Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸及其制作工艺。包括铝箔层、复合胶层和原纸层,所述原纸层上覆盖有第一基层、条形带和第二基层;所述原纸层与第一基层通过压制固定;所述条形带并排夹在第一基层和第二基层之间,通过压制固定。本发明通过多层纸张压制成型的衬纸,再与铝箔层复合,多层压制成型的衬纸具有较高的结构强度,耐水,耐腐蚀性好,可重复多次使用;该多层纸张压制成型的衬纸,采用对纸张的防伪技术,通过在衬纸的层中夹装条形带进行防伪标示,该多层纸通过压制机压制为一体,并且对纸张进行花纹压制,具有双重防伪效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于铝箔纸技术领域,特别是涉及一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸及其制作工艺。
背景技术
镭射彩虹材料烟包印刷技术是将激光全息技术、计算机光刻技术等多项技术相结合,使烟包外观具有色彩绚丽、图像逼真、信息含量高等特点。激光防伪喷铝纸(俗称镭射纸)是将激光全息图案或文字信息通过模压的方式加载到喷铝纸表面而制成的,激光防伪喷铝纸其实可归于酒标纸、烟卡纸或包装纸的范畴,这里单独提出来,是因为它顺应防伪包装的大趋势,具有良好的市场前景。激光防伪喷铝转移纸的激光亮度比普通激光透明膜的亮度高几倍,且激光图案不易擦掉,既防伪,又为产品增色不少。
但是该种防伪技术使用成本较高,工艺要求高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸及其制作工艺,通过对纸层的防伪处理,代替铝箔的防伪,解决了现有的铝箔纸防伪工艺复杂,制造成本高的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸及其制作工艺,包括铝箔层、复合胶层和原纸层,所述原纸层上覆盖有第一基层、条形带和第二基层;所述原纸层与第一基层通过压制固定;所述条形带并排夹在第一基层和第二基层之间,通过压制固定。
进一步地,所述第一基层和第二基层为纤维纸,厚度在0.1mm-0.5mm。
进一步地,所述条形带为宽度在0.5mm-5mm的铝箔带。
一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸的制作工艺,该铝箔纸包括铝箔层、复合胶层和原纸层,所述原纸层上覆盖有第一基层、条形带和第二基层,通过如下步骤实现:
步骤一,通过压制机将第一基层和第二基层,以及夹在二者之间的条形带压为一体,压力在50MPa-100MPa之间;
步骤二,将压制好的第一基层、条形带和第二基层的纸层与原纸层一表面复合,通过压制机压为一体,压力在60MPa-80MPa之间;
步骤三,原纸层另一表面涂布有复合胶层,与铝箔层复合成型。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸及其制作工艺,通过多层纸张压制成型的衬纸,再与铝箔层复合,多层压制成型的衬纸具有较高的结构强度,耐水,耐腐蚀性好,可重复多次使用。
2、本发明的一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸及其制作工艺,该多层纸张压制成型的衬纸,采用对纸张的防伪技术,通过在衬纸的层中夹装条形带进行防伪标示,该多层纸通过压制机压制为一体,并且对纸张进行花纹压制,具有双重防伪。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1所示,本发明为一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸及其制作工艺,包括铝箔层1、复合胶层2和原纸层3,原纸层3上覆盖有第一基层301、条形带302和第二基层302;原纸层3与第一基层301通过压制固定;条形带302并排夹在第一基层301和第二基层302之间,通过压制固定。
其中,第一基层301和第二基层302为纤维纸,厚度在0.1mm-0.5mm,在该厚度范围内,所压制成型后的纸层呈现半透明。
其中,条形带302为宽度在3.5mm的铝箔带,通过该条形带302用于该纸层的防伪标示。
一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸的制作工艺,该铝箔纸包括铝箔层1、复合胶层2和原纸层3,原纸层3上覆盖有第一基层301、条形带302和第二基层302,通过如下步骤实现:
步骤一,通过压制机将第一基层301和第二基层302,以及夹在二者之间的条形带302压为一体,压力在50MPa-100MPa之间;
步骤二,将压制好的第一基层301、条形带302和第二基层302的纸层与原纸层3一表面复合,通过压制机压为一体,压力在60MPa-80MPa之间;在压制复合之前,预先将原纸层3通过凹凸压制机将原纸层3压制成带有纹路的表面。
步骤三,原纸层3另一表面涂布有复合胶层2,与铝箔层1复合成型。

1.一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸,包括铝箔层(1)、复合胶层(2)和原纸层(3),其特征在于,所述原纸层(3)上覆盖有第一基层(301)、条形带(302)和第二基层(303);所述原纸层(3)与第一基层(301)通过压制固定;所述条形带(302)并排夹在第一基层(301)和第二基层(303)之间,通过压制固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸,其特征在于,所述第一基层(301)和第二基层(303)为纤维纸,厚度在0.1mm-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸,其特征在于,所述条形带(302)为宽度在0.5mm-5mm的铝箔带。
4.一种多层压印防伪铝箔纸的制作工艺,该铝箔纸包括铝箔层(1)、复合胶层(2)和原纸层(3),所述原纸层(3)上覆盖有第一基层(301)、条形带(302)和第二基层(303),其特征在于,通过如下步骤实现:
步骤一,通过压制机将第一基层(301)和第二基层(303),以及夹在二者之间的条形带(302)压为一体,压力在50MPa-100MPa之间;
步骤二,将压制好的第一基层(301)、条形带(302)和第二基层(303)的纸层与原纸层(3)一表面复合,通过压制机压为一体,压力在60MPa-80MPa之间;
步骤三,原纸层(3)另一表面涂布有复合胶层(2),与铝箔层(1)复合成型。
