本发明涉及一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物及其制备方法，由下列重量份的原料制成：葛根23-27克、续断23-27克、羌活23-27克、防风23-27克、骨碎补18-22克、鸡血藤18-22克、赤芍18-22克、姜黄18-22克、黄芪18-22克、牛膝13-17克、鹿角霜13-17克、甘草8-12克。本发明具有治疗颈椎病效果好、时间短、无毒副作用、减轻患者痛苦、制备方法简单的优点。

一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及中药组合物技术领域，特别是涉及一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
颈椎病是指颈椎骨关节炎、增生性颈椎炎、颈神经根综合征、颈椎间盘脱出症的总称,是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾患。主要由于颈椎长期劳损、骨质增生，或椎间盘脱出、韧带增厚，致使颈椎脊髓、神经根或椎动脉受压，出现一系列功能障碍的临床综合征。表现为椎节失稳、松动；髓核突出或脱出；骨刺形成；韧带肥厚和继发的椎管狭窄等，刺激或压迫了邻近的神经根、脊髓、椎动脉及颈部交感神经等组织，引起一系列症状和体征。
目前现有的治疗颈椎病主要有药物疗法、理疗法、牵引法、按摩法、针灸法、手术治疗等方法，存在治疗效果不佳，时间长、副作用大、患者痛苦大等缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为解决现有技术的治疗颈椎病存在的治疗效果不佳，时间长、副作用大、患者痛苦大等问题，本发明提供了一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物及其制备方法。
一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，由下列重量份的原料制成：葛根23-27克、续断23-27克、羌活23-27克、防风23-27克、骨碎补18-22克、鸡血藤18-22克、赤芍18-22克、姜黄18-22克、黄芪18-22克、牛膝13-17克、鹿角霜13-17克、甘草8-12克。
所述的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，由下列重量份的原料制成：葛根25克、续断25克、羌活25克、防风25克、骨碎补20克、鸡血藤20克、赤芍20克、姜黄20克、黄芪20克、牛膝15克、鹿角霜15克、甘草10克。
所述的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物的制备方法是，由所述中药组合物按常规方法制成浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊。
用法和用量：每次取本发明的浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊2-3克口服，每天早、中、晚各服用一次，15天为一个疗程。
本发明是以中医理论为基础，精选出上述各中药原料，经白酒浸泡后，药物中的有效成份被浸提出来，使其具有祛风胜湿、益气活血的功效，从而达到治疗颈椎病的目的。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是：本发明具有治疗颈椎病效果好、时间短、无毒副作用、减轻患者痛苦、制备方法简单的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，由下列重量份的原料制成：葛根25克、续断25克、羌活25克、防风25克、骨碎补20克、鸡血藤20克、赤芍20克、姜黄20克、黄芪20克、牛膝15克、鹿角霜15克、甘草10克。
所述的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物的制备方法是，由所述中药组合物按常规方法制成浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊。
实施例2：
一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，由下列重量份的原料制成：葛根23克、续断23克、羌活23克、防风23克、骨碎补18克、鸡血藤18克、赤芍18克、姜黄18克、黄芪18克、牛膝13克、鹿角霜13克、甘草8克。
所述的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物的制备方法是，由所述中药组合物按常规方法制成浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊。
实施例3：
一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，由下列重量份的原料制成：葛根27克、续断27克、羌活27克、防风27克、骨碎补22克、鸡血藤22克、赤芍22克、姜黄22克、黄芪22克、牛膝17克、鹿角霜17克、甘草12克。
所述的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物的制备方法是，由所述中药组合物按常规方法制成浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊。
实验例：
采用本发明共治疗颈椎病患者110例，其中男48例，女62例，年龄为30-65岁；患者每次取本发明的浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊2-3克口服，每天早、中、晚各服用一次，15天为一个疗程。
疗效评价标准为：治愈：原有各型病症消失，肌力正常，颈、肢体功能恢复正常，能参加正常劳动和工作。
好转：原有各型症状减轻，颈、肩背疼痛减轻，颈、肢体功能改善。
未愈：症状无改善。
治疗结果：本发明治疗颈椎病患者110例，经过2-4个疗程的治疗，治愈104例，好转6例，治愈率为94.5%，有效率为100%。
典型病例：
1、刘某，男，45岁，患颈椎病3年，颈椎疼痛到夜间不能入睡，十分痛苦。服用本发明的中药组合物1个疗程症状明显改善，服用3个疗程痊愈；随访2年未复发。
2、刘某，男，65岁，患颈椎病10余年，不能抬东西，不能弯腰洗脸。服用本发明的中药组合物2个疗程症状明显改善，服用4个疗程痊愈；随访1年未复发。
3、孙某某，女，37岁，患颈椎病2年，颈肩、臂手麻木疼痛，有时眩晕、呕吐、眼目干涩、心跳加快。服用本发明的中药组合物1个疗程症状明显改善，服用2个疗程痊愈；随访1年未复发。

1.一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份的原料制成：葛根23-27克、续断23-27克、羌活23-27克、防风23-27克、骨碎补18-22克、鸡血藤18-22克、赤芍18-22克、姜黄18-22克、黄芪18-22克、牛膝13-17克、鹿角霜13-17克、甘草8-12克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份的原料制成：葛根25克、续断25克、羌活25克、防风25克、骨碎补20克、鸡血藤20克、赤芍20克、姜黄20克、黄芪20克、牛膝15克、鹿角霜15克、甘草10克。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征是，由所述中药组合物按常规方法制成浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊。
