Abstract

本发明涉及一种柔性塑料卡扣座,具有彼此间隔开设置的两个支撑脚,安装板的相对的两端分别通过弱化结构连接于支撑脚的顶端,弱化结构为U形弱化结构,该U形弱化结构包括底壁和侧壁。本发明提供的柔性塑料卡扣座能够与现有的塑料卡扣进行匹配,实现汽车后背门装饰板与汽车后背门的有效连接。另外,在外部环境处于高温或低温的情况下,本发明提供的柔性塑料卡扣座能够确保汽车后背门装饰板和汽车后背门在安装状态下的外观的良好匹配。

Description

一种柔性塑料卡扣座
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车后背门装饰板的安装,具体涉及一种柔性塑料卡扣座。
背景技术
图1是汽车后背门装饰板的安装示意图,其中,汽车后背门装饰板1被安装于汽车后背门2。图2示出了汽车后背门2的结构,图3和图4示出了汽车后背门装饰板1的结构,而图5示出了汽车后背门装饰板1和汽车后背门2的安装结构。具体地,汽车后背门装饰板1的背面设置有多个塑料卡扣座11(例如设置有7个,如图4所示),而汽车后背门2的对应位置设置有多个塑料卡扣12,从而通过塑料卡扣12和塑料卡扣座11的配合而将汽车后背门装饰板1安装固定于汽车后背门2。通常,由于汽车后背门装饰板1由塑料材料形成,而汽车后背门2由金属材料形成,当处于图1的安装状态时,在外部环境处于高温或低温的情况下,汽车后背门装饰板1会发生热胀冷缩,由于两者材料不一致导致两者的伸缩量不一致,容易引起汽车后背门装饰板1与周边零件的匹配不良,该周边零件例如为位于汽车后背门装饰板1上方的汽车后挡风玻璃3、位于汽车后背门装饰板1侧面的侧围4和尾灯5,如图1所示。具体地,在塑料卡扣12与塑料卡扣座11配合到位后,如图5所示,在低温状态下,汽车后背门装饰板1由于收缩而产生内应力,从而导致塑料卡扣座11的根部位置发生断裂;在高温状态下,汽车后背门装饰板1由于伸长而与侧围4和尾灯5发生干涉,从而导致汽车外观面的波浪起伏。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的汽车后背门装饰板的安装结构容易引起匹配不良的问题,本发明旨在提供一种柔性塑料卡扣座。
本发明所述的柔性塑料卡扣座,具有彼此间隔开设置的两个支撑脚,安装板的相对的两端分别通过弱化结构连接于支撑脚的顶端,弱化结构为U形弱化结构,该U形弱化结构包括底壁和侧壁。
支撑脚的侧面具有连接结构,柔性塑料卡扣座通过该连接结构与汽车后背门装饰板连接。
柔性塑料卡扣座与汽车后背门装饰板形成一体结构。
侧壁包括彼此相对的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,底壁的相对的两端分别与第一、第二侧壁的底端连接。
支撑脚与第一侧壁的顶端连接,而安装板与第二侧壁的顶端连接。
安装板的中心具有用于容纳塑料卡扣的容纳孔。
安装板具有与容纳孔相通的导入槽。
导入槽为V形槽。
安装板的顶表面上具有限位凸台。
弱化结构的壁厚小于安装板的壁厚。
本发明提供的柔性塑料卡扣座能够与现有的塑料卡扣进行匹配,实现汽车后背门装饰板与汽车后背门的有效连接。另外,在外部环境处于高温或低温的情况下,本发明提供的柔性塑料卡扣座能够确保汽车后背门装饰板和汽车后背门在安装状态下的外观的良好匹配。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,给出本发明的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述。
图6和图7示出了根据本发明的安装结构,图8示出了该安装结构的柔性塑料卡扣座110。与现有技术类似,汽车后背门装饰板1的背面设置有多个柔性塑料卡扣座110,而汽车后背门2的对应位置设置有多个塑料卡扣120,从而通过塑料卡扣120和柔性塑料卡扣座110的配合而将汽车后背门装饰板1安装固定于汽车后背门2。其中,塑料卡扣120与现有技术的塑料卡扣12(参见图5)完全相同,其与塑料卡扣座的具体滑入方式等均相同,在此不再赘述。
与现有技术不同的是,本发明提供的柔性塑料卡扣座110仅通过两个支撑脚111与汽车后背门装饰板1相连。具体地,柔性塑料卡扣座110具有彼此间隔开设置的两个支撑脚111,安装板112的相对的两端分别通过弱化结构113连接于支撑脚111的顶端。支撑脚111的侧面具有连接结构111a,从而通过该连接结构111a使得柔性塑料卡扣座110与汽车后背门装饰板1形成为一体,从而减少了汽车后背门装饰板1的成本。弱化结构113示出为U形弱化结构,其包括底壁113a和彼此相对的第一侧壁113b和第二侧壁113c,底壁113a的相对的两端分别与第一侧壁113b、第二侧壁113c的底端连接,支撑脚111与第一侧壁113b的顶端连接,而安装板112与第二侧壁113c的顶端连接。安装板112具有相通的导入槽112a和容纳孔112b,从而引导塑料卡扣120(参见图7)沿着该V形的导入槽112a进入容纳孔112b内,从而实现塑料卡扣120与柔性塑料卡扣座110的卡制。另外,该安装板112的顶表面上还具有凸台112c,该凸台112c形成塑料卡扣120的限位部,从而辅助确定塑料卡扣120的装配就位。在本实施例中,弱化结构113(底壁113a和侧壁113b、113c)的壁厚小于安装板112的壁厚,从而便于受力变形。
本发明提供的柔性塑料卡扣座110能够与现有的塑料卡扣进行匹配,实现汽车后背门装饰板1与汽车后背门2的有效连接。本发明提供的柔性塑料卡扣座110由于仅通过两个支撑脚111与汽车后背门装饰板1相连,而且安装板112的相对的两端分别通过弱化结构113连接于支撑脚111,从而解决汽车后背门装饰板的安装结构的匹配不良的问题。具体地,在低温状态下,汽车后背门装饰板1收缩产生的内应力借助于弱化结构113缓冲,并不会完全传递给柔性塑料卡扣座110,从而避免了柔性塑料卡扣座110的断裂的风险,同时防止在柔性塑料卡扣座110对应的外表面产生凹印;在高温状态下,汽车后背门装饰板1的伸长借助于弱化结构113抵消,避免了其与侧围4和尾灯5发生干涉从而导致汽车外观面的波浪起伏。因此,本发明提供的柔性塑料卡扣座110能够在实现有效连接的同时保证外观的良好匹配。

