一种椎板咬骨钳,包括有钳体组件,钳杆,手柄组件;所述钳杆组件包括有钳身,所述钳身两侧前部成型有定位板;所述钳身与两个定位板之间形成有滑动槽;所述滑动槽下侧前端成型有滑动板;所述的滑动板前端成型有咬骨板;所述的钳身成型有第一手柄;所述钳身成型有转动支撑柱;所述转动支撑柱内成型有第一磁铁;所述滑动槽滑动连接有钳杆;所述钳杆后端成型有滑动头;所述手柄组件依次一体连接手柄体与第二手柄;所述手柄体成型有限位槽;所述手柄体顶端成型有第四磁铁;所述手柄体成型有U形转动槽;所述手柄体背面成型有第三磁铁;所述第一手柄成型有第二磁铁;所述的钳体组件,钳杆,手柄组件分别采用不锈钢一次成型。

一种椎板咬骨钳
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种椎板咬骨钳。
背景技术
椎板咬骨钳是脊柱外科最常用的、非常重要的手术器械,现有的咬骨钳都是由两个半体通过螺钉一类的连接件固定在一起,在清洗咬骨钳时螺钉孔位置以及两个半体连接处容易存在难以清洗干净的死角,不利于将咬骨钳完全清洗干净。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种椎板咬骨钳:包括有钳体组件,钳杆,手柄组件。
所述的钳杆组件包括有钝角形状的钳身,所述的钳身前部一侧的上下端成型有两个对称的定位板;所述钳身与两个定位板之间形成有滑动槽,所述滑动槽的两个侧壁为对称的内凹圆弧面,且滑动槽的槽口位置呈外窄内宽的缩口形状;所述的滑动槽下侧前端成型有宽度渐小的滑动板;所述的滑动板前端成型有与所述滑动板垂直的咬骨板;所述的钳身远离定位板的位置成型有第一手柄;所述的钳身在转角位置成型有转动支撑柱;所述的转动支撑柱内成型有固定手柄组件的第一磁铁;所述的滑动槽滑动连接有钳杆;所述的钳杆长度大于定位板的长度;所述钳杆的前端为活动咬骨板,所述的钳杆后端成型有滑动头。
所述的手柄组件依次一体连接的手柄体与第二手柄;所述的手柄体与滑动头对应的位置成型有限位槽;所述的手柄体顶端成型有用以吸紧所述滑动头的第四磁铁;所述的手柄体与转动支撑柱对应的位置成型有与转动支撑柱配合的U形转动槽;所述的手柄体在转动槽的背面成型有第三磁铁;所述的第一手柄与第三磁铁对应的位置成型有与第三磁铁相斥的第二磁铁;所述的钳体组件,钳杆,手柄组件分别采用不锈钢一次成型。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:
具体使用时,手术者将滑动板置于将要咬骨的椎板下,用手力捏合第一、第二手柄,钳杆在滑动槽的推动下向前移动,此时位于咬骨板与钳杆中间的椎板在压力作用下咬断,完成一次咬骨操作;松开手的握紧施压后,由于第二磁铁与第五磁铁相斥,第一手柄与第二手柄可自动弹开,钳杆也由于滑动头与第四磁铁相吸,所述钳体组件、钳杆以及手柄组件均可拆卸;通过这种设计,使本发明方便安装与清洗消毒;所述的钳体组件、钳杆以及手柄组件分别采用不锈钢一次成型。

下面根据附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
根据图1至图6所示,本实施例为一种椎板咬骨钳:包括有钳体组件1,钳杆2,手柄组件3。
所述的钳杆组件包括有钝角形状的钳身11,所述的钳身前部一侧的上下端成型有两个对称的定位板12;所述钳身与两个定位板之间形成有滑动槽121,所述滑动槽的两个侧壁为对称的内凹圆弧面,且滑动槽的槽口位置呈外窄内宽的缩口形状;所述的滑动槽下侧前端成型有宽度渐小的滑动板13;所述的滑动板前端成型有与所述滑动板垂直的咬骨板14;所述的钳身远离定位板的位置成型有第一手柄15;所述的钳身在转角位置成型有转动支撑柱16;所述的转动支撑柱内成型有固定手柄组件的第一磁铁161。
所述的滑动槽滑动连接有钳杆2;所述的钳杆长度大于定位板的长度;所述钳杆的前端为活动咬骨板,所述的钳杆后端成型有滑动头21。
所述的手柄组件依次一体连接的手柄体31与第二手柄32;所述的手柄体与滑动头对应的位置成型有限位槽34;所述的手柄体顶端成型有用以吸紧所述滑动头的第四磁铁36;所述的手柄体与转动支撑柱对应的位置成型有与转动支撑柱配合的U形转动槽33;所述的手柄体在转动槽的背面成型有第三磁铁35;所述的第一手柄与第三磁铁对应的位置成型有与第三磁铁相斥的第二磁铁17;所述的钳体组件,钳杆,手柄组件分别采用不锈钢一次成型。
具体使用时,手术者将滑动板置于将要咬骨的椎板下,用手力捏合第一、第二手柄,钳杆在滑动槽的推动下向前移动,此时位于咬骨板与钳杆中间的椎板在压力作用下咬断,完成一次咬骨操作;松开手的握紧施压后,由于第二磁铁与第五磁铁相斥,第一手柄与第二手柄可自动弹开,钳杆也由于滑动头与第四磁铁相吸,所述钳体组件、钳杆以及手柄组件均可拆卸;通过这种设计,使本发明方便安装与清洗消毒;所述的钳体组件、钳杆以及手柄组件分别采用不锈钢一次成型。

所述的钳杆组件包括有钝角形状的钳身,所述的钳身前部一侧的上下端成型有两个对称的定位板;所述钳身与两个定位板之间形成有滑动槽,所述滑动槽的两个侧壁为对称的内凹圆弧面,且滑动槽的槽口位置呈外窄内宽的缩口形状;
