A seat belt retractor 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
A webbing retractor device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, includes: frame 1, reel 2 and at least one lock housing 41. The frame 1 includes a back plate 13 and two support plates 10, the two support plates 10 are respectively a first support plate 11 and a second support plate 12, the two support plates 10 are spaced apart and arranged parallel to each other, the back plate 13 is connected between the two support plates 10, the two support plates 10 are respectively provided with corresponding through holes 16, and at least one of the through holes 16 is a ratchet hole 161. The winding shaft 2 is pivotably arranged between two support plates 10, the winding shaft 2 being provided with two cover discs 3 spaced apart in the axial direction thereof, the two cover discs 3 being arranged adjacent to a first support plate 11 and a second support plate 12, respectively, each cover disc 3 covering a respective through hole 16 in an orthographic projection on the respective support plate 10. In the example of fig. 2, the two cover discs 3 are a first cover disc 31 and a second cover disc 32, respectively, the first cover disc 31 being adjacent to the first support plate 11 and the second cover disc 32 being adjacent to the second support plate 12. The lock holders 41 are provided on the respective cover plates 3, the lock holders 41 are inserted into the respective ratchet holes 161, the lock holders 41 are provided with the locking pawls 42, and the locking pawls 42 are provided with ratchet teeth 421 adapted to engage with the respective ratchet holes 161 to prevent the spool 2 from rotating in the webbing-withdrawing direction.
Specifically, the reel 2 is used for winding a safety belt (not shown), the rotation of the reel 2 drives the pulling out or retracting of the safety belt, the two ends of the reel 2 are respectively provided with an output shaft 6, the two output shafts 6 are respectively a first output shaft 61 and a second output shaft 62, each output shaft 6 is coaxially arranged with the pivot axis of the reel 2, and the output shafts 6 extend out from the corresponding through holes 16 on the two support plates 10.
Because the two ends of the reel 2 are respectively provided with the covering disc 3, when the reel 2 winds the safety belt, the covering disc 3 can also prevent the safety belt from deviating on the reel 2, and even can avoid the situation that the safety belt enters the through hole 16 to cause the abnormal locking of the safety belt winding device 100.
The number of the locking seats 41 may be one or two, when there is one locking seat 41, the number of the locking claws 42 is one, and the through hole 16 of the support plate 10 matched with the locking seat 41 is the ratchet hole 161. When the lock holder 41 is two, the locking pawl 42 is also two, and the through holes 16 of the two support plates 10 are both ratchet holes 161.
The belt retractor 100 further comprises an end cap assembly 7, the end cap assembly 7 being disposed on the frame 1 to support and protect components on the belt retractor 100. The end cap assembly 7 includes a first end cap assembly 71 and a second end cap assembly 72, the first end cap assembly 71 is disposed on the first support plate 11, the first output shaft 61 is rotatably supported on the first end cap assembly 71, and the first cover plate 31 cooperates with the first support plate 11 and the first end cap assembly 71 to form a sealed space. A first end cap assembly 71. The second end cover assembly 72 is provided on the second support plate 12, the second output shaft 62 is rotatably supported on the second end cover assembly 72, and the second cover plate 32 forms another sealed space in cooperation with the second support plate 12 and the second end cover assembly 72.
In addition, the seat belt retractor 100 further includes an emergency lock mechanism 8(ELR) and the like, the emergency lock mechanism 8 being provided between the support plate 10 and the corresponding head cover assembly 7, and the emergency lock mechanism 8 may include a vehicle-feel device 82, a belt-feel device 81, and the like. The belt sensing device 81 detects an abnormal belt withdrawal acceleration and triggers the locking pawl 42 to engage with the corresponding ratchet hole 161, thereby preventing the spool 2 from rotating in the belt withdrawal direction. The vehicle sensing device 82 can detect the inclination angle, acceleration, etc. of the vehicle, and the vehicle sensing device 82 can also trigger the locking pawl 42 to engage the locking pawl 42 with the corresponding ratchet hole 161 when an abnormality is detected, thereby preventing the spool 2 from rotating in the webbing-extracting direction. It should be noted that the structure, operation principle, and the like of the emergency locking mechanism 8 are already known in the art and well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail here.
