本发明涉及照明器具技术领域,尤其是一种LED台灯。
背景技术
LED灯是一种采用高亮度白色发光二极管作为发光源的照明器具,因其具有节能、环保、体积小、无频闪不影响视力的特点被广泛作为台灯应用到人们的学习当中;一种LED台灯包括集成发光二极管的灯泡和围护在灯泡外的灯罩,灯泡的下部设置铝散热鳍片,但这种LED灯存在着当灯泡套上灯罩后,灯泡的热量不易散去,从而影响灯泡使用寿命的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED台灯,这种LED台灯可以解决灯泡的热量不易散去,从而影响灯泡使用寿命的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种LED台灯,包括集成有发光二极管的灯泡和围护在灯泡外的灯罩,所述灯罩包括有内罩体和外罩体,所述内罩体和所述外罩体之间设置有U型的循环介质通道;所述循环介质通道通过微型泵与暖手器构成循环回路,所述灯泡、所述微型泵分别通过控制器与各自的开关电连接。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述暖手器内设置有集热板芯,所述集热板芯内设置有U型的集热软管,所述集热软管的进口端与所述微型泵的出口端相连通,所述微型泵的进口端与所述循环介质通道的出口端相连通,所述循环介质通道的进口端与所述集热软管的出口端相连通。
进一步的:所述微型泵为无刷直流磁力水泵;所述循环介质为水或油。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于灯罩包括有内罩体和外罩体,内罩体和外罩体之间设置有U型的循环介质通道;当灯泡发热时,可通过灯罩U型通道内的循环介质及时将热量带走,LED灯散热好,延长了它的使用寿命。
2、由于循环介质通道通过微型泵与暖手器构成循环回路;热的循环介质在暖手器内与冷质进行热交换,使暖手器变暖,充分利用了热能,节约了能源。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一
图1、图2所示的LED台灯,包括集成有发光二极管的灯泡2和围护在灯泡外的灯罩1,灯罩1包括有内罩体11和外罩体12,内罩体11和外罩体12之间设置有U型的循环介质通道13;循环介质通道13通过无刷直流磁力的微型泵3与暖手器4构成循环回路,循环回路内的循环介质为水;暖手器4内设置有集热板芯,集热板芯内设置有U型的集热软管,集热软管的进口端4a与微型泵3的出口端3b相连通,微型泵3的进口端3a与循环介质通道13的出口端1b相连通,循环介质通道13的进口端1a与集热软管的出口端4b相连通;灯泡2、微型泵3分别通过控制器与各自的开关电连接。
当灯泡发热时,可通过灯罩U型通道内的循环介质及时将热量带入暖手器的集热软管内,在其中与冷质进行热交换,使暖手器变暖;不仅能及时的使LED灯散热,延长了它的使用寿命,而且充分利用了热能,节约了能源。
实施例二
循环回路内的循环介质为油;其余均与实施例一相同。

1.一种LED台灯,包括集成有发光二极管的灯泡(2)和围护在灯泡外的灯罩(1),其特征在于:所述灯罩(1)包括有内罩体(11)和外罩体(12),所述内罩体(11)和所述外罩体(12)之间设置有U型的循环介质通道(13);所述循环介质通道(13)通过微型泵(3)与暖手器(4)构成循环回路,所述灯泡(2)、所述微型泵(3)分别通过控制器与各自的开关电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED台灯,其特征在于:所述暖手器(4)内设置有集热板芯,所述集热板芯内设置有U型的集热软管,所述集热软管的进口端(4a)与所述微型泵(3)的出口端(3b)相连通,所述微型泵(3)的进口端(3a)与所述循环介质通道(13)的出口端(1b)相连通,所述循环介质通道(13)的进口端(1a)与所述集热软管的出口端(4b)相连通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED台灯,其特征在于:所述微型泵(3)为无刷直流磁力水泵;所述循环介质为水或油。
