本发明涉及智能可穿戴设备的技术领域,并且具体地涉及一种智能眼罩。
背景技术
随着生活节奏的日益加快,如何有效地保证人们的睡眠质量正变得越来越重要。传统地,当通过闹钟等装置所引发的突发声响、振动等功能进行唤醒时,往往会对睡眠人员的心率、体内激素含量等造成不利影响,由此使其出现身体不适、精神萎靡等睡眠质量较差的问题。目前的智能可穿戴设备,比如能够监测心跳、呼吸等活动的智能手环,往往仅具备对睡眠质量进行监测和提醒的功能,但是并没有利用所监测的结果同时对睡眠质量进行有益的调节。因而,睡眠人员仅能够借助这样的可穿戴设备对睡眠状况信息进行监测和搜集,而对于如何改善睡眠质量这一问题,他们只能寻求于其它措施的帮助,比如佩戴遮光眼罩、避免睡前剧烈运动、制定规律的睡眠时间表等等。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述,本发明提供一种智能眼罩,以试图解决以上所提及的睡眠人员身体不适、精神萎靡等问题,并且由此改善其睡眠质量。
根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种智能眼罩,包括:睡眠监测***,用于对用户的睡眠状态进行跟踪监测;以及柔和唤醒***,用于根据睡眠监测***所提供的反馈来以柔和方式唤醒用户。
在由本发明的实施例提供的上述智能眼罩中,首先利用睡眠监测***对用户的睡眠状态进行跟踪监测,并且然后根据具体监测结果利用柔和唤醒***向用户提供唤醒服务。由此,能够以柔和方式唤醒用户,以避免像闹钟那样的突发声响、振动等对用户心率等的不利影响。
在具体实施例中,所述智能眼罩还包括:按摩***,用于根据睡眠监测***所提供的反馈来向用户提供按摩。通过这样的按摩***的按摩功能,针对用户实现了松弛神经、改善疲劳等有益效果。

在又一具体实施例中,所述柔和唤醒***包括:发光模块;接收模块,其耦合到睡眠监测***,以用于接收由睡眠监测***所提供的反馈;开关模块,其耦合到接收模块,以用于根据接收模块所接收的反馈来控制发光模块的开启或关闭;以及亮度调节模块,其耦合到接收模块,以用于根据接收模块所接收的反馈来调节发光模块的发光亮度。示例性地,所述接收模块、开关模块、亮度调节模块设置在所述本体部的外层中,所述发光模块设置在所述本体部的中层中,并且所述本体部的内层由透光材料形成。简而言之,此处的柔和唤醒***是以光学方式实现柔和唤醒功能的***。根据这一具体实施例,通过眼罩内部光线的改变,比如光线亮度逐步从暗到强,可以以柔和方式唤醒用户。与传统闹钟等唤醒装置相比,本发明的实施例避免利用突发声响、振动等方式叫醒用户,由此减轻对心率、体内激素含量等的不利影响。作为示例,所述发光模块可以是发光二极管(LED)。当然,本领域技术人员可以预期到其它等同的可替换发光模块,诸如有机发光二极管(OLED)等。
在再一具体实施例中,所述柔和唤醒***包括:声音模块;接收模块,其耦合到睡眠监测***,以用于接收由睡眠监测***所提供的反馈;开关模块,其耦合到接收模块,以用于根据接收模块所接收的反馈来控制声音模块的开启或关闭;以及音量调节***,其耦合到接收模块,以用于根据接收模块所接收的反馈来调节声音模块的音量大小。示例性地,所述接收模块、开关模块、音量调节模块设置在所述本体部的外层中,并且所述声音模块设置在所述本体部的中层中。简而言之,此处的柔和唤醒***是以声学方式实现柔和唤醒功能的***。与以上参照光学方式所描述的情况类似,在这一具体实施例中,通过根据反馈结果及时调节眼罩周围的声音大小,能够以柔和方式唤醒用户。进而,以同样的方式避免了突发唤醒方式对用户心率、体内激素含量等的不利影响。
在其它具体实施例中,所述按摩***包括用于通过微波按摩功能对眼睛进行按摩的微波按摩***。示例性地,所述微波按摩***设置在所述本体部的中层中。具体地,所述微波按摩***包括用于对用户眼睛穴位进行微波按摩的一个或多个微波发生器。根据这一具体方案,通过根据监测结果对用户眼睛进行按摩,具体地微波按摩,实现了松弛神经、改善眼疲劳等有益效果。
