本发明公开了一种卡片发放机构，在卡箱(1)上设有一个搓卡胶辊(5)和一个与搓卡胶辊(5)配合传动的搓卡从动轮(4)，搓卡胶辊(5)的一端设有搓卡胶辊齿轮(6)，在卡箱(1)上设有一个凸轮槽齿轮(8)，在卡箱(1)上还设有一个转动曲柄(2)，转动曲柄(2)的一端设置在凸轮槽齿轮(8)的封闭凸轮槽内，转动曲柄(2)上设有一个滑动卡勾(3)，滑动卡勾(3)的勾卡方向对正搓卡胶辊(5)与搓卡从动轮(4)的搓合处，在卡箱(1)上设有一个电机，电机的输出轴与凸轮槽齿轮(8)的齿轮啮合传动，凸轮槽齿轮(8)的齿轮与搓卡胶辊齿轮(6)啮合传动。本发明是一种能保障发卡成功且结构简单、安全可靠、维护方便、体积小的卡片发放机构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卡片发放机构。
背景技术
随着技术的进步，包括中国在内的世界各地都广泛地使用诸如Ukey、电子动态密码口令卡等认证介质进行交易合法性认证，但是现在认证介质申请办理需要借助人工的手段进行发放，目前还没有一款能够自动发放认证介质的装置，制约了业务的便捷性。为了进一步提高业务的效率，提升用户的便捷性，有必要运用认证介质自动发放装置进行自动发放。认证介质包括但不限于网银KEY，电子密码器等，统一称呼为网银KEY。
目前，市面上的卡片发放机构多为单纯钩卡或搓卡，会有脱钩或搓不动的风险，发卡成功率低且机构复杂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能保障发卡成功且结构简单的卡片发放机构。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的卡片发放机构，包括卡箱，在所述的卡箱上设有一个搓卡胶辊和一个与所述的搓卡胶辊配合传动的搓卡从动轮，所述的搓卡胶辊的一端设有搓卡胶辊齿轮，在所述的卡箱上设有一个凸轮槽齿轮，在所述的卡箱上还设有一个转动曲柄，所述的转动曲柄的一端设置在所述的凸轮槽齿轮的封闭凸轮槽内，所述的转动曲柄上设有一个滑动卡勾，所述的滑动卡勾的勾卡方向对正所述的搓卡胶辊与所述的搓卡从动轮的搓合处，在所述的卡箱上设有一个电机，所述的电机的输出轴与所述的凸轮槽齿轮的齿轮啮合传动，所述的凸轮槽齿轮的齿轮与所述的搓卡胶辊齿轮啮合传动。
优选地，所述的电机为PM电机。
采用上述技术方案的卡片发放机构，包括动力传动部分、钩卡机构部分及同步搓卡机构3个部分；动力传动部分包括电机、凸轮槽齿轮、转动曲柄以及搓卡胶轮，电机通过齿轮啮合传递动力给凸轮槽齿轮，而凸轮槽齿轮分别通过封闭凸轮槽及齿轮啮合将动力传递给转动曲柄及搓卡胶轮齿轮；凸轮槽齿轮与转动曲柄通过形封闭来实现其精准的运动轨迹；勾卡机构部分包括滑动卡勾、卡箱及转动曲柄，通过凸轮槽齿轮传递过来的动力驱动转动曲柄转动，由于卡箱与凸轮槽齿轮双限制，转动曲柄能转动指定度数，而滑动卡勾在卡箱的结构约束下通过转动曲柄的拖动实现其勾卡动作；而同步搓卡机构包括搓卡胶轮、搓卡从动轮及卡箱，通过搓卡胶轮齿轮传递过来的动力驱动搓卡胶轮转动，其搓卡与钩卡为同步操作，通过凸轮槽齿轮可以实现勾卡机构部分动力分离，当卡勾到位后，搓卡轮可以继续搓卡，从而可以减少电机的使用，实现卡片平稳发放。当PM电机反转后，带动凸轮槽齿轮，从而联动勾卡机构，通过余量设计，让其回到复位位置。凸轮槽实现了换向输出动力，本发明结构简单、安全可靠，维护方便，体积小。
综上所述，本发明是一种能保障发卡成功且结构简单、安全可靠、维护方便、体积小的卡片发放机构。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，进一步详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参见图1和图2，在卡箱1上设有一个搓卡胶辊5和一个与搓卡胶辊5配合传动的搓卡从动轮4，搓卡胶辊5的一端设有搓卡胶辊齿轮6，在卡箱1上设有一个凸轮槽齿轮8，在卡箱1上还设有一个转动曲柄2，转动曲柄2的一端设置在凸轮槽齿轮8的封闭凸轮槽内，转动曲柄2上设有一个滑动卡勾3，滑动卡勾3的勾卡方向对正搓卡胶辊5与搓卡从动轮4的搓合处，在卡箱1上设有一个PM电机7，PM电机7的输出轴与凸轮槽齿轮8的齿轮啮合传动，凸轮槽齿轮8的齿轮与搓卡胶辊齿轮6啮合传动。
参见图1、图2和图3，由PM电机7带动凸轮槽齿轮8转动，从而带动搓卡胶辊齿轮6及转动曲柄2运动，而转动曲柄2带动滑动卡勾3钩卡，同时搓卡胶辊齿轮6带动搓卡胶辊5转动，从而实现卡片的顺利发放。
整个机构设备由卡箱1固定在整机框架上。
遵循的原则是当需要发放卡片时PM电机7转动，通过动力传动后滑动卡勾3与搓卡胶辊5同时运动，滑动卡勾3上抬同时向前钩卡，钩卡到位后PM电机7继续转动，搓卡胶辊5也继续转动，滑动卡勾3因凸轮槽齿轮8的封闭凸轮槽位置变化，滑动卡勾3位置保持不变，卡片被钩入搓卡胶辊5后通过和搓卡从动轮4配合搓卡实现卡片的发放。当卡片发放完毕后PM电机7反向转动，滑动卡勾3复位。

1.一种卡片发放机构，包括卡箱(1)，其特征是：在所述的卡箱(1)上设有一个搓卡胶辊(5)和一个与所述的搓卡胶辊(5)配合传动的搓卡从动轮(4)，所述的搓卡胶辊(5)的一端设有搓卡胶辊齿轮(6)，在所述的卡箱(1)上设有一个凸轮槽齿轮(8)，在所述的卡箱(1)上还设有一个转动曲柄(2)，所述的转动曲柄(2)的一端设置在所述的凸轮槽齿轮(8)的封闭凸轮槽内，所述的转动曲柄(2)上设有一个滑动卡勾(3)，所述的滑动卡勾(3)的勾卡方向对正所述的搓卡胶辊(5)与所述的搓卡从动轮(4)的搓合处，在所述的卡箱(1)上设有一个电机，所述的电机的输出轴与所述的凸轮槽齿轮(8)的齿轮啮合传动，所述的凸轮槽齿轮(8)的齿轮与所述的搓卡胶辊齿轮(6)啮合传动。