Claims (10)

1.一种柔性塑料卡扣座,其特征在于,该柔性塑料卡扣座具有彼此间隔开设置的两个支撑脚,安装板的相对的两端分别通过弱化结构连接于支撑脚的顶端,弱化结构为U形弱化结构,该U形弱化结构包括底壁和侧壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性塑料卡扣座,其特征在于,支撑脚的侧面具有连接结构,柔性塑料卡扣座通过该连接结构与汽车后背门装饰板连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柔性塑料卡扣座,其特征在于,柔性塑料卡扣座与汽车后背门装饰板形成一体结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔性塑料卡扣座,其特征在于,侧壁包括彼此相对的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,底壁的相对的两端分别与第一、第二侧壁的底端连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的柔性塑料卡扣座,其特征在于,支撑脚与第一侧壁的顶端连接,而安装板与第二侧壁的顶端连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔性塑料卡扣座,其特征在于,安装板的中心具有用于容纳塑料卡扣的容纳孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的柔性塑料卡扣座,其特征在于,安装板具有与容纳孔相通的导入槽。
8.根据权利要求7所述的柔性塑料卡扣座,其特征在于,导入槽为V形槽。
9.根据权利要求1所述的柔性塑料卡扣座,其特征在于,安装板的顶表面上具有限位凸台。
10.根据权利要求1所述的柔性塑料卡扣座,其特征在于,弱化结构的壁厚小于安装板的壁厚。
