技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备自动化领域,尤其是一种远动工作站远方启动装置。
背景技术
随着无人值班变电站及调控一体化管理的要求,大量的电网运行数据需要通过远动工作站上传至调度自动化***供调度控制中心使用,通过调度自动化***可以实现电网的自动监控、自动调整和人工干预。由于该远动工作站安装于各个变电站,在其通讯异常时整个变电站所带的供电区域将失去监控,由于变电站无人值守,因此在远动工作站异常时,往往需要自动化运维人员或电网操作人员赶往变电站对远动工作站进行启动,从而造成了电网运维成本高,运维人员效率低下,通讯异常后恢复时间长,同时,由于供电区域失去监控,将对电网的安全、经济、稳定、可靠运行带来极大的隐患,特殊情况下有可能造成局部电网的解列。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种远动工作站远方启动装置。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种远动工作站远方启动装置,包括
***管理主机、用于从调度自动化***采集变电站通道运行工况,并根据通道运行工况自行判断远动工作站运行状态;
启动设备,用于控制远动工作站的启动与否;
解码器,用于调制***管理主机与启动设备之间的通讯信号;
光纤通道设备、包含2组光设备,用于传递***管理主机与启动设备之间的通讯信号。
本发明的有益效果是:具有结构简单、使用方便的特点,本***是一整套全自动、高精度、实时监测***,能实时监视远动工作站运行状态,并根据远动工作站的运行状态实现远动工作站异常后的自启动,启动时间有1.2小时降低到5分钟,最大限度的保障调度自动化***的可靠运行。