Here, the locking pawl 42 has two states of being engaged with the ratchet hole 161 and being disengaged from the inner teeth of the ratchet hole 161 in the ratchet hole 161, so that there is a gap between the spool 2, the locking pawl 42 and the inner peripheral wall of the ratchet hole 161, through which a contaminating particle (such as dust, gravel, etc.) is easily passed between the support plate 10 and the corresponding end cover assembly 7. The contamination particles may interfere with some of the sensing elements in the emergency locking mechanism 8 and affect the sensitivity, stability and reliability of the emergency locking mechanism 8, i.e. the emergency protection function of the seat belt retractor 100 is very much affected by the contamination particles.
In the invention, the cover plates 3 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the scroll 2, so that the cover plates 3 can cover and seal the gap between the scroll 2 and the through hole 16 on the support plate 10, the space between the support plate 10 and the corresponding end cover assembly 7 is a sealed space, and the dustproof effect of the safety belt winding device 100 is improved.
In this way, dirt particles (such as dust, gravel, and the like) outside the seat belt retractor 100 are less likely to enter the emergency lock mechanism 8, so that the detection accuracy of the emergency lock mechanism 8 is ensured, and the reliability of the seat belt retractor 100 is improved. Moreover, since dirt particles are not easily passed through the through-holes 16, the dirt particles are not trapped in the moving member between the support plate 10 and the corresponding end cap assembly 7, reducing the noise of the safety belt retractor 100.
According to the safety belt winding device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the two cover plates 3 are arranged on the reel 2, so that the through holes 16 in the frame 1 are respectively sealed by the two cover plates 3, the dustproof effect of the safety belt winding device 100 is improved, pollution particles are prevented from influencing the detection precision of the detection element in the safety belt winding device 100, the reliability of the safety belt winding device 100 is improved, and the noise of the safety belt winding device 100 is also reduced. In addition, the arrangement of the covering disc 3 can prevent the safety belt from revolving and deviating on the reel 2, thereby improving the passenger protection performance.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cover disk 3 is formed in a disk shape, and the radial dimension of the cover disk 3 is equal to or larger than the root diameter of the corresponding ratchet hole 161. Thus, it is ensured that the orthographic projection of each cover plate 3 on the corresponding support plate 10 covers the corresponding through hole 16, and the cover plates 3 are simple in structure and easy to machine.
More specifically, the two cover disks 3 extend outward from the spool 2 in the radial direction thereof, i.e., the two cover disks 3 are provided on the spool 2 and extend in the axial direction away from the spool 2.
Advantageously, the two cover plates 3 are formed as one piece with the winding shaft 2, so that the position of the cover plates 3 on the winding shaft 2 is fixed and the dust protection of the cover plates 3 is good.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the two through holes 16 of the frame 1 are ratchet holes 161, each cover plate 3 is provided with a lock seat 41, and the two locking pawls 42 are respectively matched with the corresponding ratchet holes 161. When the vehicle runs abnormally, the two braking claws 42 can be triggered to brake the reel 2, so that the reel 2 is braked stably and reliably, and the reel 2 is stressed uniformly and is not easy to damage.
In this example, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the seatbelt device 100 further includes a transmission lever 43, and the transmission lever 43 is connected to the two locking pawls 42 through the two cover plates 3 to move the two locking pawls 42 in synchronization. Thus, when the emergency locking mechanism 8 detects the vehicle running abnormality, the emergency locking mechanism 8 can be engaged with one of the braking pawls 42, and when the emergency locking mechanism 8 drives the braking pawl 42 to move, the other braking pawl 42 simultaneously brakes the spool 2 by the driving of the transmission rod 43, thereby simplifying the structure of the webbing retractor 100.
