本发明公开了一种能自动调节新风量的家用空调,它涉及家用电器技术领域。主机分别与送风管和回风管的一端连接,送风管的另一端与无叶风扇式送风机的一端连接,无叶风扇式送风机的另一端与主送风管相连,且无叶风扇式送风机与摇头电机连接,且摇头电机安装在室外,主送风管的前端安装有高速环形导风圈,主回风管分成回风管、新风直回管和新风调节管三条管道,送风管的上端与新风直回管连接,新风直回管内设置有回风调节阀,新风调节管内设置有新风调节阀和新风过滤网,它将中央空调集中送风模式和无叶风扇送风模式引进家用空调,在解决了家用空调无新风的行业短板的同时,还降低了空调运行时的噪音、运行能耗,同时一机多用,更加节能。

本发明涉及一种能自动调节新风量的家用空调,属于家用电器技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,家用空调主要分为分体式和窗式空调,分体式空调由于室外机和室内机两部分离,所以噪声小、安装方便,其主要缺点是由于采用分体式结构和离心式风机,无法解决空调新风问题,所以目前市场上尚无带新风功能的分体式空调。窗式空调带有新风功能,但由于采用一体式,安装时需要方形孔,墙装时开孔不方便,而窗户安装时,影响采光,同时噪声比较大。以上两种空调由于都是封闭式运行,并没有感测室外温度的传感器,而根据中央气象局公布的数据,夏季夜间十二点过后,室外温度大部分时间是低于29度的,而传统空调在这个时间段仍然在封闭式运行,耗能且空气质量差。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能自动调节新风量的家用空调。
本发明能自动调节新风量的家用空调,它包含高速环形导风圈1、无叶风扇式送风机2、摇头电机3、送风管4、主机5、回风管6、新风直回管7、回风调节阀8、新风调节管9、防风防雨网10、室外温传感器11、新风调节阀12、新风过滤网13、室内温度传感器14、室内二氧化碳传感器14-1、主回风管15、室内主机控制盒15-1和主送风管16,主机5分别与送风管4和回风管6的一端连接,送风管4的另一端与无叶风扇式送风机2的一端连接,无叶风扇式送风机2的另一端与主送风管16相连,且无叶风扇式送风机2与摇头电机3连接,且摇头电机3安装在室外,主送风管16的前端安装有高速环形导风圈1,主回风管15分成回风管6、新风直回管7和新风调节管9三条管道,送风管4的上端与新风直回管7连接,新风直回管7内设置有回风调节阀8,新风调节管9内设置有新风调节阀12和新风过滤网13,且新风调节管9的出口处安装有防风防雨网10和室外温传感器11,主回风管15的出口处安装有室内温度传感器14、室内二氧化碳传感器14-1和室内主机控制盒15-1。
本发明的有益效果:1、室内送风采用无叶风扇送风模式,便于对新风量进行控制和提供大风量,而且无叶风扇式的高速风机的电机进行室外安装,降低噪音;2、设置室外温度传感器和室内二氧化碳浓度变送器、控制器等对室外温度和室内二氧化碳浓度进行检测,可以根据温度和室内二氧化碳浓度对新风量做适时控制;3、设有新风直回管和风量调节阀,可以对空调运行时对回风量进行调节和当室外温度达到舒适度时,新风直接进入送风管,主机则可以停止运行,以便于节能;4、设有新风调节管,新风调节管上设有高效过滤网,以便于在P2.5严重时洁净新风。它将中央空调集中送风模式和无叶风扇送风模式引进家用空调,在解决了家用空调无新风的行业短板的同时,还降低了空调运行时的噪音、运行能耗,同时一机多用。更加的健康节能功。

如图1所示,本发明具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含高速环形导风圈1、无叶风扇式送风机2、摇头电机3、送风管4、主机5、回风管6、新风直回管7、回风调节阀8、新风调节管9、防风防雨网10、室外温传感器11、新风调节阀12、新风过滤网13、室内温度传感器14、室内二氧化碳传感器14-1、主回风管15、室内主机控制盒15-1和主送风管16,主机5分别与送风管4和回风管6的一端连接,送风管4的另一端与无叶风扇式送风机2的一端连接,无叶风扇式送风机2的另一端与主送风管16相连,且无叶风扇式送风机2与摇头电机3连接,且摇头电机3安装在室外,主送风管16的前端安装有高速环形导风圈1,主回风管15分成回风管6、新风直回管7和新风调节管9三条管道,送风管4的上端与新风直回管7连接,新风直回管7内设置有回风调节阀8,新风调节管9内设置有新风调节阀12和新风过滤网13,且新风调节管9的出口处安装有防风防雨网10和室外温传感器11,主回风管15的出口处安装有室内温度传感器14、室内二氧化碳传感器14-1和室内主机控制盒15-1。
本发明具体实施方式的工作原理为:以传统窗式空调作为主机5,将主机5的控制***和进出风口进行重新设计,以便于连接送风管4和回风管6,送风管4将调节好的空气送到无叶风扇式送风机2,无叶风扇式送风机2将主机5调节好的低速风加速成高速风穿过墙体送到高速环形导风圈1,高速风以环状从高速环形导风圈1喷出,带动其周围的空气流动,在室内均匀的进行热交换后,进入主回风管15和回风管6。当室内二氧化碳浓度比较高时,***自动打开新风调节管9上的风量调节阀12,引入新风。由于新风经过高效过滤网13的才进入回风管6,且无叶风扇式送风机2可以独立运行,当室外PM2.5严重而环境温度又比较舒适时,***仅运行无叶风扇式送风机2,新风经过高效过滤网13净化后直接经新风直回管7进入无叶风扇式送风机2,达到将产品当作空气净化器使用目的,从而一机多用,能有效的节约能源。产品设有室外温度传感器11,当夏季室外温度达到二十八九度时,自动停止主机5,打开新风调节管9上的风量调节阀12,新风通过新风直回管7进入无叶风扇式送风机2。达到将产品当作风扇使用的目的。
