a pulverizer component and a filtering device are arranged in the upper pulverizing and brewing cavity, and a lower leakage-proof cavity is arranged at the lower part of the upper pulverizing and brewing cavity;
the upper crushing brewing cavity is a cavity for crushing food and brewing food and is used for crushing main part or most of food, dissolving the food in liquid and guiding the liquid out of the crushing brewing cavity;
the lower leakage-proof cavity prevents liquid from leaking into the main body when the upper crushing brewing cavity dissolves food, and at least one part of liquid is guided to the outer container or the outer part of the main body by the lower leakage-proof cavity;

the water outlet hole is arranged below the lower layer piece, the water inlet is arranged on one side or below the lower layer piece, and the water inlet is communicated with the water outlet on the large body;
an inner and outer telescopic buckling position lock is arranged between the upper layer piece and the lower layer piece and is driven by a manual control;

The upper crushing brewing cavity is provided with a water valve which is arranged above the cup body, liquid flows in along the opening of the cup body when the water valve is driven by the cup body, the bottom or the inside of the large body of the cup body is provided with a heater which is communicated with the water tank, the upper cover hot water spray head and the water inlet.
According to the invention, the upper crushing brewing cavity is additionally arranged, the crushing cutter component is arranged in the upper crushing brewing cavity, the motor drives the crushing cutter blade on the cutter shaft to rotate, coffee bean food on the upper crushing brewing cavity is ground, then water in the water tank enters the brewing cavity through the hot water nozzle after being heated by the heater (on the figure, cold water entering the heater can not be seen), and coffee powder is fully brewed; delicious coffee can be drunk only by opening the water outlet, so that the coffee machine can use coffee beans or coffee powder to brew coffee at the same time, the use requirements of different users are met, and only one set of driving assembly is needed for grinding the coffee beans and stirring the coffee, so that the cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the device has the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure, low cost, small occupied space and strong universality, thereby enlarging the application range of products.

Referring to fig. 1-8, the leak-proof bean grinding coffee pot of the sliding plate valve comprises an upper grinding and brewing cavity 12, a lower leak-proof cavity 8.6, a motor and a grinder assembly, wherein the lower leak-proof cavity 8.6 is arranged below the upper grinding and brewing cavity 12;
a pulverizer component and a filtering device are arranged in the upper pulverizing and brewing cavity 12, and a lower leakage-proof cavity 8.6 is arranged at the lower part of the upper pulverizing and brewing cavity 12;
the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12 is a cavity for crushing food and brewing food and is used for crushing a main part or most of food, dissolving the food in liquid and guiding the liquid out of the crushing and brewing cavity;

