胃酸、胃痛、胃胀仍属中医胃脘痛范畴，是临床常见病症，以虚寒型居多。此类患者大多都有较长病史，且反复发作。缠绵难愈，治疗较为棘手，现代医学的急慢性胃炎、胃痛、十二指肠溃疡、胃肠神经宫能症等皆属此范畴。西医治疗多以口服药和针剂为主，中医的辩证施治具有一定优势。
发明内容：
取乌药、高良姜、木香、龙骨、苦参、百合、三七、白芨、党参、白芍、香附、砂仁、海螵蛸共13味中药经炮制后，制备成丸剂。本方能提高机体的免疫力，保护胃粘膜屏障。改善血液循环，并能抵制幽门螺旋杆菌生存，从而解除胃粘膜的炎症刺激，促进胃粘膜的病理康复，临床症状消除。香附、砂仁、苦参、白芨等具补气健脾、祛湿化痰、理气止痛之功，寓补气于行气之中，寓行气于补气之内，补行并举，性味平和，方中白芨柔润益阴，能清润止血，保护和修复胃粘膜，苦参苦燥，清热通腑，苦燥导下，与白芨相伍，一柔一燥，一敛一降，刚柔相济，使胃肠气血运行和畅有序。胃脘痛为常见病，多发病之一，临床多表现为寒热错杂，虚实兼有。本发明中以百合加止痛之元胡、白芍、理气之木香，制酸之诲螵蛸使之寒热并调，虚实兼顾，疗效甚佳。
本发明由上方配伍，共奏温胃散寒，理气和胃，消食健脾，制酸止痛，消胀除满，消积食，导积滞，修复胃粘膜，适用于消化不良，食欲不振，油腻不思饮食，酒后胃不舒服及慢性胃炎，浅表性胃炎，萎缩性胃炎，胃溃疡，糜烂性胃炎，胃粘膜糜烂等，胃疾病引起的胃脘疼痛，胃酸过多，反酸难过，吐酸水，恶心，呕吐等。
具体实施方式：
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明：取乌药20g、高良姜15g、木香15g、龙骨30g、苦参15g、百合15g、三七10g、白芨15g、党参20g、白芍15g、香附15g、砂仁10g、海螵蛸30g，按上方比例组方配伍，在本发明中药丸剂制备前对其中5味中药进行炮制(每味炮制中药按1000g量)。
乌药：黄酒100g，加水500g，拌药蒸半小时。
木香：黄酒100g，加水500g，拌药蒸15分钟。
龙骨：醋50g，加水500g，拌药蒸25分钟。
苦参：蜂蜜50g，加水750g，拌药烘干。
白芨：童子尿125g，加水750g，拌药阴干。
本发明一种治疗胃痛、胃酸、胃胀的口服中药丸剂制备方法：
1、将三七、白芨、砂仁、海螵蛸粉碎过100目筛制成药粉备用。
2、将乌药、高良姜、木香、龙骨、苦参、百合、党参、白芍、香附9味中药入锅内加水煮熬。
3、首次煮熬2小时，滤取药汗与上述药粉搅拌均匀后晒干或烘干，第2次第3次各加水煮熬1小时，分别滤取药汁与药粉搅拌均匀后晒干或烘干。
4、将经过3次药汁，药粉搅拌均匀晒干或烘干后的药粉进一步研细，过100目筛水泛为丸，如绿豆大，即制备成本发明一种治疗胃痛、胃酸、胃胀的口服中药丸剂。
用法用量：每日2次，早晚饭后服用，温开水送下，每次6-8g，儿童酌减。慢性胃炎患者一至二疗程可愈，每一个月一疗程。
使用本发明中药口服丸剂临床观察120例患者中，治愈96例，占80％，好转22例，占18％，无效2例，总有效率98％。
典型病例：
孙某某，男，46岁，职员，常感胃部胀闷感，食后增剧，于半月前经某医院胃镜示萎缩性胃炎，邀余诊治，脉象：滑数，苔白边尖红，身感乏力，夜间盗汗如水洗，面色黄暗，投以本发明口服中药丸剂2疗程后病势大减，食欲增进，已无胀闷感，又服一疗程后经镜检证实：萎缩性胃炎已转为浅表性胃炎。
吴某某，女，60岁，患胃病肝胆病十余年，于近日镜检确诊为慢性浅表性胃炎，经患者介绍前来我处诊治，投以本发明口服中药丸剂1疗程后病势大减，又继服一疗程后告愈。
纪某某，男，55岁，常感冒不适，打呃，返酸、胃胀，一直按浅表性胃炎，十二指肠球部溃疡延治2年余，疗效不显时好时犯，于2012年下半年作胃镜检查确诊为萎缩性胃炎，返流性胃炎。刻下脉诊：双关脉弱，苔白且有齿痕，查体：巩膜无黄柒，语气低微，面色白光白，中医诊断：肝脾不和，脾胃不和，本旺土衰型，投以本发明口服中药丸剂2疗程后症状大减，又继服2疗程后，诸症悉无。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗胃痛、胃酸、胃胀的口服中药丸剂及制备方法，其特征在于组方配伍和各中药重量：乌药20g、高良姜15g、木香15g、龙骨30g、苦参15g、百合15g、三七10g、白芨15g、党参20g、白芍15g、香附15g、砂仁10g、海螵蛸30g。
2.由权利要求1所述，其特征在于一种治疗胃痛、胃酸、胃胀的口服中药丸剂在制备前对其中5味中药的炮制(每味中药按1000g量)
乌药：黄酒100g加水500g拌药蒸半小时。
木香：黄酒100g加水500g拌药蒸15分钟。
龙骨：醋50g，加水500g，拌药蒸25分钟。
苦参：蜂蜜50g，加水750g，拌药烘干。
白芨：童子尿125g，加水750g，拌药阴干。
