背景技术：
现有的用于固定在薄板或角铁上的固定件多采用螺栓固定，由于薄板或角铁上的表面平滑，夹紧的力度小，固定性差，容易出现滑动。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种夹紧力度大，能防止被夹物件滑动的机械固定件。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种机械固定件，包括本体、下颚板、竖直紧固螺栓、固定套和水平紧固螺栓，在本体内部设有下颚板，在下颚板的下面设有竖直紧固螺栓，用于带动下颚板上下运动，便于固定被夹薄板或角铁；在本体的后侧面的中心部焊接有一个固定套，在固定套上设有一个水平紧固螺栓，用于固定固定套内的圆柱形竖支撑。
所述本体为长方体，内部设有方形槽，在方形槽的上表面设有条形齿，增大与被夹物体的摩擦力，防止被夹物体滑动，在方形槽下表面的中心处设有一个螺栓孔，用于安装竖直紧固螺栓。
所述下颚板为正方形钢板，上表面设有条形齿，下表面的中心处焊接有一个与竖直紧固螺栓相配套的螺母。
本发明的有益效果是：结构合理，操作方便，适用范围广，夹紧力度大，能防止被夹物件滑动。

如图1所示，一种机械固定件，包括本体(1)、下颚板(2)、竖直紧固螺栓(3)、固定套(4)和水平紧固螺栓(5)，在本体(1)内部设有下颚板(2)，在下颚板(2)的下面设有竖直紧固螺栓(3)，用于带动下颚板(2)上下运动，便于固定被夹薄板或角铁(7)；在本体(1)的后侧面的中心部焊接有一个固定套(4)，在固定套(4)上设有一个水平紧固螺栓(5)，用于固定固定套(4)内的圆柱形竖支撑(6)。本体(1)为长方体，内部设有方形槽，在方形槽的上表面设有条形齿，增大与被夹物体的摩擦力，防止被夹物体滑动，在方形槽下表面的中心处设有一个螺栓孔，用于安装竖直紧固螺栓(3)。下颚板(2)为正方形钢板，上表面设有条形齿，能增大与被夹物体的摩擦力，防止被夹物体滑动，下表面的中心处焊接有一个与竖直紧固螺栓(3)相配套的螺母。

1.一种机械固定件，其特征是：包括本体、下颚板、竖直紧固螺栓、固定套和水平紧固螺栓，在本体内部设有下颚板，在下颚板的下面设有竖直紧固螺栓，用于带动下颚板上下运动，便于固定被夹薄板或角铁；在本体的后侧面的中心部焊接有一个固定套，在固定套上设有一个水平紧固螺栓，用于固定固定套内的圆柱形竖支撑。