The coffee pot filtering device comprises a water tank 2 and a heater 3 which are arranged in a large body 4, wherein the water tank 2 is connected with the heater 3. The coffee machine is provided with a crushing container movably connected with the coffee machine on the large body, and the coffee machine aims at: the coffee machine can use coffee beans or coffee powder to brew coffee, so that the application range of the product is expanded, and the use requirements of different users are met. The coffee machine is provided with a driving component corresponding to the crushing container on the large body, and a motor 5 of the driving component is in transmission connection with the upper crushing brewing cavity. The heater 3 and the motor 5 are fixedly arranged on the large body 4 and are electrically connected with the control component on the large body 4.
The upper crushing brewing cavity 12 comprises a collecting cavity or a collecting nozzle 12.1, a water valve 18, a filter screen barrier 13, an upper cover 1, an annular dissolving chamber 12.2 and a crushing cutter component, and the upper crushing brewing cavity 12 is provided with a water inlet 17 and a water outlet 16 which are communicated with each other. The upper crushing and brewing cavity 12 is provided with an assembly hole corresponding to the cutter shaft 7, the shaft sleeve 9 is lower than a water inlet of the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12, one end of the cutter shaft 7 penetrates through the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12, the shaft sleeve 9 and a sliding plate valve 10 are arranged at the connection part of the end and the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12, a crushing cutter component is hermetically connected with the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12, the sliding plate valve 10 is a sealing ring, the upper cover 1 closes the upper opening of the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12, the crushing cutter component and the filter screen barrier 13 are fixed or connected at the bottom in the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12, an annular dissolving chamber 12.2 is arranged in the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12, the height of the annular dissolving chamber 12.2 is approximately the same as that of the crushing cutter 11 or is higher than that of the crushing cutter 11, and the annular dissolving chamber 12.2 is provided with an annular opening, and the upward filter screen; when the filter screen barrier 13 is annularly arranged, the filter screen barrier 13 consists of a filter screen upper cover 13.3 and an annular filter screen, the lower part of the annular filter screen is tightly connected with the dissolving chamber 12.2, the upper part of the annular filter screen is connected with the filter screen upper cover 13.3 or the upper cover 1, a water inlet 17 on the filter screen upper cover 13.3 or the upper cover 1 enters the inner side of the filter screen barrier 13 or below the filter screen upper cover 13.3, the upper cover 1 is connected and covered with the upper crushing brewing cavity 12, or the upper cover 1 is connected and fixed with the outer cover 1.1 and then connected and covered with the upper crushing brewing cavity 12, and the water inlet 17 is arranged at the upper part or the lower part of the upper crushing; or the water inlet 17 is positioned in the middle or one side of the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12, and when the filter screen barrier 13 is arranged on one side of the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12, the bottom of the filter screen barrier 13 is provided with a barrier which is approximately the same as the crushing knife 11 in height or is higher than the crushing knife 11; or when the filter screen barrier 13 is arranged on one side of the upper crushing brewing cavity 12, a second filter screen 13.1 is arranged in the collection cavity or the collection nozzle 12.1 when the filter screen is arranged at the bottom of the filter screen barrier 13, the water valve 18 is arranged at the lower part of the front section of the collection cavity or the collection nozzle 12.1, the upper part of the cup body 4.1 drives the water valve 18 to be switched, so that liquid flows into the cup body 4.1, the heater 3 is arranged at the bottom of the cup body 4.1 to heat and preserve heat at the bottom of the cup body 4.1, hot water generated by the heater 3 flows into the upper crushing brewing cavity 12 through the water inlet 17 to brew and dissolve food coffee in the upper crushing brewing cavity 12, and the dissolved liquid flows out of the filter screen barrier 13 to enter the channel 13.
The upper cover 1 and the water inlet 17 are positioned above the upper crushing brewing cavity 12 to form a relatively sealed cavity, the heater 3 is provided with a hot water spray head 14 corresponding to the water inlet of the upper crushing brewing cavity 12, and the hot water spray head 14 is positioned above the water inlet and is communicated with the water inlet. The collecting cavity or mouth 12.1 of the large body 4 corresponding to the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12 is provided with an opening position or a concave part which is related to the collecting cavity or mouth, and the opening position or the concave part is positioned at the side of the large body 4. the tail end of the water inlet 17 on the upper cover 1 is lower than or equal to the height of the lower surface of the upper cover 1 or higher than the lower surface of the upper cover 1; or, the tail end of the water outlet hole 16 on the upper cover 1 is lower than or equal to the height of the lower surface of the upper cover 1 or higher than the lower surface of the upper cover 1;
an upper crushing and brewing cavity 12 cover is arranged on a water outlet 21 on the upper cover 1, and the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12 cover and the upper crushing and brewing cavity 12 main body are arranged in a sealing way;
the tail end of a water inlet 17 on the upper cover 1 is arranged on a sealed cavity which is covered on the upper crushing brewing cavity 12 and is opposite to the main body of the upper crushing brewing cavity 12;
the upper crushing brewing cavity 12 is covered with an exhaust hole 27, the exhaust hole 27 is communicated with the outside, and the steam outside the upper crushing brewing cavity 12 relative to the sealed cavity is discharged;
the exhaust hole 27 is a filter screen, and the exhaust filter screen is communicated with the outside through a through hole of the upper cover 1 to exhaust or isolate the dust of the ground coffee beans in the upper grinding and brewing cavity 12 from leaking;
when the upper cover 1 is opened, the upper crushing brewing cavity cover 19 or the upper cover 1 is released from the relative sealing with the upper crushing brewing cavity 12 or the upper opening of the brewing cavity;

the upper layer part 1.1 is provided with an exhaust hole 27, and the bottom of the lower layer part is provided with a water inlet 17 and a water outlet 16;
the water outlet hole 16 is arranged below the lower layer piece, the water inlet 17 is arranged on one side or below the lower layer piece, and the water inlet 17 is communicated with the water outlet 21 on the large body 4;

Claims (28)

