Abstract

本发明公开了一种反射式恒温C形两用电热毯,属于床上用品;旨在提供一种传热快、散热均匀,正反两面具有不同温度,且可弯曲定形为C形结构的反射式恒温两用电热毯。它包括包覆在电热毯本体内的电热元件;电热毯本体由绝缘层(4)、固定在该绝缘层表面的反射层(3)、固定在该反射层表面的隔热层(2)、固定在该隔热层表面的表层布料(1)、固定在绝缘层(4)背面的金属网(5)、固定在该金属网背面的底层布料(6)构成;电热元件为固定在绝缘层(4)与反射层(3)之间的碳纤维电热丝(7),该碳纤维电热丝与熔断保险丝(8)电连接。本发明既可作为普通电热毯使用、又能作为热敷理疗器械使用。

反射式恒温C形两用电热毯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电热毯,尤其涉及一种具有恒温和断电保护功能、且能够卷曲成C字形结构的电热毯,属于床上用品。
背景技术
目前,广泛使用的电热毯通常比较柔软,只能铺垫在床上使用;无法卷曲成C字形以便包裹肢体、关节等处进行热敷理疗。另外,普通的电热毯正反两面的温度相同,存在传热慢、散热不均匀等缺陷,而且背面的热量得不到充分利用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种传热快、散热均匀,正反两面具有不同温度,且可弯曲定形的反射式恒温C形两用电热毯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:它包括包覆在电热毯本体内的电热元件;所述电热毯本体由绝缘层、固定在该绝缘层表面的反射层、固定在该反射层表面的隔热层、固定在该隔热层表面的表层布料、固定在绝缘层背面的金属网、固定在该金属网背面的底层布料构成;所述电热元件为固定在绝缘层与反射层之间的碳纤维电热丝,该碳纤维电热丝与包覆在绝缘层与反射层之间的熔断保险丝电连接。
熔断保险丝与温控器电连接。
与现有技术比较,本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,在电热元件与表层布料之间增加了反射层和隔热层,因此能够使红外线向电热毯的底面方向定向反射,不仅可实现电热毯底面快速升温,并能使电热毯的底面与表面之间形成较大的温差,而且还能保证散热均匀。由于增加了隔热层,因此能够在电热毯的表面形成比较柔和的温度,从而满足不同用户对温度的需求。第三,由于增加了金属网,因此电热毯本体能够弯曲成C字形结构、以便包裹在肩部、肘部或关节等部位,起到热敷理疗的作用。

下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示:电热毯本体由绝缘层4、固定在该绝缘层表面的反射层3、固定在该反射层表面的隔热层2、固定在该隔热层表面的表层布料1、固定在绝缘层4背面的金属网5、固定在该金属网背面的底层布料6构成;在绝缘层4与反射层3之间固定有碳纤维电热丝7,该碳纤维电热丝通过包覆在绝缘层4与反射层3之间的熔断保险丝8与温控器(图中未示出)电连接。

1.一种反射式恒温C形两用电热毯,包括包覆在电热毯本体内的电热元件;其特征在于:所述电热毯本体由绝缘层(4)、固定在该绝缘层表面的反射层(3)、固定在该反射层表面的隔热层(2)、固定在该隔热层表面的表层布料(1)、固定在绝缘层(4)背面的金属网(5)、固定在该金属网背面的底层布料(6)构成;所述电热元件为固定在绝缘层(4)与反射层(3)之间的碳纤维电热丝(7),该碳纤维电热丝与包覆在绝缘层(4)与反射层(3)之间的熔断保险丝(8)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反射式恒温C形两用电热毯,其特征在于:熔断保险丝(8)与温控器电连接。
