联剂和SIS加入反应釜中共混1.5-2h,温度不超过130℃;
<2>将SBR和EVA投入到<1>的反应釜中,共混1-1.5h,温度不超过180℃;
<3>将填充料投入到步骤<2>的反应釜中,共混2-2.5h,温度不超过185℃;
<4>将在反应釜中混合好的改性沥青投放到浸油槽,均匀涂布到胎基布的上下表面;
<5>卷材冷却定型后,在上下表面层贴覆膜层和隔离层;
<6>卷材经冷却、牵引、收卷、计量和裁切后,包装检验。
检验结果见表1。

其中,配方中对EVA和SBR为固定比例添加。原因在于,发明人就EVA和SBR对本发明高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青的影响进行了深入研究,意外发现,当SBR添加量>14%时,改性沥青粘稠度大,不易加工,而SBR添加量<14%时,与铝板的剥离强度难以满足要求;当EVA的添加量>3%时,对改性沥青性能的提高作用很小;而EVA添加量<3%时,改性沥青的高低温性能均有大幅度降低。故此为之。
Claims (8)
1.一种高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青,其特征在于由以下质量百分比的原料制成:烷基沥青40-45%,增塑剂7-8%,SBS2-7%,SIS0-7%,SBR14%,EVA3%,硅烷偶联剂0-8%,填充料19-29%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青,其特征在于:所述烷基沥青的质量百分比为40-42%,SBS的质量百分比为5-7%,SIS的质量百分比为0-5%,硅烷偶联剂的质量百分比为2-7%,填充料的质量百分比为25-29%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青,其特征在于:所述烷基沥青为90#沥青,增塑剂为环烷油,SBS为线型SBS,SIS为线型SIS,SBR为粉末丁苯橡胶,EVA为颗粒状EVA,硅烷偶联剂为A171,填充料为白炭黑、硅酸钙和石粉的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青,其特征在于:所述填充料粒径≤100μm。
5.权利要求1所述高粘性的自粘弹性体改性沥青制成的防水卷材。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防水卷材,其特征在于该防水卷材包括5层结构,从上到下依次为:覆膜层、上层改性沥青、胎基布、下层改性沥青、隔离层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述上层改性沥青和下层改性沥青为同一种改性沥青。
8.根据权利要求6所述的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述覆膜层为PE膜,胎基布为聚酯胎胎基布,隔离层为涂硅油的PET膜。