1. The leak-proof method of the leak-proof bean grinding coffeepot of the sliding plate valve comprises an upper grinding brewing cavity, a lower leak-proof cavity, a motor and a grinder component, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the upper end of the motor shaft passes through a transmission hole of the lower leakage-proof cavity and is in sleeve joint or butt joint connection with a grinder assembly on the upper grinding and brewing cavity for rotation; the upper slide plate valve of the transmission hole of the lower leakage-proof cavity is driven to leave the upper part of the transmission hole by the motor shaft or the big body, and the slide plate valve is lifted by the motor shaft or the upper end of the big body to push the slide plate valve to shift or deform to be separated from the transmission hole of the upper crushing brewing cavity; the motor shaft moves relative to the transmission hole of the lower leakage-proof cavity from bottom to top, the motor shaft is connected with the transmission hole of the lower leakage-proof cavity in a separating type sleeve mode, when the top end of the motor shaft enters the transmission hole, the sliding plate valve is pushed to turn to one side of the transmission hole to move away from the upper portion of the transmission hole or away from the lower portion of the shaft hole, and the top end of the motor shaft enters the transmission hole; the lower leakage-proof cavity prevents liquid from leaking into the main body when the upper crushing brewing cavity dissolves food, and at least one part of liquid is guided to the outer container or the outer part of the main body by the lower leakage-proof cavity; and
the grinder assembly is used for providing grinding of ground coffee beans for the upper grinding and brewing cavity, and the motor shaft rotates in the transmission hole of the lower leakage-proof cavity to drive the grinder to grind the coffee beans in the upper grinding and brewing cavity; the water inlet is arranged at the upper part of the upper crushing brewing cavity; the coffee powder brewing device is used for brewing coffee powder, and the upper pulverizing brewing cavity is filled with water for brewing and heating to dissolve and exude the coffee powder; the dissolved coffee liquid flows out of the large body to an external container through a water outlet; the filter screen sectionally isolates the coffee grounds from the liquid, the upper crushing brewing cavity is taken out from bottom to top, the motor shaft exits from the transmission hole, and the sliding plate valve closes the transmission hole.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the lower leakage-proof chamber is disposed below the upper pulverizing brewing chamber, and the upper pulverizing brewing chamber, the lower leakage-proof chamber, the pulverizer assembly, the motor, and the sliding plate valve are combined.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the upper size reduction brewing chamber is open upward; the motor shaft is vertically or obliquely arranged, and the bottom of the upper crushing and brewing cavity is in sleeve joint or butt joint transmission with the motor shaft in a relative motion way.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the grinder assembly is rotatably coupled to the motor shaft in a sleeved or abutting manner, and the grinder assembly is spaced apart from or separated from the shaft hole of the grinding and brewing chamber.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving portion of the large body is provided as a projection, and the upper end of the projection is provided with an inclined surface or a cambered surface or a plane surface to push the sliding plate valve to displace or rotate to be separated from the transmission hole.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the shredder assembly is a shredder assembly, and the driving teeth or ribs on the upper end of the motor shaft are in sleeved driving engagement with the driving member on the lower portion of the shredder assembly;
the transmission part is provided with a transmission part shaft hole, and the upper end or the lower end of the inner wall of the transmission part shaft hole is provided with transmission teeth.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the upper crushing and brewing chamber is connected with the large body, the transmission teeth or ribs on the upper end of the motor shaft of the motor are inserted into the transmission holes of the lower leakage-proof chamber from bottom to top.
8. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the slide valve is lifted by the upper end of the motor shaft to be pushed to displace or deform and is separated from the transmission hole of the upper crushing and brewing cavity;
or the upper end of the motor shaft rises to push the slide valve to deform or open, so that a transmission hole is formed;
or when the big body is combined with the upper crushing and brewing cavity body, the driving part of the big body pushes the sliding plate valve on the upper crushing and brewing cavity body to be separated from the transmission hole on the upper crushing and brewing cavity body.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein a shredder assembly and a filter are disposed in the upper shredding brewing chamber, and a lower leak-proof chamber is disposed in a lower portion of the upper shredding brewing chamber;
the upper crushing and brewing cavity is a cavity for crushing food and brewing food and is used for crushing main part or most of food, dissolving the food in liquid and guiding the liquid out of the crushing and brewing cavity.
10. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower part of the main body of the upper pulverizing and brewing chamber is provided with a transmission hole and a slide valve;
the sliding plate valve is arranged above or below or on one side of the transmission hole, or the sliding plate valve and the transmission hole are integrally arranged.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein the laminate member of the upper grinding and brewing chamber is fixedly connected to the upper grinding and brewing chamber by a snap or screw or glue or ultrasonic welding.
12. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein a flow guide port is provided at one side of the lower leakage-proof chamber, and the flow guide port is connected with the collection chamber or the outer chamber of the filter screen or the water outlet.