在又一些具体实施例中,所述智能眼罩还包括:通信模块,其耦合到睡眠监测***,以用于将睡眠监测***所监测的睡眠状态信息提供给外部设备。示例性地,所述通信模块设置在所述本体部的外层中。进一步地,所述通信模块通过蓝牙***或无线模块将所述睡眠状态信息提供给外部设备。示例性地,所述蓝牙模块和无线模块设置在所述本体部的外层中。借助于以上所述通信模块,能够将睡眠监测***所收集的关于睡眠质量的各种信息及时传送给外部设备,诸如智能电话、平板电脑等,从而有助于针对用户建立睡眠质量日志。对于用户以及进一步地医护人员而言,这样的睡眠质量日志不仅使得能够直观地了解睡眠状况随时间的演变趋势,而且还提供了一种针对睡眠质量的有效预防措施。

现在将在下文中参照随附各图更加全面地详细描述本发明的实施例所提供的智能眼罩。然而,智能眼罩可以以许多不同的方式体现并且保护范围不应当解释为限于本文所阐述的具体实施例。相反,这些实施例是出于透彻性和完整性而提供的,并且用于将本发明的范围清楚地且全面地传达给本领域技术人员。贯穿全文,相同的参考标记用于指代相同的项目。
首先参照图1,其示出了根据本发明的实施例所提供的智能眼罩10的示意性功能框图。该智能眼罩10可以包括:睡眠监测***11,用于对用户的睡眠状态进行跟踪监测;以及柔和唤醒***12,用于根据睡眠监测***所提供的反馈来以柔和方式唤醒用户。在这样的智能眼罩10中,首先利用睡眠监测***11对用户的睡眠状态进行跟踪监测,并且然后根据具体监测结果利用柔和唤醒***12向用户提供唤醒服务。由此,在适当的情况下,比如用户需要被唤醒时,通过柔和唤醒***12能够以柔和方式唤醒用户,以避免突然唤醒所致的精神萎靡等问题。进一步地,所述智能眼罩10还可以包括按摩***13,用于根据睡眠监测***所提供的反馈来向用户提供按摩。以类似方式,在其它适当的情况下,比如监测结果显示用户睡眠质量欠佳时,通过按摩***13能够达到松弛神经、改善疲劳等有益效果。
在具体实施例中,参照图2和3,所述智能眼罩20,30还包括本体部21,31和紧固部22,32,其中在所述智能眼罩20,30的佩戴状态下,所述本体部21,31覆盖在用户眼睛之上并且所述紧固部22,32围绕用户头部,并且所述睡眠监测***11、柔和唤醒***12和按摩***13设置在所述本体部21,31中。根据这一具体实施例,紧固部22,32用于使所述智能眼罩20,30在佩戴状态下紧固在用户头部上,而本体部21,31容纳根据本发明实施例所述的各种内部组件11,12,13,以实现柔和唤醒、松弛神经、改善疲劳等有益效果。
进一步地,所述本体部21,31包括外层、中层和内层(没有在图中具体示出),其中在所述智能眼罩20,30的佩戴状态下,所述外层暴露于外部,所述内层与用户接触,并且所述中层夹在所述外层与所述内层之间。通过使所述本体部形成层状结构,促进了各种内部组件11,12,13随后在相应层中的适当分布,由此便于所述智能眼罩20,30的制造、组装等。
在具体实施例中,所述睡眠监测***11可以包括:眼球运动捕捉器111;以及脑部血管监测器112,具体地参照图1。示例性地,所述眼球运动捕捉器111和脑部血管监测器112设置在所述本体部21,31的内层(如在图2和3中正对观察者的那一层)中。具体地,所述眼球运动捕捉器111可以包括用于记录眼球的转动频率的一个或多个传感器1111(图2)。参照图2,其示出了根据本发明的实施例所提供的智能眼罩10的结构示意图,其中利用圆圈指示所述传感器1111在智能眼罩10内的示例性定位,当然本发明不仅限于此。此外,所述脑部血管监测器112可以包括用于记录脉搏跳动频率的一个或多个脉搏传感器1121(图3)。参照图3,其示出了根据本发明的实施例所提供的智能眼罩10的另一结构示意图,其中利用圆圈指示所述脉搏传感器1121在智能眼罩10内的示例性定位,当然本发明不仅限于此。根据具体实施例,通过对眼球、脑部血管的追踪监测,容易获得关于用户各睡眠阶段的深度、质量、时长等的信息。由此,实现了对睡眠质量的良好监测,并且还促进了对用户的后续唤醒和按摩,以达到改善睡眠质量的目的。
