Abstract
一种用于清洗发动机积碳的汽油添加剂,涉及化工原料制备技术领域,包括以下原料组成:三乙醇胺8-12份、二乙醇胺6-10份、油酸3-5份、亚油酸3-5份、异丙醇8-15份、丁醇8-15份、乙二醇一丁醚5-10份、二甘醇一丁醚6-12份、环烷酸稀土5-15份、二甲苯40-50份、煤油35-45份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-10份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺流程简洁,原料配比合理,通过与汽油进行混合后,有效的将发动机内的积碳进行清除,节省了大量的油耗,清洁能源,并且对于油路有着良好的清洗效果,同时降低了尾气中有害物质的存在,使用效果明显,市场价值高,便于推广及使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化工原料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于清洗发动机积碳的汽油添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽油为外观为透明液体,可燃、主要成分为C5~C12脂肪烃和环烷烃类,以及一定量芳香烃,汽油具有较高的辛烷值,并按辛烷值的高低分为90号、93号、95号、97号等牌号。汽油由石油炼制得到的直馏汽油组分、催化裂化汽油组分、催化重整汽油组分等不同汽油组分经精制后与高辛烷值组分经调和制得,主要用作汽车点燃式内燃机的燃料,是目前世界上最为普遍的燃料油,汽油在使用时,由于燃烧不充分,很容易在油路及发动机内形成积碳,然而这些积碳,这样就会导致油耗增加、怠速抖动、性能变差,长久下去,还会导致发动机损坏,影响使用。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配方合理,生产工艺简单,延长发动机寿命的用于清洗发动机积碳的汽油添加剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于清洗发动机积碳的汽油添加剂,其特征在于:由以下组分的原料制成:
三乙醇胺8-12份、二乙醇胺6-10份、油酸3-5份、亚油酸3-5份、异丙醇8-15份、丁醇8-15份、乙二醇一丁醚5-10份、二甘醇一丁醚6-12份、环烷酸稀土5-15份、二甲苯40-50份、煤油35-45份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-10份。
各原料的优选组分为:三乙醇胺10份、二乙醇胺8份、油酸4份、亚油酸4份、异丙醇12份、丁醇12份、乙二醇一丁醚7份、二甘醇一丁醚9份、环烷酸稀土10份、二甲苯45份、煤油40份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6份。
本发明中
三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺为有机胺类化学物质;异丙醇、丁醇作为醇类化学物质;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为乳化剂;油酸、亚油酸作为羧酸类化学物质;乙二醇一丁醚、二甘醇一丁醚、煤油、二甲苯作为烃类化学物质;这些化学物质具有松动及溶解部分积碳的效果;环烷酸稀土具有催化活性,致使积碳层转化为二氧化碳、一氧化碳从尾气管中排出。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种制备本发明用于清洗发动机积碳的汽油添加剂的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
①、选用搅拌反应釜,将原料中的三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚添加进入,搅拌均匀得到物料A;
②、再次选用一搅拌反应釜,将原料中的异丙醇、丁醇、油酸和亚油酸加入其中,搅拌均匀得到物料B;
③、将上述物料A和物料B混合,然后将原料中的乙二醇一丁醚、二甘醇一丁醚、煤油、二甲苯和环烷酸稀土加入,混合均匀,即可。
使用方法:在汽车然后中直接添加,按照本品与汽油比例为1:120至1:200添加即可。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
称取三乙醇胺8kg、二乙醇胺6kg、油酸3kg、亚油酸3kg、异丙醇8kg、丁醇8kg、乙二醇一丁醚5kg、二甘醇一丁醚6kg、环烷酸稀土5kg、二甲苯40kg、煤油35kg、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2kg;
制备方法如下:
①、选用搅拌反应釜,将原料中的三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚添加进入,搅拌均匀得到物料A;
②、再次选用一搅拌反应釜,将原料中的异丙醇、丁醇、油酸和亚油酸加入其中,搅拌均匀得到物料B;
③、将上述物料A和物料B混合,然后将原料中的乙二醇一丁醚、二甘醇一丁醚、煤油、二甲苯和环烷酸稀土加入,混合均匀,即可。
使用方法:在汽车然后中直接添加,按照本品与汽油比例为1:120至1:200添加即可。
实施例2
称取三乙醇胺10g、二乙醇胺8g、油酸4g、亚油酸4g、异丙醇12g、丁醇12g、乙二醇一丁醚7g、二甘醇一丁醚9g、环烷酸稀土10g、二甲苯45g、煤油40g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6g。
制备方法如下:
①、选用搅拌反应釜,将原料中的三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚添加进入,搅拌均匀得到物料A;
②、再次选用一搅拌反应釜,将原料中的异丙醇、丁醇、油酸和亚油酸加入其中,搅拌均匀得到物料B;
③、将上述物料A和物料B混合,然后将原料中的乙二醇一丁醚、二甘醇一丁醚、煤油、二甲苯和环烷酸稀土加入,混合均匀,即可。
使用方法:在汽车然后中直接添加,按照本品与汽油比例为1:120至1:200添加即可。
下面通过试验来证明本发明的有益效果。
试验材料:选用相同的45辆已经使用5年的家用汽车,其排量相同(55L),配置相同,使用地域基本相同;
试验方法:
将45组家用汽车进行随机分组,每15辆为一组,分为3组,标记为A组、B组和C组;实验前,测定三组测量的发动机积碳的平均含量;
其中:
A组油箱中添加本发明中实施例1或2中制备的添加剂;
B组油箱中添加市售的清碳剂;
C组油箱中不添加任何成分;
三组车辆均加满油实验3次。
实验结果:
结果如下表所示:

结论:A组积碳清除效果明显优于B和C组,经济效益较好。
同时使用本品的的汽油添加剂,汽车在行驶过程中,动力较其他两组更加强劲,车身也相对较为平稳,同时排放的含毒性尾气也由于其他两组。

1.一种用于清洗发动机积碳的汽油添加剂,其特征在于:由以下组分的原料制成:
三乙醇胺8-12份、二乙醇胺6-10份、油酸3-5份、亚油酸3-5份、异丙醇8-15份、丁醇8-15份、乙二醇一丁醚5-10份、二甘醇一丁醚6-12份、环烷酸稀土5-15份、二甲苯40-50份、煤油35-45份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清洗发动机积碳的汽油添加剂,其特征在于,各原料的优选组分为:三乙醇胺10份、二乙醇胺8份、油酸4份、亚油酸4份、异丙醇12份、丁醇12份、乙二醇一丁醚7份、二甘醇一丁醚9份、环烷酸稀土10份、二甲苯45份、煤油40份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6份。
3.制备权利要求1或2中一种用于清洗发动机积碳的汽油添加剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
①、选用搅拌反应釜,将原料中的三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚添加进入,搅拌均匀得到物料A;
②、再次选用一搅拌反应釜,将原料中的异丙醇、丁醇、油酸和亚油酸加入其中,搅拌均匀得到物料B;
③、将上述物料A和物料B混合,然后将原料中的乙二醇一丁醚、二甘醇一丁醚、煤油、二甲苯和环烷酸稀土加入,混合均匀,即可。