13. The method as claimed in claim 12, wherein the diversion opening is provided between the upper pulverizing brewing chamber and the lower leakage-proof chamber interlayer, or the diversion opening is provided at the bottom of the lower leakage-proof chamber.
14. The method of claim 12, wherein the diversion opening at least partially diverts liquid leaking from the axial bore of the upper grinding and brewing chamber, or liquid returning from the diversion opening, or liquid leaking from the interlayer between the upper grinding and brewing chamber and the lower leakage-proof chamber out of the lower leakage-proof chamber.
15. The method of claim 1 wherein said lower leak-proof chamber is a relatively sealed chamber;
the lower leakage-proof cavity and the upper crushing brewing cavity are integrally or separately arranged;
the lower leakage-proof cavity is formed by combining a laminated plate and the inner wall of the upper crushing brewing cavity;
or the lower leakage-proof cavity is formed by combining the laminated plate and the inner wall of the lower part of the upper crushing brewing cavity;
the crushing and brewing cavity consists of an upper crushing and brewing cavity and a lower leakage-proof cavity.
16. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the motor shaft and the transmission hole move relatively to each other to exit the transmission hole from top to bottom, and the slide valve automatically resets or automatically deforms to reset to close the upper or lower opening of the transmission hole.
17. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the upper pulverizing and brewing chamber is separated from the body, the driving part of the motor shaft or the main body is separated from the slide valve, and the slide valve is automatically covered on one side of the upper and lower openings of the transmission hole.
18. The method of claim 5, wherein the slide valve is pushed to one side or above or below the drive hole or the motor shaft by the drive portion of the motor shaft or the body.
19. The method of claim 1, wherein the motor is fixedly attached to the body; the thickness of the transmission part of the transmission teeth or ribs at the upper end of the motor shaft of the motor is smaller than the outer diameter of the motor shaft;
or the thickness of the transmission part of the motor shaft transmission gear or rib of the motor is consistent with the outer diameter of the motor shaft;
or the width of the transmission part of the motor shaft transmission gear or rib of the motor is partially larger than the outer diameter of the motor shaft.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the crushing knife and the transmission member of the crusher assembly are respectively disposed at two ends of an axial hole of the upper crushing and brewing chamber, a rotating shaft of the crushing knife assembly device is disposed inside the axial hole, two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively fixedly connected with the crushing knife and the transmission member, and the crusher assembly crosses two ends of the axial hole of the upper crushing and brewing chamber and is movably connected with the axial hole of the upper crushing and brewing chamber in a floating manner without falling off; the lower part of the lower leakage-proof cavity is provided with a transmission hole, and the transmission hole and the shaft hole are arranged on the vertical axis.
21. The method of claim 1, wherein the slide valve is configured for lateral sliding or lateral rotation.
22. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the slide valve is slidably disposed, at least one end or both sides of the slide valve are limited on the inner wall or the outer wall of the upper pulverizing and brewing chamber, and the slide valve is laterally slid along the limit on the inner wall or the outer wall of the upper pulverizing and brewing chamber.
23. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer end of the slide valve is disposed at one side of the driving hole, the inner end of the slide valve is covered above or below the driving hole, and the outer end or the inner end of the slide valve is provided with the elastic member.
24. The method of claim 23, wherein the elastic member drives the inner end of the slide valve to cover above or below the transmission hole;
or the outer end of the sliding plate valve is arranged on one side of the transmission hole, the inner end of the sliding plate valve covers the upper part or the lower part of the transmission hole, and the outer end of the sliding plate valve is provided with a rotating position which is rotatably connected with the upper crushing brewing cavity.
25. The method of claim 24, wherein the rotational station includes a pair of shafts that mate with the bores.
26. The method of claim 1, wherein the top end of the motor shaft pushes the slide valve to move away from the upper side of the transmission hole or away from the lower side of the shaft hole when the slide valve is rotated to the side of the transmission hole, and the top end of the motor shaft enters the transmission hole.
27. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the slide valve is pressed by the upper end of the motor shaft to move outward and separate from the driving hole, and the upper end of the motor shaft exits the driving hole while the slide valve is moved from the outside of the driving hole to the upside of the driving hole in a transverse direction until the driving hole is closed;
or the convex block at the top end of the driving part of the big body is mutually obliquely connected with a rotating shaft of a sliding plate valve cover plate on the inner wall or the outer wall of the upper crushing brewing cavity, the sliding plate valve is pushed to turn to one side of the transmission hole, and the sliding plate valve leaves above the transmission hole or below the shaft hole.
28. The method according to claim 1, wherein the slide valve is pressed by the upper end of the driving part of the large body to turn to one side to be separated from the transmission hole;
the driving part of the big body is separated from a sliding plate valve on the inner wall or the outer wall of the upper crushing brewing cavity, and the sliding plate valve is turned to the position above the transmission hole from the outer side of the transmission hole until the transmission hole is closed; the lower leakage-proof cavity is arranged between the large body and the upper cover;
the water outlet hole is communicated with the lower leakage-proof cavity.
