本发明公开了一种用于免抽气真空收纳袋的氮气发生包,涉及气体发生装置技术领域。这种用于免抽气真空收纳袋的氮气发生包,包括一袋体和装在所述袋体内的装有含亚硝酸根化合物的胶囊与装有含铵的化合物胶囊。本发明通过生成大量气体来挤压出收纳袋内与所收纳的物品内的气体以达到收纳袋的真空状态,从而解决了现有真空收纳袋需要抽真空费时费力及真空状态不能持久的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及气体发生装置技术领域,尤其是一种用于免抽气的真空收纳袋的氮气发生包。
背景技术
目前的真空收纳袋都是通过抽取袋中的气体来达到真空的效果。市面上利用上述原理的真空收纳袋,都是由2层长方形的塑料片叠加,三边密封,另一边作为开口用密封条控制开合,袋体还设置有1个气嘴,并有与气嘴相配合的气嘴塞,气嘴供真空泵或者抽气筒将收纳袋中的空气抽出,再将气嘴塞塞上使收纳袋保持真空状态,以压缩被子、衣物等贮存,既能节省空间,又能防尘防潮防腐蚀。但是这样的收纳袋由于气嘴的结构不理想及气嘴与塑料袋体的安装有缝隙等原因导致容易出现漏气,密封不严,真空状态不能持久维持的问题。同时,需要抽真空也比较麻烦及费时费力。
因此需要发明一种真空收纳袋,不用通过抽取袋中的气体也能达到真空的效果,就能解决抽真空也比较麻烦及费时费力的问题;同时,也不需要在袋体上安装气嘴与气塞,就能解决气嘴与气塞带来的漏气,密封不严,真空状态不能持久维持得问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种免抽气的真空收纳袋的氮气发生包,它可以通过生成大量气体来挤压出收纳袋内与所收纳的物品内的气体以达到真空状态,从而解决现有真空收纳袋需要抽真空费时费力及真空状态不能持久的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种用于免抽气真空收纳袋的氮气发生包,包括一袋体和装在所述袋体内的装有含亚硝酸根化合物的胶囊与装有含铵的化合物胶囊。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述含亚硝酸根化合物是亚硝酸钠,所述含铵的化合物是氯化铵,所述亚硝酸钠与氯化铵的质量份数比为107:138。
进一步的:所述胶囊的胶囊外壳包括具有50~190的布卢姆值的明胶。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明在袋体中加入一定量的水,使得胶囊外壳自行溶解于水中,释放亚硝酸钠与氯化铵溶解于水中形成饱和溶液,即可发生反应NH4Cl+NaNO2===NaCl+2H2O+N2↑,通过生成大量的气体将收纳袋内空气挤压出去,达到收纳层的真空状态,从而解决了现有真空收纳袋采取通过抽取袋内空气的方式才能得到真空效果,所带来的真空状态不能持久维持及需要用真空泵或者抽气筒手动抽真空费时费力的问题。
2、本发明中胶囊壳包括具有50~190的布卢姆值的明胶,既能保证胶囊壳在60秒内溶解于水中,又能保证凝胶强度足够保持胶囊壳内的化合物,从而保证了亚硝酸钠与氯化铵储存过程中***露、不变质的安全性。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一:
本发明的免抽气真空收纳袋的氮气发生包,包括1个用凹凸密封条封口的密封包袋体,1颗装有35.3克亚硝酸钠的胶囊和1颗装有46克氯化铵的胶囊。胶囊壳的制作成分包括具有50~190的布卢姆值的明胶、多元醇和水,其中所述明胶的量为所述胶囊壳质量的30~60%,所述多元醇的量为所述胶囊壳质量的5~50%。两颗胶囊都装在密封袋袋体内。
使用上述氮气发生包的真空收纳袋包括三边密封,第四边设有用于袋口开合的密封条的塑料袋体,袋体内部由褶皱波浪结构的塑料膜分隔为收纳层和气体发生层,收纳层连通袋体袋口,气体发生层为密封层并在袋体一面上设有四边形的开口部,在袋体外面开口部的边缘设有可重复粘贴的粘贴部,粘贴部宽1~2cm,有盖体通过粘贴部贴合在袋体上从而覆盖所述开口部。
收纳衣物、被褥等物品时,将衣物、被褥等从收纳袋袋口处放入收纳层,闭合大部分收纳袋袋口的密封条。接着往氮气发生包的袋体内加入100克40℃的水,密封好该袋体,并通过收纳袋的开口部放入收纳袋的气体发生层内。在60秒内使得胶囊外壳自行溶解于水中,释放亚硝酸钠与氯化铵溶解于水中形成饱和溶液,即可发生反应NH4Cl+NaNO2===NaCl+2H2O+N2↑,通过气体发生层生成大量气体形成对收纳层的挤压,达到收纳层的真空状态;当收纳层达到真空状态时,将收纳袋袋口的密封条完全闭合,撕开盖体,打开气体发生层内的开口部将充满气体的氮气发生包取出使得气体发生层从充涨状态达到干瘪状态,从而可以节省了贮藏空间。最后把氮气发生包内的溶液倒出洗净即可。
实施例二:
亚硝酸钠胶囊内部装有29克亚硝酸钠,氯化铵胶囊内部装有37.5克氯化铵,使用时往氮气发生包的袋体内加入100克20℃的水,其余特征与实施例一相同。

1.一种用于免抽气真空收纳袋的氮气发生包,其特征在于:包括一袋体和装在所述袋体内的装有含亚硝酸根化合物的胶囊与装有含铵的化合物胶囊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于免抽气真空收纳袋的氮气发生包,其特征在于:所述含亚硝酸根化合物是亚硝酸钠,所述含铵的化合物是氯化铵,所述亚硝酸钠与氯化铵的质量份数比为107:138。
3.根据根据权利要求1或者2所述的用于免抽气真空收纳袋的氮气发生包,其特征在于:所述胶囊的胶囊外壳包括具有50~190的布卢姆值的明胶。