Specifically, the reel 2 is provided with a through hole 21 extending in the axial direction thereof, a transmission rod 43 is provided in the through hole 21, and both ends of the transmission rod 43 protrude from the through hole 21 and are connected to the locking pawls 42 through the cover plate 3.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the connection form between the lock housing 41 and the reel 2 is various.
In some embodiments, both output shafts 6 are removably provided on the reel 2, and the lock housings 41 are also removably provided on the respective cover plate 3. The length of the reel 2 is less than or equal to the spacing between the two support plates 10. In this embodiment, the frame 1 may be an integrally formed member, and the spool 2 may be inserted between the two support plates 10 from above or below the frame 1 when the belt retractor 100 is assembled.
In some embodiments, one output shaft 6 of the winding shaft 2 is a force limiting shaft, the winding shaft 2 and the force limiting shaft are independent parts, and the lock base 41 is connected with the winding shaft 2 through the force limiting shaft to achieve the force limiting effect. Here, the force-limiting shaft may adopt a structure of the force-limiting shaft disclosed in the prior art, and will not be described here.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-6, the two cover plates 3, the winding shaft 2 and the lock base 41 are integrally formed, and the first support plate 11 is detachably provided on the back plate 13.
When the lock housing 41 is integrally formed with the spool 2, the total length of the spool 2 and the lock housing 41 exceeds the distance between the two support plates 10, and each cover plate 3 is larger than the corresponding through hole 16. The first support plate 11 is detachably disposed on the back plate 13, and during the assembly of the seat belt retractor 100, the reel 2 may be first placed between the back plate 13 and the second support plate 12, and then the first support plate 11 is fixed on the back plate 13.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the frame 1 further includes a connecting plate 14, the connecting plate 14 is connected to the second support plate 12 and is parallel to the back plate 13, and the first support plate 11 is connected to the back plate 13 and the connecting plate 14. In this way, both opposite ends of the first support plate 11 may be fixed, thereby improving the stability, firmness and reliability of the frame 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the seat belt retractor 100 further includes: two fixing plates 15, the two fixing plates 15 extending from one ends of the back plate 13 and the link plate 14 adjacent to the first support plate 11 in a direction toward each other, respectively, the first support plate 11 being fixed to the two fixing plates 15. Thus, the two fixing plates 15 are substantially parallel to the first support plate 11, and the first support plate 11 is more conveniently and stably fixed.
Optionally, the first supporting plate 11 is connected to the two fixing plates 15 through connecting members, respectively, so as to further facilitate the fixed connection of the first supporting plate 11, and also make the structures of the first supporting plate 11 and the two fixing plates 15 simpler. Further optionally, the connector is a screw, bolt, or the like.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the first support plate 11 is provided with a plurality of positioning posts 111, and the two fixing plates 15 are respectively provided with positioning holes 151 matched with the positioning posts 111, so that the positioning accuracy of the first support plate 11 is improved, the assembling precision of the safety belt winding device 100 is improved, and the assembling efficiency of the safety belt winding device 100 is also improved.
In the seat belt retractor 100, the frame 1 is a mounting skeleton of the entire device, most of the components in the seat belt retractor 100 are mounted on the frame 1, such as the first and second end cover assemblies 71 and 72, the vehicle sensing device 82, and the like, and some of the components are fixed to the first and second end cover assemblies 71 and 72, such as a coil spring assembly, a pre-tightening device (not shown), and the like, and in the example of fig. 1, the coil spring assembly is disposed in the second end cover assembly 72. Thus, the frame 1 has high structural strength requirements, and the frame 1 is typically a metal member.
In the example shown in fig. 1, the first support plate 11 and the second support plate 12 are perpendicular to the back plate 13, and the back plate 13 is provided with a coupling assembly (not shown) that can be connected to the body of the vehicle by a plurality of means such as screws, bolts, etc. to fix the frame 1 to the vehicle.
Specifically, the first end cap assembly 71 includes an inner cap 711 through which the first output shaft 61 on the spool 2 is fixedly positioned, and an outer cap 712 installed at an outer side of the inner cap 711, the outer cap 712 protecting the inner cap 711 and other components.