当然,如本领域技术人员所容易理解到的,所述睡眠监测***11还可以以任何其它合适的方式实现,只要能够对用户睡眠状况进行跟踪监测即可。示例性地,所述睡眠监测***11可以包括心跳监测器、脉搏监测器、呼吸监测器等。另外,以上所提及的这种睡眠监测组件在智能眼罩内的定位,也不仅仅限于本发明实施例的具体描述和附图中所列举的那些。相反,在获益于本公开的教导的情况下,本领域技术人员能够容易地设计出其它等同的位置分布,所有这些都应当落入本发明的保护范围之内。
具体地参照图4,其示出了所述柔和唤醒***42的一种具体实现。在这一具体实现方案中,所述柔和唤醒***42可以包括:发光模块421;接收模块422,其耦合到睡眠监测***11,以用于接收由睡眠监测***11所提供的反馈;开关模块423,其耦合到接收模块422,以用于根据接收模块422所接收的反馈来控制发光模块421的开启或关闭;以及亮度调节模块424,其耦合到接收模块422,以用于根据接收模块422所接收的反馈来调节发光模块421的发光亮度。示例性地,所述接收模块422、开关模块423、亮度调节模块424设置在所述本体部21,31的外层(如在图2和3中与正对观察者的内层相反的那一层)中,所述发光模块421设置在所述本体部21,31的中层(如在图2和3中夹在所述内层与外层之间的那一层)中,并且所述本体部21,31的内层(如在图2和3中正对观察者的那一层)由透光材料形成。简而言之,此处的柔和唤醒***42是以光学方式实现柔和唤醒功能的***。根据具体实施例,通过智能眼罩10内部光线的改变,比如光线亮度逐步从暗到强,可以以柔和方式唤醒用户。与传统闹钟等唤醒装置相比,本发明的实施例避免了利用突发声响、振动等方式叫醒用户,由此减轻对心率、体内激素含量等的不利影响。作为示例,所述发光模块421可以是发光二极管(LED)。当然,本领域技术人员可以预期到其它等同的可替换发光模块,诸如有机发光二极管(OLED)等。
具体地,智能眼罩10内可以预先存储有预设画面。当睡眠监测***11的监测结果显示用户需要被唤醒时,柔和唤醒***42可以根据接收模块422所接收的这一监测结果来通过开关模块423控制发光模块421的开启,以向用户显示预设画面。在此之后,亮度调节模块424还可以根据接收模块422所接收的监测结果缓慢地调节画面亮度,以使其从暗逐步变亮,从而通过画面亮度的缓慢变化以相对柔和的方式唤醒用户。
进一步地参照图5,其示出了所述柔和唤醒***52的另一种具体实现。在这一具体实现方案中,所述柔和唤醒***52可以包括:声音模块521;接收模块522,其耦合到睡眠监测***11,以用于接收由睡眠监测***11所提供的反馈;开关模块523,其耦合到接收模块522,以用于根据接收模块522所接收的反馈来控制声音模块521的开启或关闭;以及音量调节***524,其耦合到接收模块522,以用于根据接收模块522所接收的反馈来调节声音模块521的音量大小。示例性地,所述接收模块522、开关模块523、音量调节模块524设置在所述本体部21,31的外层(如在图2和3中与正对观察者的内层相反的那一层)中,并且所述声音模块521设置在所述本体部21,31的中层(如在图2和3中夹在所述内层与外层之间的那一层)中。简而言之,此处的柔和唤醒***52是以声学方式实现柔和唤醒功能的***。与以上参照光学方式所描述的情况类似,在这样的实施例中,通过根据反馈结果及时调节智能眼罩10周围的声音大小,能够以柔和方式唤醒用户。
具体地,智能眼罩10内可以预先存储有预设音乐。当睡眠监测***11的监测结果显示用户需要被唤醒时,柔和唤醒***52可以根据接收模块522所接收的这一监测结果来通过开关模块523控制声音模块521的开启,以向用户播放预设音乐。在此之后,音量调节模块524还可以根据接收模块522所接收的监测结果缓慢地调节播放音乐的音量,以使其从低逐步变高,从而通过音乐音量的缓慢变化以相对柔和的方式唤醒用户。
当然,在获益于本发明的公开和教导的基础之上,本领域技术人员能够容易地设计出其它具有等同效果的柔和唤醒***12,42,52,只要能够以柔和方式唤醒用户即可。示意性地,除了以上所列出的光学和声学方式之外,这样的柔和唤醒***12,42,52还可以借助于机械措施、嗅觉***等来实现。
