Abstract

本发明涉及一种清洁无公害厕所***,属于废物再利用环保领域,通过将特定结构的脱水装置、堆肥装置、沼气处理装置、水处理装置以及坐便器储水装置进行改进,使得人类的粪便不对环境造成损害,变害为利。

技术领域
本发明属于环保领域,特别是垃圾回收再利用处理领域,尤其是涉及一种清洁无公害厕所***。
背景技术
绿色建筑、生态厕所的概念提出来很多年了,但是推行比较困难,主要原因在于成本高和配套技术不成熟,还有相关政策的不完善。目前厕所出来的***物直接排入到下水管道中,严重污染了地下水。生态厕所技术主要关注其入水方面,对于***物的处理也是简单的堆肥处理,将产生的气体直接排放,这样依然会产生气体污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种清洁无公害厕所***。可以在新农村或旅游区、生态区等地方设置。
具体通过如下技术手段实现:
一种清洁无公害厕所***,包括坐便器,坐便器上部的储水装置,与坐便器下水连接的脱水装置,与脱水装置下部连接的堆肥装置,与脱水装置侧部连接的沼气处理装置。
所述脱水装置通过高速旋转将坐便器流入的人类粪便进行固液分离,包括上部设置的风机,带有多孔的圆柱状内筒以及圆柱状外筒,所述圆柱状内筒下部设置有固体物质出口与堆肥装置连接,所述圆柱状外筒下部设置有液体流出管与沼气处理装置连接,所述上部设置的风机用于将坐便器流出的人类粪便进行一定的风干处理。
所述堆肥装置用于处理脱水后固体物质,使其通过干式厌氧处理得到有机肥;包括循环水槽、干式厌氧反应器、接种腔、气水分离器以及酸化气储气罐。
所述沼气处理装置用于将液体粪便生成沼气和沼渣,包括USR厌氧发酵器,除硫装置、净化装置和沼气储存装置。
所述堆肥装置中的干式厌氧反应器内上部设置有喷淋装置,下部设置垫层,垫层下部设置出水口,出水口与循环水槽的入口相连接,所述干式厌氧反应器上部设置出气口,出气口与酸化气储气罐的入口相连接;所述酸化气储气罐的出口与沼气处理装置的除硫装置入口相连接;
所述除硫装置中利用硫细菌的生物氧化作用将沼气中的硫化氢氧化为亚硫酸和硫酸,从而从沼气中脱除;所述净化装置通过过滤的方式将沼气中粒径大于3微米的杂质脱除。
所述干式厌氧处理装置的温度提升到35~38℃进行发酵处理后,在50~60℃的温度下,堆肥12~18天后形成有机肥。
所述脱水装置的圆柱状内筒和圆柱状外筒均采用耐腐蚀钢,所述耐腐蚀钢的化学成分按重量百分比计为:C:0.06~0.09%,Si:0.36~0.39%,Mn:0.8~1.2%,Nb:0.02~0.08%,Ti:0.02~0.06%,Ni:0.2~0.6%,Al:0.05~0.10%,V:0.03~0.08%,Cr:0.5~1.1%,Mo:0.38~0.60%,Cu:0.2~0.5%,B:0.001~0.003%,Ce:0.02~0.06%,P<0.02%,S<0.01%,N<0.001%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质;其微观结构中回火索氏体+回火马氏体的体积百分比为82~90%。
所述沼气储存装置与沼气发电机组连接。
所述坐便器上部的储水装置的入水口与盥洗室脸部清洁池的下水相连接。
本发明的效果在于:
1,通过将厕所***物进行固液分离后,将固体物质进行发酵、堆肥形成有机肥,液态物质通过发酵、液气分离得到沼气和液态水,通过水处理将液态水进行净化得到中水,即将***物完全进行处理,均进行了回收且没有生成新的污染物,实现了完全的清洁无公害厕所。
2,通过合理设置各个装置之间的配置方式以及各个装置具体的设置方式,使得整体流程更加完善的处理***物。
3,由于脱水装置是处理装置的第一个装置,长期所处的环境是***物和污水,一般的金属材质无法对该特定的物质达到耐腐蚀的效果,但是如果采用常用的不锈钢,则成本大幅度提高,因此对其组分含量进行了改进,使得该耐腐蚀钢在不大量添加昂贵元素的情况下,可以耐该特殊环境的腐蚀,从而大大提升了装置整体耐久度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种清洁无公害厕所***,包括坐便器,坐便器上部的储水装置,与坐便器下水连接的脱水装置,与脱水装置下部连接的堆肥装置,与脱水装置侧部连接的沼气处理装置。
所述脱水装置通过高速旋转将坐便器流入的人类粪便进行固液分离,包括上部设置的风机,带有多孔的圆柱状内筒以及圆柱状外筒,所述圆柱状内筒下部设置有固体物质出口与堆肥装置连接,所述圆柱状外筒下部设置有液体流出管与沼气处理装置连接,所述上部设置的风机用于将坐便器流出的人类粪便进行一定的风干处理。

