颈肩腰腿痛属中医痹症范畴，由正气不足，肝肾亏虚，风寒湿邪侵入骨络或跌仆闪挫，伤损骨络，以致气血瘀滞，运行失畅，不通则痛。肝肾亏虚导致汗出腠理疏松，更因汗出入水，寒湿之邪乘虚入侵，影响气血运行，故周身关节疼痛。“肾主藏精，主骨生髓”，若肾精充足则机体强健，骨骼外形及内部结构正常，且可耐劳累及一般伤损。而“肝主藏血，主筋束骨利关节”，肝血充足则筋脉强劲，静可保护诸骨，充养骨髓；动则约束诸骨，免致过度活动，防止脱位。若肾精亏虚，肝血不足，则骨髓发育异常，更兼筋肉不坚，荣养乏源，既无力保护骨髓、充养骨髓，又不能约束诸骨，防止脱位。目前市场上用于治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药物品种类繁多，西药副作用大，中药效果并不太显著。

治疗组选本发明胶囊剂(按照实施例1方法制备)，二个疗程(5天一疗程)，0.5g/粒，一日三次，每次2粒。
3、诊断标准
①持续性疼痛，疼痛成了生活的一部分。
②活动稍多甚至弯腰拾物、打喷嚏时便发病，疼痛难忍，功能受限。
③阴雨天或受风着凉可引起疼痛的复发或加重。
4、疗效标准
参照国家中医药管理局1994年实施的《中医病诊断疗效标准》拟定如下：
临床痊愈：中医临床症状、体征消失或基本消失；
显效：中医临床症状、体征明显改变；
有效：中医临床症状、体征均有好转；
无效：中医临床症状、体征均无明显改善；

实验例二：典型病例
病例1：李某某，男，55。症状：患者左腿踝关节，疼痛肿胀，行走不便，因劳动病情加重，经诊断确诊为风湿病。通过服用本发明胶囊剂(按照实施例1方法制备，一日三次，每次2粒。)一个疗程(一疗程5天)，关节肿痛明显好转，左踝关节功能明显改善，患者可正常行走，继续服用本发明胶囊剂一个疗程，经检查已基本恢复正常。
病例2：田某，女，52岁。症状：患颈椎病(神经根型)2月余。颈椎疼痛，放射至左侧肩臂膀疼痛难忍、左手大拇指麻木，夜不能眠、害怕晚上睡觉。通过服用本发明片剂(按照实施例2方法制备)治疗三天后见效，晚上疼痛减轻，继续服用7天后疼痛基本减轻。巩固服用10天后，彻底治愈。
病例3：秦某某，男，61。症状：腰椎间盘突出，椎管狭窄。腰椎间盘突出L4-5\L5-S1、椎管狭窄，因右下肢疼痛、右足麻木数月，走不能走远，走一段距离(10多米)后下肢出现麻木、疼痛、无力、加重而无法行走，间断休息(下蹲或弯腰一会)后症状减轻或消失，继续行走后又反复出现这种临床症状。牵引按摩、外贴风湿膏治疗无效，口服药物不见好转。来诊时查腰L4、5椎棘突旁右侧压疼明显并向右下肢放射。直腿抬高30度，腰椎活动受限，右足肌力减弱，膝腱反射良好。通过使用本发明贴膏剂(按照实施例3方法制备)治疗一个疗程后(每个疗程5天)，疼痛减轻，继续治疗一个疗程后，上述症状完全消失，痊愈。随访1年无复发。
病例4：范某某，女，50岁。症状：肩周炎。患者3年前偶受风寒，右肩患上了肩周炎，昼夜疼痛难忍，肌肉无力、活动障碍。刀割样持久性疼痛。疼痛呈游走性，时而是手掌，时而是肩膀。通过使用本发明喷雾剂(按照实施例4方法制备)治疗一个疗程后(每个疗程5天)，疼痛明显减轻。继续治疗一个疗程，疼痛症状完全消除，肩部和手臂活动自如，彻底治愈。
下述实施例均能实现上述实验例的效果。
具体实施方式

上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成胶囊剂，0.5g/粒，一日三次，每次2粒。
实施例2片剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成片剂。每片0.25g，一日三次，每次2片。
实施例3贴膏剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成贴膏剂。
实施例4喷雾剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成喷雾剂。
实施例5软膏剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成软膏剂。

上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成丸剂。