在其它具体实施例中,所述按摩***13可以包括用于通过微波按摩功能对用户眼睛进行按摩的微波按摩***130,如图1中所示。示例性地,所述微波按摩***13设置在所述本体部21,31的中层(如在图2和3中夹在所述内层与外层之间的那一层)中。具体地,所述微波按摩***130可以包括用于对用户眼睛穴位进行微波按摩的一个或多个微波发生器(没有在图中示出)。在这样的实施例中,通过根据监测结果对用户眼睛进行按摩,具体地微波按摩,实现了松弛神经、改善眼疲劳等有益效果。
当然,根据本发明的公开和教导,本领域技术人员将容易预期到其它类似的按摩***。示例性地,除了针对眼睛穴位的按摩之外,这样的按摩***还可以瞄准眼罩附近的其它穴位、神经部位等等,以达到缓解疲劳、改善睡眠质量的目的。
在又一些具体实施例中,所述智能眼罩10还可以包括:通信模块14,其耦合到睡眠监测***11,以用于将睡眠监测***11所监测的睡眠状态信息提供给外部设备15,如图1中所示。示例性地,所述通信模块14设置在所述本体部21,31的外层(如在图2和3中与正对观察者的内层相反的那一层)中。进一步地,所述通信模块14还可以通过蓝牙***或无线模块16等将所述睡眠状态信息提供给外部设备15,同样如图1中所示。示例性地,所述蓝牙模块和无线模块16设置在所述本体部21,31的外层(如在图2和3中与正对观察者的内层相反的那一层)中。借助于以上所述通信模块14,能够将睡眠监测***11所收集的关于睡眠质量的各种信息及时传送给外部设备15,诸如智能电话、平板电脑等,从而有助于针对用户建立睡眠质量日志。对于用户以及进一步地医护人员而言,这样的睡眠质量日志不仅使得能够直观地了解睡眠状况随时间的演变趋势,而且还提供了一种针对睡眠质量的有效预防措施。
当然,在获益于本发明的精神和教导的情况下,本领域技术人员能够对以上智能眼罩及其内部的各种组件做出任何适当的改动和变化,以实现结合它们所描述的等同功能和技术效果。作为示例,以上所述睡眠监测***可以借助于若干传感器而实现,并且这样的传感器可以在关键穴位、神经位置处贴附于用户皮肤之上。具体地,这样的传感器甚至可以是金属传感器。当然,本发明绝不仅限于此。
需要指出的是,在本发明的以上描述中,智能眼罩及其内部各种组件的具体结构、尺寸、位置等并不仅限于所描述的实施例中的情况。相反,在得益于本发明的精神和教导的情况下,本领域技术人员能够依照具体情况而设计出所适用的具体组件结构、尺寸和位置等等。
进一步需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确地规定或限定,否则术语“相连”、“连接”等应做广义理解。也就是说,它可以是固定连接、可移除连接、或者一体式连接。当然,它也可以是直接相连、通过中间媒介的间接相连、或者两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解到上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (19)

1.一种智能眼罩,包括:
睡眠监测***,用于对用户的睡眠状态进行跟踪监测;以及
柔和唤醒***,用于根据睡眠监测***所提供的反馈来以柔和方式唤醒用户。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,所述智能眼罩还包括:
按摩***,用于根据睡眠监测***所提供的反馈来向用户提供按摩。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,
所述智能眼罩还包括本体部和紧固部,其中在所述智能眼罩的佩戴状态下,所述本体部覆盖在用户眼睛之上并且所述紧固部围绕用户头部,并且
所述睡眠监测***、柔和唤醒***和按摩***设置在所述本体部中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,