所述干式厌氧处理装置的温度提升到36℃进行发酵处理后,在55℃的温度下,堆肥16天后形成有机肥。
所述脱水装置的圆柱状内筒和圆柱状外筒均采用耐腐蚀钢,所述耐腐蚀钢的化学成分按重量百分比计为:C:0.08%,Si:0.38%,Mn:0.92%,Nb:0.06%,Ti:0.05%,Ni:0.5%,Al:0.06%,V:0.06%,Cr:0.9%,Mo:0.51%,Cu:0.32%,B:0.002%,Ce:0.03%,P:0.001%,S:0.001%,N:0.0001%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质;其微观结构中回火索氏体+回火马氏体的体积百分比为86%。

所述脱水装置的圆柱状内筒和圆柱状外筒均采用耐腐蚀钢,所述耐腐蚀钢的化学成分按重量百分比计为:C:0.066%,Si:0.388%,Mn:1.1%,Nb:0.03%,Ti:0.056%,Ni:0.3%,Al:0.09%,V:0.06%,Cr:0.6%,Mo:0.58%,Cu:0.3%,B:0.0015%,Ce:0.05%,P:0.002%,S:0.001%,N:0.0001%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质;其微观结构中回火索氏体+回火马氏体的体积百分比为89%。

1.一种清洁无公害厕所***,其特征在于,包括坐便器,坐便器上部的储水装置,与坐便器下水连接的脱水装置,与脱水装置下部连接的堆肥装置,与脱水装置侧部连接的沼气处理装置;
所述脱水装置通过高速旋转将坐便器流入的人类粪便进行固液分离,包括上部设置的风机,带有多孔的圆柱状内筒以及圆柱状外筒,所述圆柱状内筒下部设置有固体物质出口与堆肥装置连接,所述圆柱状外筒下部设置有液体流出管与沼气处理装置连接,所述上部设置的风机用于将坐便器流出的人类粪便进行一定的风干处理;
所述堆肥装置用于处理脱水后固体物质,使其通过干式厌氧处理得到有机肥;包括循环水槽、干式厌氧反应器、接种腔、气水分离器、酸化气储气罐以及堆肥槽;
所述沼气处理装置用于将液体粪便生成沼气和沼渣,包括USR厌氧发酵器,除硫装置、净化装置和沼气储存装置;所述USR厌氧发酵器上部设置有沼气出口,与除硫装置连接,下部设有沼渣出口,与堆肥装置的堆肥槽入口连接,侧部设有液态污水出口,与外置水处理设备连接;
所述堆肥装置中的干式厌氧反应器内上部设置有喷淋装置,下部设置垫层,垫层下部设置出水口,出水口与循环水槽的入口相连接,所述干式厌氧反应器上部设置出气口,出气口与酸化气储气罐的入口相连接;所述酸化气储气罐的出口与沼气处理装置的除硫装置入口相连接;
所述除硫装置中利用硫细菌的生物氧化作用将沼气中的硫化氢氧化为亚硫酸和硫酸,从而从沼气中脱除并储存于除硫装置的储硫罐中;所述净化装置通过过滤的方式将沼气中粒径大于3微米的杂质脱除;
所述干式厌氧处理装置的温度提升到35~38℃进行发酵处理后,在50~60℃的温度下,堆肥12~18天后形成有机肥;
