本发明涉及一种飞机内饰。提供一种可调节的内饰连接结构,包括:在内饰板1上开有通孔,盲孔镶嵌件2预埋在内饰板1中,内饰板1背面使用盲孔镶嵌件2和螺钉3固定角片4,支架5直接安装于结构上,角片4和支架5上开有相互垂直的长条孔;安装时通过两处相互垂直的长条孔实现角片4相对支架5在四个方向的调节,调节到所需位置后,使用弹簧夹托板螺母6和螺钉7将角片4与支架5固定。本发明可有效消除安装过程中累积的误差,实现安装现场的快速调节,提高工作效率并降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于飞机内饰的可调节连接结构。
背景技术
目前,飞机内饰板结构设计缺少有效的调节余度,无法消除在安装过程中产生的累积误差,经常导致原有的安装孔位无法使用,需现场重新配孔,影响安装精度及效果,降低工作效率。
发明内容
发明目的
提供一种可调节的内饰连接结构,可有效消除安装过程中累积的误差,实现安装现场的快速调节,提高工作效率并降低成本。
技术方案
一种可调节的内饰连接结构,包括:
在内饰板1上开有通孔,盲孔镶嵌件2预埋在内饰板1中,内饰板1背面使用盲孔镶嵌件2和螺钉3固定角片4,支架5直接安装于结构上,角片4和支架5上开有相互垂直的长条孔;安装时通过两处相互垂直的长条孔实现角片4相对支架5在四个方向的调节,调节到所需位置后,使用弹簧夹托板螺母6和螺钉7将角片4与支架5固定。
还包括:在内饰板1的通孔处安装堵盖8。
有益效果
本发明具有结构简单、安装便捷的优点,可实现四个方向的调节,有效消除安装过程中累积的误差,实现安装现场的快速调节,提高工作效率并降低成本,并可有效遮盖紧固件,起到防尘防异物进入的效果。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种可调节的内饰连接结构,如图1、2、3所示,包括:内饰板1、盲孔镶嵌件2、螺钉3、7、角片4、支架5、弹簧夹托板螺母6、堵盖8。
在内饰板1上开有通孔,盲孔镶嵌件2预埋在内饰板1中,内饰板1背面使用盲孔镶嵌件2和螺钉3固定角片4,支架5直接安装于结构上,角片4和支架5上开有相互垂直的长条孔;安装时通过两处相互垂直的长条孔实现角片4相对支架5在四个方向的调节,调节到所需位置后,使用弹簧夹托板螺母6和螺钉7将角片4与支架5固定。在内饰板1的通孔处安装堵盖8,遮盖紧固件,起到防尘防异物进入的效果。

1.一种可调节的内饰连接结构,其特征在于,包括:
在内饰板(1)上开有通孔,盲孔镶嵌件(2)预埋在内饰板(1)中,内饰板(1)背面使用盲孔镶嵌件(2)和螺钉(3)固定角片(4),支架(5)直接安装于结构上,角片(4)和支架(5)上开有相互垂直的长条孔;安装时通过两处相互垂直的长条孔实现角片(4)相对支架(5)在四个方向的调节,调节到所需位置后,使用弹簧夹托板螺母(6)和螺钉(7)将角片(4)与支架(5)固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可调节的内饰连接结构,其特征在于,还包括:在内饰板(1)的通孔处安装堵盖(8)。