所述本体部包括外层、中层和内层,其中在所述智能眼罩的佩戴状态下,所述外层暴露于外部,所述内层与用户接触,并且所述中层夹在所述外层与所述内层之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,所述睡眠监测***包括:
眼球运动捕捉器;以及
脑部血管监测器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,
所述眼球运动捕捉器和脑部血管监测器设置在所述本体部的内层中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,所述眼球运动捕捉器包括:
用于记录用户眼球的转动频率的一个或多个传感器。
8.根据权利要求6所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,所述脑部血管监测器包括:
用于记录用户脉搏的跳动频率的一个或多个脉搏传感器。
9.根据权利要求4所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,所述柔和唤醒***包括:
发光模块;
接收模块,其耦合到睡眠监测***,以用于接收由睡眠监测***所提供的反馈;
开关模块,其耦合到接收模块,以用于根据接收模块所接收的反馈来控制发光模块的开启或关闭;以及
亮度调节模块,其耦合到接收模块,以用于根据接收模块所接收的反馈来调节发光模块的发光亮度。
10.根据权利要求9所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,
所述接收模块、开关模块、亮度调节模块设置在所述本体部的外层中,
所述发光模块设置在所述本体部的中层中,并且
所述本体部的内层由透光材料形成。
11.根据权利要求4所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,所述柔和唤醒***包括:
声音模块;
接收模块,其耦合到睡眠监测***,以用于接收由睡眠监测***所提供的反馈;
开关模块,其耦合到接收模块,以用于根据接收模块所接收的反馈来控制声音模块的开启或关闭;以及
音量调节***,其耦合到接收模块,以用于根据接收模块所接收的反馈来调节声音模块的音量大小。
12.根据权利要求11所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,
所述接收模块、开关模块、音量调节模块设置在所述本体部的外层中,并且
所述声音模块设置在所述本体部的中层中。
13.根据权利要求4所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,所述按摩***包括:
用于通过微波按摩功能对用户眼睛进行按摩的微波按摩***。
14.根据权利要求13所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,
所述微波按摩***设置在所述本体部的中层中。
15.根据权利要求14所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,所述微波按摩***包括:
用于对用户眼睛穴位进行微波按摩的一个或多个微波发生器。
16.根据权利要求4所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,所述智能眼罩还包括:
通信模块,其耦合到睡眠监测***,以用于将睡眠监测***所监测的睡眠状态信息提供给外部设备。
17.根据权利要求16所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,
所述通信模块设置在所述本体部的外层中。
18.根据权利要求17所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,
所述通信模块通过蓝牙***或无线模块将所述睡眠状态信息提供给外部设备。
19.根据权利要求18所述的智能眼罩,其特征在于,
所述蓝牙模块和无线模块设置在所述本体部的外层中。
